Hispandering Obama Bypasses Congress
Given the cozy relationship between the Manchurian Moonbat and the left-wing media establishment that hyped him into power, you don’t have to be paranoid to wonder if the appalling cover story Time is projectile vomiting next week has been coordinated in advance with this:
The Obama administration will stop deporting and begin granting work permits to younger illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children and have since led law-abiding lives. The election-year initiative addresses a top priority of an influential Latino electorate that has been vocal in its opposition to administration deportation policies.
So much for Obama’s supposed inability to “just change the laws unilaterally.” What do we need Congress for, since he is openly ruling by executive fiat?
The policy change, announced Friday by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, will affect as many as 800,000 immigrants who have lived in fear of deportation. It also bypasses Congress and partially achieves the goals of the so-called DREAM Act…
The Nightmare Act was voted down by our superfluous legislature.
The policy will not lead toward citizenship but will remove the threat of deportation and grant the ability to work legally, leaving eligible immigrants able to remain in the United States for extended periods.
Don’t call it amnesty. Napolitano prefers the term deferred action process.
The effect will be to render moot the concept of legal presence in this country. Like our leadership, rule of law has become a joke.
For those who don’t qualify for the program, the government will apply a farcical “catch and release” strategy.
In the short term, the idea is to energy Hispanic voters.
The move comes in an election year in which the Hispanic vote could be critical in swing states like Colorado, Nevada and Florida. … An NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll last month found Obama leading Romney among Hispanic voters 61 percent to 27 percent.
This is why the Democrat Party is deliberately reengineering the country’s demographics. Caucasian Americans are being ethnically cleansed through displacement. Treason is too mild a word for it.
President Eisenhower launched an operation called Operation Wetback, which defended America by throwing out unlawful invaders. Obama’s version is intended to have the opposite effect.

As i stated in a previous post, the Supreme Court should be asked to immediately implement an writ of mandamus against the White House, and the Justice Department, demanding that they enforce U.S. Law,or face the consequences of violating their oaths of office.
FYI: mandamus (man-dame-us) n. Latin for “we order,” a writ (more modernly called a “writ of mandate”) which orders a public agency or governmental body to perform an act required by law when it has neglected or refused to do so. (From the Free Dictionary)
This could apply to most of the Obama regime’s actions, and inactions.
What good are congressmen and senators? They’ve just allowed a rogue executive to tell them he isn’t interested in enforcing the laws they duly enacted. Our whole system of government is at a breaking point. Separation of powers, checks and balances, electoral integrity. It’s all broken, and very much on purpose.
All of the dead Democrats that voted for the metrosexual-in-chief should be dragged out of their graves and hung for treason.
Does the President have the legal authority to not enforce the law? If the law is Constitutional, probably not.
Nothing in the regime’s decision claims that this immigration law is un-Constitutional, it is just that Obama wants to ignore it.

The real story here IMAO is that Time is working with the adminstration reelection in order to advance a platform plank which was pretty much taken from Rubio.
What Obama is doing with his new immigration policy reminds me of the old bait- and -switch. If you’re not familiar with the term, Wikipedia defines it as the following: Bait-and-switch is a form of fraud, most commonly used in retail stores but also applicable to other contexts.
It seems mighty ironic that Obama all of a sudden came up with this unilateral policy. First of all immigration law should comes from the legislative branch of government and not the executive. What he has effectively done is bypassed the House and Senate and made his decision without either of their support or knowledge. This move in itself says much about Obama’s character. Does he think he is better than Congress? Does he believe he knows what is best while the rest of the country is too stupid to formulate their own opinion? The answer is yes to them both. His whole philosophy is that government, or most importantly he, knows best. His belief is that without government, the individual is nothing. Only through government can the individual become a better person and rise to a higher level of living. Without government the individual is nothing.
Obama’s philosophy sound familiar? Well it should. It’s the same mantra of thought exercised by such 20th century regimes such as the Nazis. Isn’t it amazing, yet unfortunate, how history repeats itself?
Now here’s the bait-and-switch. With unemployment up to 8.2%, almost 25% of teenagers unemployed, an economy that has lost 1.37 million jobs in the past 3 years, and ongoing scandals such as fast and furious, Obama needs something to take the media coverage away from his crumbling presidency. His goal is to bait everyone into to reading or listening to something different such as his new immigration policy. As the media and everyone in the country are baited into this story he gives us the switch. What is the switch? Well, now the news is no longer centered upon Obama’s failed tenure as president and are instead focused on his new change in American policy. It’s almost like the misdirection illusionists use to play a trick in the audience. Plus, with this new policy he can now pander to the Latino vote- a vote he desperately needs to stay in office. It’s like a 2 for one with this new policy. He can take attention off of his failed leadership and attempt to garner more votes from a specific population all with one policy change. Isn’t politics grand?
Well Obama, no matter how much you try to bait-and-switch or misdirect us, the problems you have created are still here. There’s no magic or political spin which can disguise the pitiful economic numbers you’ve put up since you’re tenure in office.
Good point snuss, now let’s see you find someone in congress with the balls to do it. Clue: Don’t bother looking at the Republicans for help, as they are gutless cowards.
As bas as Obummer’s Constitutional violations make congress look, IMO, it makes the American sheeple look even worse for tolerating it. Where are the protests? Where are the marches? Where’s the vocal outrage? And, where is the Tea Party now that they are truly needed?
If the Marxist-in-Chief wins in Nov, the American sheeple who vote for, and support him, deserve everything that’s coming their way. Unfortunately for the rest of us, we’ll also have to pay the price, unless we make the movie Red Dawn a reality.

Why all the panic? He hasn’t done anything and will be stopped if he tries. Harebrained ideas like this won’t survive the scrutiny of the people, or even the current lame legislative session. I say let him rave about his craziness, it only hurts his own cause.

I heard (have not verified) that a lawsuit was filed to block this. That is the best action, for now.
To go to impeachment might backlash and cause Barry to retain his questionable residence in our White House as well as possibly helping Democrats make gains in the House and Senate. It would not be good to give B. Hussein Obama a chance to play the martyr card. Rather, let’s get past the election THEN start impeachment proceedings whether he wins or loses.

This could only happen to a nation of weak, gullible, sheep. We have become a people who lack the will to save even our own country, while at the same time, we tolerate the elected lying crooks sending our best young people off to fight wars to save other people’s countries.
Any people who sit by and tolerate their freedom and liberty being taken away and abused, don’t deserve to have either.
This is an outrage. We can’t sit by and allow our country to be destroyed. Millions of Americans are out of work. The President is a con artist and down deep he hates America and he hates white Americans. This move practically assures him an ill gotten second term, unless every white in the country votes for Romney. But then some say that Romney is an open borders nut too. God, it just makes me sick to my stomach.

With 23 million Americans out of work Ol’ Jugears is going to hand nearly a million criminals (Yes, ‘criminals’, I decline to use euphemisms like ‘undocumented alien’ and ‘less-than-legal-permanent-tourists’.), a presidential green card.
