ObamaCare: Code Blue for the Middle Class

ObamaCare_CodeBlue
Compliments of Zappatrust.

The Supreme Court has ruled. Either ObamaCare is unconstitutional or it is one of the most massive tax increases in the history of the world. That won’t be easy to reconcile on the campaign trail with this frequently repeated 2008 promise…

…and this description of where the bulk of the ObamaCare burden falls:

On tips from Zappatrust and Bob.

The White House echo machine is all over the air waves and print media telling the moron electorate that this is NOT a tax… when the Supreme Clowns just said it’s tax.

Apparently this act is subject to the Dhimmeroid Uncertainty Priciple, a corollary to the Heisenberg version. You can only determine what it is or what it’s going to do to us, but not both at the same time. It all depends on the observer.

Those who say it’s only a penalty are contridicted by the argument it’s a massive tax on the middle class and employers. This is much like Shrodingers Cat which exists in both states simultaneously until observed. The observer colapses the items existence into a single state by the act of observing.

At least that’s the only way I can see to explain why Dhimmeroids continue to call it a non tax penalty on those who fail to buy a certain product while the rest of the world see it as a massive set of taxes.

Freeloaders? Because a person is uninsured, we are now called ‘freeloaders’?
Paying cash, or in some circumstances sending a check when the bill shows up the next month makes me a Freeloader?!?
Or was she talking about the illegal aliens crippling our hospitals by using the emergency room and then bilking the hospital on payment?
Because American Citizens are hardly likely to be ‘freeloaders’ since hospitals and doctors Love to send unpaid bills to credit agencies.
What next, Utility Bill Insurance to cover us ‘freeloaders’ incase we decide not to pay the avalanche of higher utility costs the One mandated by shutting down coal fired electric plants?
Those who are ‘freeloaders’ will still be ‘freeloaders’ hitching their freeride off the increased costs the Rest of us have to pay -just like the rest of Welfare.
Well, I am not going to be coerced into padding an insurance company’s profit margin, and I am not going to be forced to pay the healthcare costs of any family but my own.
Freeloaders. Like the Freeloading Tyrants in Washington with their taxpayer provided Ultima-Care health policy?
I have three answers for That.

Hey guys…what happens when you put on a blindfold and floor the gas pedal heading into a wall?

    You hit the wall!

So why all the massive indignation ….now?

Where was all this massive indignation in the U.S. when Kagen was coaching BO’s attorney who couldn’t defend BOcare when it was argued before the SCOTUS?

Where was all this massive indignation in the U.S. when John Roberts put in the fix by arguing that Kagen shouldn’t recuse herself even after she had a previous interest in BOcare as part of the Kenyan’s administration?

Where was all this massive indignation in the U.S. when Lindsey Grahmnesty was playing footsies with Sotomayor and Kagen during their “confirmation” hearings?

Where was all this massive indignation in the U.S. when Nancy Pelosi uttered the now-dumbest question ever to be uttered by a politician: “We have to pass the bill so you all can see what’s in it.”

Where was all this massive indignation in the U.S. when the congress allowed an unvetted, admitted socialist, racist, self-styled victim of racism, illegal Kenyan who sealed all his pass records in order to run for the presidency?

Where was all this massive indignation in the U.S. when electing the George Bushes rather than true conservative candidates?.

    .
I’ll tell you where was all the massive indignation was — buried by survivor, american idol, football games, NASCAR and any other possible form of idiotic entertainment that could be used to occupy every spare femtosecond of the American political consciousness.

Or it never existed due to the “independent” (neurons) who love to smugly stand by and announce that they are uninterested in politics.

    .
When you fail to understand that there is an ongoing war waged against capitalism, decency and the constitution, you eat wall.

Well said, my friend. And you could’ve added scores more to your list of things we should be outraged about.

Except that the idiots watching Survivor, et al, are STILL unaware/uninterested in what is going on.

We are so monumentally fucked that even if Mittens wins, it will mean nothing. Does anyone actually believe that he will repeal anything? He’s one of them, and don’t forget it.

