If the conduct of our executive branch wasn’t treasonous before, during, and after Benghazi, maybe this will qualify:
Terrorism expert Steven Emerson just dropped the bombshell on Hannity that Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi has been deported to Saudi Arabia for reasons of “national security.”
Who is Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi? Let Walid Shoebat explain:
We know that federal, state, and local authorities took interest in a Saudi national named Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi after the Boston marathon bombings. We also know that he was injured and that those authorities searched his apartment and hauled away bags of stuff.
Add to that the fact that not long after Secretary of State John Kerry secretly met with the Saudi Foreign Minister after an open meeting with a photo spray was abruptly changed to a closed-door meeting. Not long after this meeting, Alharbi was no longer a person of interest.
Ok, so authorities are not denying that Alharbi was injured in the blast and they are not denying that he is a Saudi national (don’t look for them to even acknowledge that six members of the Alharbi clan are with Al-Qaeda and five were detained at Gitmo, to include one on the list of six). These authorities are, however, denying that Alharbi had anything to do with the bombings.
That leads to what appears to be three Saudis being spotted near the scene of the explosions.
What a coincidence, one was wearing a backpack:
Shoebat asks, “Smell coverup yet?” You might smell something even worse.
If this report is true, all the government–media axis needs now is a Richard Jewell type to frame, preferably one with an NRA sticker on his pickup truck.
Who to blame for the nightmarish atrocities that took place on a regular basis at Kermit Gosnell’s abortion clinic? We can’t blame Gosnell, because it would be trite to point a finger at the person who is directly responsible. We can’t blame the Left’s Culture of Death, because despite the invariably disastrous consequences of their policies, liberals always mean well; just ask them if you don’t believe me. BuzzFeed Politics Editor-in-Chief Ben Smith has a clever suggestion: why not blame the pro-life movement that exists for the explicit purpose of putting an end to such horrors?
it wasn’t regulation restricting abortion that brought Gosnell to trial for the capital murder of seven babies and a patient; it was a lack of regulation and oversight.
According to Grand Jury testimony, it was pro-abortion politics winning the day that allowed a breathtaking amount of evil to occur for almost two decades. The testimony states that the Department of Health stopped making official inspections of abortion clinics in ’93 or ’94 out of concern that such a thing “would be putting up a barrier to women” seeking abortions. Had those inspections not been stopped for political reasons, Gosnell might have been stopped decades ago. …
These unspeakable horrors committed against children and women alike were the direct result of the pro-abortion movement getting almost everything it wants.
What it wants, other than generous government subsidies, is what legitimate businesses want: freedom from regulation.
As you can tell by the way moonbats uncharacteristically object to it regarding abortion, regulation can occasionally be a good thing.
On a tip from Henry.
At last some honesty from a moonbat. We all know that the Left is not on the level with its sudden urgent concern that homosexuals have their sexual liaisons sanctified by the government as legitimate marriages. Lesbian journalist Masha Gessen, as quoted by Micah Clark, spells out what they are actually up to:
“It’s a no-brainer that [homosexuals] should have the right to marry [each other], but I also think equally that it’s a no-brainer that the institution of marriage should not exist. … (F)ighting for gay marriage generally involves lying about what we are going to do with marriage when we get there — because we lie that the institution of marriage is not going to change, and that is a lie.
“The institution of marriage is going to change, and it should change. And again, I don’t think it should exist. And I don’t like taking part in creating fictions about my life. That’s sort of not what I had in mind when I came out thirty years ago.
“I have three kids who have five parents, more or less, and I don’t see why they shouldn’t have five parents legally… I met my new partner, and she had just had a baby, and that baby’s biological father is my brother, and my daughter’s biological father is a man who lives in Russia, and my adopted son also considers him his father. So the five parents break down into two groups of three… And really, I would like to live in a legal system that is capable of reflecting that reality, and I don’t think that’s compatible with the institution of marriage.”
To “fundamentally transform,” as Obama put it regarding his plans for America, is to destroy.
On a tip from Wilberforce.
Is the worst Speaker of the House since Nancy Pelosi actually planning to sell out his own party to help Dems ram through pernicious gun control and amnesty bills? Don’t put it past him:
Boehner is being pressed by the conservative wing of the Republican Party not to allow a vote on major pieces of legislation — from gun control to immigration — without majority Republican support, after recent signals that he could be open to building a coalition with Democrats. …
Last Thursday, Boehner addressed concerns about the so-called Hastert Rule. The “rule,” named after former House Speaker Dennis Hastert, holds that Republican leadership should allow votes only on bills that have a “majority of the majority” on board — in other words, only if a majority of Republicans support them. Boehner has skirted this “rule” four times in the past four months.
