Angela Corey, George Zimmerman tormentor lies again
    http://legalinsurrection.com/2012/06/perjury-charge-against-shellie-zimmerman-raises-more-questions-of-prosecutorial-overreaching/
it appears that the above testimony was selectively edited by the prosecution to leave out the following exchange (deleted testimony in bold):

Q: How much money is in that website right now? How much money as a result of that website was —

A: Currently, I do not know.

    Q: Who would know that?

A: That would be my brother-in-law.

Q: And is he — I know he’s not in the same room as you, but is he available so we can speak to him, too, or the Court can inquire through the State or the Defense?

A: I’m sure that we could probably get him on the phone.

Q: Okay. So he’s not there now.

A: No, he is not, sir.

Q: Do you have any estimate as to how much money has already been obtained or collected?
    A: I do not.
The deleted transcript language certainly gives a very different context to the issue of whether Shellie knew how much was available or had an “estimate.” She offered to get the person who knew on the phone, but the prosecution didn’t take her up on that.

New Mexico mayor sentenced for trafficking guns to Mexican drug cartel

What Reuters didn’t report was that the convict, Eddie Espinoza, is a Democrat. Shamefully, he’ll serve only 51 months for putting nearly 200 guns into the hands of the paramilitary wing of some cuddly undocumented pharmacists.

Yes it is,for illegal women and their
children, but not for illegal Baby daddy.
Not the guys convicted of some ‘crime.’

    Progress!
Well perhaps it will cut down on false Dv immigration fraud,as the wimmins just gotta get preggers to stay in country.
    How hard can that be?
Instead of the Mexican father paying for
“her” child”,the Us taxpayer can take up that slack with ease.
After all- it’s the compassionate thing to od.
    Obama is seditious mangina.

On eve of health ruling, Ruth Bader Ginsburg predicts ‘sharp disagreement’

    yaTHINK?

Gee, like we couldn’t have seen THAT coming!

Biden can’t help but talk America down – yet another examples of the “Hate America First” mentality of Democrats.

Yet more proof clueless Biden needs to get out more.

There are great cities all over this nation.

BIDEN: ‘Barack makes me sound like I just climbed out of a mine carrying a lunch bucket’.

Whereas Biden makes himself sound like he belongs in the nearest state hospital for the criminally insane/profoundly retarded.

Cincinnati man, 28, busted FOR THE 4th TIME for indecent act with stuffed animal

HILARIOUS! They put a bar over the teddy bear’s eyes…

Ya know… at least he’s just raping a stuffed animal, not a live one. Or a person.

    Something to consider.

Can stuffed animals give informed consent? How do we know it was rape?

Maybe the teddy bear “asked for it”.

Tebow to speak here this Sunday.

Foreign holdings of US debt hit record high.

City welds shut bathroom doors to keep out homeless.

Here in San Diego, to counter a growing trend of homeless bums taking over our public restrooms at Mission Bay (they said it was a cost cutting measure), the City started padlocking a large percentage of them during the slow season (i.e. fall, winter and the first bits of spring basically) but they did a bad job of picking which were to be closed.

One they included was right at a major I-5 off ramp and people who waited virtually “until the last possible second” would pull in, run over, find the place locked up, and would just do their business at a nearby tree or bush.

  8. Daniel Thomas says:

Political Correctness is the weapon of choice for Progressives. In their sorry eyes racism is everywhere. What about the Cocaine Sentencing Disparity Bill (SB608) from the Missouri State Legislature.

Mandatory sentencing for cheaper crack cocaine was higher because it was deemed worse than the more expensive powder cocaine.

This was considered to be racist as black folk tend to use crack whereas whites tend to use powder.

Mandatory sentencing for crack has been lowered in order to do away with the racial disparity.

So if life expectancy is higher for white folks than black folks, should it be lowered for whites to do away with the racial disparity?

  9. Fiberal says:

Amnesty 5 months before BO’s the election.
When Eric Holder is working to eliminate voter ID.

    Who would have guessed?

And at a time when blacks have escalated their de facto war against whites. Reinforcements are on the way.

This looks to be BO’s Mariel boat lift..which didn’t work out so well for Carter. Or for Miami’s murdered, assaulted and raped citizens.

But hey…diversity’s just great. Isn’t it?

The only problem is that no one, no politician or authoritarian in control of other people’s lives has ever given anyone a choice in such matters. No authority gives a damn as to whether diversity really is a great thing for the people who have to live with it.

Just how does it enhance the lives of the indigenous as advertised, propagandized and forced?

    (“Shut up”, he explained.)

Why is it better to force racial mixing as opposed to letting people chose?

It isn’t bc diversity gets whites killed.

That’s why there will never be a referendum, that includes whites, on this issue.

  10. Dr. 9 says:

The desegregation that was forced upon the people back in the early 60′s was nothing more than another huge social experiment by the left that failed. And to prove that it was a failure, all one need do is take a look at any large urban city in America.

Code enforcement brownshirts illegally eradicate woman’s edible garden, which she depended on for food and medicine

In the age of Obamunism, mastery of the law is no defense. Her crime? Relying on a garden for food and medicine instead of enrolling in food stamps and Obamacare.

  14. Bob Roberts says:

Chicago hedge fund manager switches from 2008 Obama fan to Romney backer

Actually the headline was not exactly correct – in 2008 he donated to BOTH McCain and Obama. This year Obama gets nada.

“If the president says we’re not going to enforce the law, there’s really nothing anyone can do about it,” University of Pennsylvania constitutional law professor Kermit Roosevelt said. “It’s clearly a political calculation.”

That’s not exactly true. I’ve had an e-mail exchange on other topics with Mr. Roosevelt (yes, he IS a relative of FDR and Teddy) and he wasn’t honest then, nor is he being honest now.

The President takes an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and the Constitution states, clearly, that it is his duty, his job, to enforce the laws. Not just those he sees fit to enforce, but all of them.

SO yes, there is something that can be done. Now this moment isn’t the time to start impeachment – that can wait until after the election so he doesn’t get any potential political gain from it.