The only adults left are the 10% or so who read blogs like Dave’s, and have carefully followed politics all along. And all that following, for all my life, has done nothing but lead to the depressed state I’m in.

The Laura Ingraham’s, etc, are STILL spouting about how Barry is really a nice guy, but is just sooooo wrong in the way he is going about things. “Those things won’t work!”, she babbles. And on it goes.

She/ they, will STILL call anyone a racist who even mentions that Barry is a racist. Giving the finger, Skip Gates, Holder, Van Jones, typical white people, those retarded autobiographies, flash beatings by black mobs directed at whites and not addressed by Holder, black panthers in the fucking white house! rap “artists” who call for killing cops in the fucking white house! and on and on, is STILL not enough to get him branded for what he is. But if one of us points these things out? RAYCISS!!

We used to take care of traitors, and enemies within (Holder is not in jail?? Barry is not being impeached??) Now, we watch Survivor, listen to rap, and wait for a Liberal fake like Mittons to save us.

The second amendment is next. Mark it down…

A few of the patient “rights” under the lunatic-left d-cRAT socialist healthcare nationalization, rationing, taxation and abortion atrocity:

    1. you have a “right” to be taxed to death if you don’t pay for government-run obozocare
    2. you have a “right” to be put into prison if you don’t pay the IRS penalty for not getting obozocare
    3. you have a “right” to go without medical care when ALL doctors refuse to take any new patients under obozocare.
    4. you have a “right” to pay for your obozocare out of your own pocket when your employer cancels your healthcare.
    5. you have a “right” to die when the obozocare death panel refuses your treatment

Be afraid – be very afraid – of d-cRAT socialist healthcare.

Note: 30 June 2012, Stephen Moore, Senior Economics Writer with the Wall Street Journal: 75% OF OBAMACARE COSTS WILL FALL ON BACKS OF THOSE MAKING LESS THAN $120K A YEAR – “It’s a big punch in the stomach to middle class families. “We are so monumentally fucked that even if Mittens wins, it will mean nothing. Does anyone actually believe that he will repeal anything? He’s one of them, and don’t forget it.”

Mitt wasn’t my first or second choice. However, he is now the only guy who can possibly oust Obama. Will he solve everything? Nope; it took 100 years to get where we are. Is he a whole lot better than Obama? I am certain he is and I’m doing everything possible to get him elected.

I’d take a RINO over a Marxist any day of the week. At least Romney really has:
    1. No incentive to damage the country.
    2. No incentive or reason to hurt white people (men in particular),
    3. Use his office to get rich (the man is already rich).

Anyone who wants Obama in office for the next 4 years, or anyone who believes that the US would be better off (or the same) with Obama in office rather than Romney is not thinking straight.

  • http://californiayankee.net Erinyes

“Okay. If it’s not a tax, then it can’t be constitutional. Or am I missing something?”

Yes. The Obama administration argued in MARCH 2012 BEFORE the Supreme Court that it COULD be considered a tax. This after intentionally misleading the public by claiming it is NOT a tax. So Roberts, seeing that it in fact DOES meet all the requirements of a tax, did the only thib=ng he COULD do – ruled that it was a tax and therefore constitutionally sound. To rule against it would have given Obama solid administration fodder. By ruling as he did, he fucked the Obama administration, he did not betray anyone. This way, he is calling out Obama on a massive lie.

Of course, any idiot following this from the start knows its a tax. The only idiots claiming otherwise are Obama and his minions.

And check this out from Bloodless Coup’s link:

    H.R. 3200 section 2521, Pg. 1001, paragraph 1.
The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that— ‘‘is or has been used in or on a patient; ‘‘and is— ‘‘a class III device; or ‘‘a class II device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining.”

What is in the RFID chip to make it “life-sustaining”?