That is, he is behaving as he would if he were actually a closet Democrat, as when he helped the Spending Party exploit Superstorm Sandy with a pork-laden obscenity of an “aid” bill.
According to Gallup, only 4% of Americans think that insufficient gun control constitutes an important problem. The same percentage holds for the immigration problem amnesty is supposed to fix. Unfortunately Boehner may be part of the tiny minority in both cases.
If he sells out conservatives on critical issues pertaining to our constitutional rights and our national sovereignty, Boehner will have forced a showdown. The Republican Party will have to either dump him at last and start representing its conservative base, or get along without a base.

For sheer shamelessness in political exploitation of the Boston Marathon bombing, not even the risible attempt by Nancy Pelosi’s butler Steny Hoyer to blame it on the Sequestrocalypse can top moonbat actor Jay Mohr, who brandishes the bloodshed as evidence that the precious Second Amendment must be abolished. He tweeted this the night of the bombing:
What bothers me most about today is that we’re getting used 2 it. ENOUGH. 2nd amendment must go. Violence has 2 stop. Culture MUST change.
— Jay Mohr (@jaymohr37) April 15, 2013
Then he doubled down with this:
The 2nd Amendment lends itself to the CULTURE of violence we are living in. Stop blowing up my timeline w your gun/porn fetishes.
— Jay Mohr (@jaymohr37) April 15, 2013
Mohron should be put in touch with Big Sis at once. He has found an ingenious solution to terrorism, Islamic and otherwise. Simply disarm law-abiding citizens, and the “culture of violence” will disappear, leaving us all safe forever after — like the citizens of Mexico, where virtually no private citizens own firearms legally, and 50,000 people have died in frequently terroristic drug-related violence over the past 6 years.

Won’t it be wonderful if the Boston Marathon bomber turns out to be not a Muslim with a Middle Eastern background, as is highly probable, or a leftist like Obama’s mentor Bill Ayers, but a white guy who doesn’t like Big Government, like the exception who proves the rule Timothy McVeigh. The delusional kooks comprising the liberal media sure think so. Put on a hazmat suit; we’re going into Salon to listen to barking moonbat David Sirota:
[White male] privilege means white non-Islamic terrorists are typically portrayed not as representative of whole groups or ideologies, but as “lone wolf” threats to be dealt with as isolated law enforcement matters. Meanwhile, non-white or developing-world terrorism suspects are often reflexively portrayed as representative of larger conspiracies, ideologies and religions that must be dealt with as systemic threats — the kind potentially requiring everything from law enforcement action to military operations to civil liberties legislation to foreign policy shifts.
Maybe if I type slowly enough, even David Sirota will be able to follow. Islam is a systemic threat, as it has been for centuries. 9/11 was not an isolated incident committed by lone wolves. Since 9/11, there have been over 20,000 documented Islamic terror attacks around the world.
If there is one rule that has no exceptions, it is that anyone who uses the phrase white privilege with a straight face is a malignant and contemptible fool.
“White privilege is knowing that even if the bomber turns out to be white, no one will call for your group to be profiled as terrorists as a result, subjected to special screening or threatened with deportation,” writes author Tim Wise.
No one except the media and the Department of Homeland Security, that is.
Sirota’s repugnant blathering continues:
…regardless of your particular party affiliation, if you care about everything from stopping war to reducing the defense budget to protecting civil liberties to passing immigration reform, you should hope the bomber was a white domestic terrorist. Why? Because only in that case will privilege work to prevent the Boston attack from potentially undermining progress on those other issues.
Progress means facilitating further terror attacks by leaving the border undefended, weakening the military, letting ever more Muslims into the country as welfare colonists, deflecting attempts to defend against terrorism by screeching about racism and “white privilege,” et cetera.
Islamic terrorism is only an opportunistic infection. The underlying disease that makes us weak and therefore a suitable target is the ideology of self-hating liberals like Sirota.

Even after 4+ years of enduring his Fundamental Transformation of America, we have much to learn about Obama’s alarming background, thanks to an information blockade by the leftist media that put and keeps him in power. Someone who most likely would have known the budding young Lightworker at infamously radical Columbia University has stepped forward. Wayne Root was a class of 1983 pre-law and political science major, just like Obama.
