Dhimmitude on Display at 9/11 Mastermind’s Trial
The grand soapbox Eric Holder wanted to provide for 9/11 terrorists a few yards from Ground Zero had to be nixed for political reasons, so moonbats are making as large a farce as possible out of their trials at Club Gitmo:
The defense attorney who wore a traditional Islamic outfit during the rowdy arraignment of the accused Sept. 11 terrorists is defending her courtroom appeal that other women in the room wear more “appropriate” clothing to the proceedings — out of respect for her client’s Muslim beliefs.
Cheryl Bormann, counsel for defendant Walid bin Attash, attended the arraignment Saturday dressed in a hijab, apparently because her client insisted on it. She further requested that the court order other women to follow that example so that the defendants do not have to avert their eyes “for fear of committing a sin under their faith.”
At a press conference Sunday at Guantanamo Bay, Bormann [who is not a Muslim] said she dresses in a hijab at “all times” when she meets with her client “out of respect” for his beliefs.
According to their faith, flying planes full of innocent people into buildings full of more innocent people is an act of valor, but seeing a woman’s hair is a sin. Any lawyer who has respect for these beliefs ought to be disbarred on the grounds of moral insanity.
Nazi spies infiltrating the USA during WWII were promptly executed because they were unlawful combatants, just like Muslim terrorists. Today they would be treated to lawyers dressed up like Ilsa She Wolf of the SS.

I suggest the women who attend the trial go the other way with it – wear clothes as revealing as permissible and appropriate under the circumstances.
I wonder if Ms. Bormann allows her client to beat her with a stick, if he feels that she is being disrespectful to him? Of course, per the Quran, the stick can be no thicker than his thumb.
At what point in a trial does one lawyer for either side get to dictate the cloting of everyone in the courtroom? And why do we have to be respectful of the wishes of a terrorists?
What the opposing council ought to do is to fill the gallery of the courtroom with watresses from Hooter’s… in the work attire.
What about the lawyer having respect for her own beliefs (as if she had any….either respect or beliefs).

The judge needs to censure these “lawyers” for disrespecting the Court and require them to appear in professional attire.

The only thing this “trial” is doing/will do, is make America look even weaker to the world than it already looks, assuming that’s even possible. And, IMO, that’s exactly what the Mullah-in-Chief wants. Can you think of a greater sign of weakness, (as seen by our enemies) than the fact that this trial took 11 years to start? Compare that to the 11 minutes it takes for a Westerner to be beheaded, hung up on a bridge, and set on fire.
Trial? It’s not a trial. It’s a farcical circus meant to give radical terrorists a public platform that will go on “for years”. It will also give them yet another chance to insult America and it’s people, and you can bet your life the Left and their MSM will do everything they can to help them.
The official uniform for all lawyers and military personel at GITMO should be designed by the fine folks at Hooters. Likewise the official food should be provided by Hooters (with a large discount for pork ribs).

The judge should have immediately called a stop to the proceedings and reprimanded the attorney. This is what is wrong in the US and Europe, Muslims need to assimilate to our culture, not the other way around.
