When has “our” society ever been consulted as to the forced racial make-up?

The strategic displacement of whites was started long ago by a group that I do not believe I can name here without being deleted. But you can easily look up the groups that lobbied to change our policies from a white ethnostate to a third world banana republic. I believe that the names Javitz and Cuellar come to mind.