Hold on — while at Columbia, Root never encountered or had even heard of Obama, whose college records have been kept secret. But he still has some interesting things to tell us:
[Obama] says he graduated Class of ’83. Let’s give him the benefit of the doubt. Well then Obama had to attend the same Political Science classes as me and I can tell you, almost to a man, my classmates in the Class of ’83 proudly called themselves Marxist, communist or socialist. They bragged of being radical like a badge of honor.
In my class the typical Columbia political science student vowed to destroy capitalism, bankrupt business owners, and vaporize what they called “the white power structure.” …
Back in 1981 I was sitting in a political science class. The president at the time was Ronald Reagan, a man reviled by the left just as viciously as any Republican is today. Suddenly our lecture was interrupted by a door swinging open violently — whereupon a breathless fellow student raced into the room screaming, “The president has been shot! They’ve just assassinated President Reagan.”
Ronald Reagan was my hero. The news hit me like a ton of bricks. I instantly felt sick to my stomach, and tears flowed down my cheeks. But it was the response of the rest of the class that I will remember for the rest of my life. They cheered. They clapped, they yelled, they high-fived, and whooped in sheer unadulterated joy. My fellow classmates, the ones I was naively trying so hard to befriend despite their radical leftist views, were HAPPY that my hero President Ronald Reagan was dead (or so they thought). They were celebrating what they thought was the assassination of America’s president.
But wait, the most frightening and eye-opening is still to come. You see political science students at Columbia were taught a detailed plan designed by two former Columbia professors named Cloward & Piven to bring down “the system,” destroy capitalism, and turn America into a socialist state. We discussed it in class, wrote about it, and debated it outside class. It was our #1 topic for four years.
The plan was revolting, but brilliant. Cloward & Piven taught that America could only be destroyed from within. Only by overwhelming the system with debt, welfare, and entitlements could capitalism and the America economy be destroyed. So the plan was to make a majority of Americans dependent on welfare, food stamps, disability, unemployment, and entitlements of all kinds. Then, under the weight of the debt, the system would implode and the economy collapse, bankrupting business owners (i.e. conservative donors). Americans would be brought to their knees, begging for big government to save them. Voila — you’d have a new system — socialism!
It is working:
Under Obama, 660,000 Americans dropped off the job rolls…just last month. 90 million working-age, able-bodied Americans are no longer in the workforce. 90 million. The workforce participation rate is the lowest since 1979. For men it’s the lowest since 1948 (when record keeping began).
Almost 50 million Americans are on food stamps (20% of all eligible adults). 14 million are on disability. Millions more are on welfare, unemployment, housing allowances, aid to dependent children, or 100 other free government programs. Now, add in free healthcare plus 22 million government employees. Record-setting numbers of Americans are emptying their retirement accounts to survive. Student loan debt is a national disaster- with defaults up 36% from a year ago. 16.4 million Americans live in poverty…in the suburbs. Every day under Obama the private sector shrinks, while the government grows like a toxic malignant tumor.
In 2012 we passed the tipping point, beyond which no one likely to reduce ever-increasing handouts can get elected president. The next tipping point is when the takers so outnumber the makers that the country can no longer function.
The Frankfurt School — which was driven from Germany by the rivalry between communists and fascists — settled at Columbia University, and from there continued to pursue its stated objective: “turning Western Civilization upside down.” When economic and political collapse inevitably follows the cultural collapse heralded by Obama’s reelection, they can call the job done.

In a free country, the police are the good guys. But this isn’t always the case in a country run by oligarchical collectivists, particularly when the ruling class has been going out of its way to gin up anti-gun hysteria — as Army Master Sergeant C.J. Grisham and his son learned the hard way:
A decorated war veteran on a Boy Scout hike with his 15-year-old son was arrested alongside a Texas country road after a police officer accused him of “rudely displaying” a firearm.
Army Master Sgt. C.J. Grisham told Fox News he was illegally disarmed by members of the Temple Police Dept. – even though he held the proper permits to carry his weapons.
Grisham and his son were on a 10-mile hike in a rural area populated by wild boars and cougars. He was carrying an AR-15 rifle and a .45 caliber pistol.
The vet — who earned a Bronze Star With Valor — recounts his misadventure:
On March 16, 2013, my son and I were hiking along country roads among pastures and fields with my 15-year old son to help him earn his hiking merit badge. I always enjoy these father/son hikes because it gives me time alone with my son. As I always do when we go on these hikes and walks, I took my trusty rifle with me as there are coyotes, wild hogs, and cougars in our area. In Texas, it is legal to openly carry a rifle or shotgun as long as you do so in a manner that isn’t calculated to cause alarm. In other words, you can’t walk around waving your rifle at people. I always carry my rifle slung across my chest dangling, not holding it in my hands.
At about the 5 mile mark of our hike, a voice behind us asked us to stop and the officer motioned for us to approach him. He got out of his car and met us a few feet later. He asked us what we were doing and I explained that we were hiking for my son’s merit badge. He then asked me what I’m doing with the rifle, to which I responded in a calm manner, “Does it matter, officer? Am I breaking the law?”
At that point, the officer grabbed my rifle without warning or indication. He didn’t ask for my rifle and he didn’t suggest he would take it from me. He simply grabbed it. This startled me and I instantly pulled back – the rifle was attached to me – and I asked what he thought he was doing because he’s not taking my rifle. He then pulled his service pistol on me and told me to take my hands off the weapon and move to his car, which I complied with. He then slammed me into the hood of his car and I remembered I had a camera on me (one of the requirements of the hiking merit badge is to document your hikes). This video is the rest of that encounter. Up to this point, I am not told why I am being stopped, why he tried to disarm me, or even that I’m under arrest.
Following this, they even terrorized his son by intimidating him into answering questions without a parent present:
Chris followed his dad’s instructions to keep the videotape going — even though it’s clear the incident took an emotional toll on the boy. As the officers put Grisham in the back of the car, the video picked up sounds of Chris crying.
The officers told Grisham they would take the boy home.
“I told him not to answer any questions,” Grisham said. “I told him not to answer a single question until his mother was there — and she would answer the questions for him.”
But that’s not what happened.
Chris told Fox News that the police officer refused to let him out of the car until he answered a series of questions. The boy had not been arrested.
“The officer told me that I wasn’t getting out of the patrol car until I answered his questions,” Chris said. “He said I didn’t have a choice. I was scared.”
Grisham said his boy was traumatized by the incident.
“Every time he sees a police officer he has a panic attack,” he said. “That’s unfortunate because we always taught our kids to respect police officers. My wife and I are angry about it.”
He said he explained to his son that they did nothing wrong on that day.
“My son has his own copy of the Constitution,” Grisham said. “He understands his rights. He understands the concept of choosing the hard right over the easy wrong.”
If only the country as a whole still understood this concept, the situation would never have gotten this bad.
Like spring flowers but considerably less pleasant to behold, black mob violence is bursting into bloom:
Welcome to the new normal: Large-scale black mob violence is busting out in Philadelphia, Chicago, Utica, Jacksonville, St. Louis, Wilmington (Delaware), Greenville (South Carolina), Grand Rapids, Peoria, Springfield (Ohio), Newark, Boston and Brooklyn.
All in the last three weeks.
To get an idea of the scale of this epidemic, see Colin Flaherty’s big list of black mob violence. It is getting so bad that the national media may have to switch from completely ignoring the crisis to excusing the welfare-bred, feral mobs that are making even small cities unlivable. Here’s a top 10 list of excuses and mitigating factors, summarized for the convenience of “mainstream” journalists:
1. Warm weather.
2. “They are not really bad kids, they just got caught up in the flash mob thing.”
3. “People in groups tend to let their guard down. They think they are oblivious to CTV. The reasons are ‘Boredom to wanting a new pair of jean to wanting to express their discontent.’”
4. “There’s power in numbers so they are more likely to act out? … The anonymity factor might be a contributing factor. … Does adrenaline play a factor?”
5. “Anonymity reduces their sense of responsibility and accountability. … They are not thinking about the consequences. There are a lot of teens looking for excitement.”
6. “We find that normally good kids get caught up in the excitement of that group and do something that is very wrong.”
7. “Certainly the adrenaline does not allow us to think the way we should. Serotonin levels also drop, and we need serotonin for more impulse control and to focus more, and we see a lot of neurotransmitters are certainly affected.”
8. “When asked afterward, they have a considerable amount of remorse.”
9. “These are kids. They are not thinking this out.”
10. “When niggaz get together they get mad.” — Dr. Dre.
Don’t hold your breath waiting for your TV to tell the truth — that generations of liberal lunacy are causing America to degenerate into savagery. We can count ourselves lucky when the media even acknowledges what is happening, much less tells us the truth about it.

Two months late, Obama finally coughed up a budget for 2014. His past budgets have been so childishly preposterous as to be voted down even in the Democrat-controlled Senate 97 to 0 and 99 to 0. This budget appears to be no more serious. The Heritage Foundation sums up the latest farce in one graphic.
Why not have a shadow president, so that idiots can feel both trendy and self-righteous by voting for the adolescent black guy and yet still have a grownup to run the country? No, Valerie Jarrett won’t do.