I got mocked on FSTDT for this recent comment:

    Quote# 87579

They are trying to implement the chip on many fronts. It is being touted for immigration control, medical records, banking records, military purposes – such as locating missing soldiers, and other identity related purposes, but there is a much more sinister purpose for the chip. They fully intend to use it for mind control and to prolong life. What’s to stop them from controling one’s heart rate and brain function with the chip? Ever heard of Zombies? Ever wonder why they are suddenly so popular?

Okay, the mind control thing is distasteful, but I’m all for the whole “prolonging life” angle.

“What’s to stop them from controling one’s heart rate and brain function with the chip?”

The fact that it’s a simple transceiver that can’t do squat all besides send a weak radio signal when it’s affected by the right electromagnetic field.

The logic in the majority opinion is the jurisprudential equivalent of passing a camel through the eye of a needle. The logic is so tortured, unexpected and unprecedented that even the law’s most fervent supporters did not make or anticipate the court’s argument in its support. Under the Constitution, a tax must originate in the House (which this law did not), and it must be applied for doing something (like earning income or purchasing tobacco or fuel), not for doing nothing. In all the history of the court, it never has held that a penalty imposed for violating a federal law was really a tax. And it never has converted linguistically the congressional finding of penalty into the judicial declaration of tax, absent finding subterfuge on the part of congressional draftsmanship.Andrew P. Napolitano
    ______________________________________

All of this ObamaCare mandate is a pure function of being a living human being. My required car insurance is a corollary to my totally optional decision to own and drive a car. The requirement that I carry “full coverage” insurance instead of the minimum liability-only insurance is a corollary to the fact that I freely choose to lease my car, and thus there are additional conditions that I must meet. Income tax was tied to the fact that I chose to work and generate income – not on my existence itself. Property tax is a corollary to my decision to buy real estate. The gasoline tax is a corollary to my free decision to drive a car, and a car that runs on gasoline. Yes, I think that income and property taxes in particular are intrinsically morally dubious, but that is not the debate before us. The debate before us is whether the Federal government, or ANY government can ever, ever licitly tax human beings on the very fact that they EXIST.

    The obvious answer is NO.

I just figured out how much the health care bill is going to cost you and me.

I know having healthcare is important and it can ruin your credit and put you in debt that you can’t afford to pay.

I found this Health Care law cost calculator but, I’m not sure if it’s gives prices for someone that has pre-existing medical condition or just a healthy person, but the penalty tax for not getting health insurance is probably the same either way.

Just put what you make a year in and it tells you about how much it will cost you a year or what the penalty will be if you don’t get coverage.
    http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv…eans-for-you/#

I was kinda like a lot of people thinking that it was going to be like the UK or Canada and every body in the US will get free health care. I didn’t like it because, I thought it wouldn’t be as good of medical care the US has now, it would take longer to see a doctor, they would ration care and I thought it was going to cost Trillions of dollars the US didn’t have.

I found out, only the poorest people that are below the poverty level get it free. They have to enroll in Medicaid.
The rest of us are being FORCED to buy health insurance like we are forced to buy car insurance.

A single person making $44,680 a year has to buy a health plan that’s going to cost close to $353.75 a month, and if they don’t buy it they will be subject to a penalty of about $861 and still have no heath insurance.

For a family of 4 with 2 adults making $46,100 a piece = $92,200 A health plan is going to cost close to about $729.91 a month and If they don’t buy insurance,(2 uninsured adults and 2 uninsured children, your family would be subject to a penalty of about $2,085) and still have no heath insurance.

Another thing is the cost of the health plan depends on how much money you make.
You get the same coverage as the person getting it FREE or the person paying hundred of dollars less a month.

A single person making $30,000 a year pays about $200 a month for the plan.
A single person making $44,680 a year pays about $350 a month for the plan.

A family of 4 making $60,000 a year pays about $400 a month for the plan.
A family of 4 making $92,200 a year pays about $730 a month for the plan.

These numbers or only if you pay the monthly premiums for the plan and do get sick and use it. You still have to pay out-of-pocket costs for co-payments, though they will be capped at 30 percent of the cost of the total cost of the plan.

Worst case for the single person in this example would be a maximum of $1,273.50 for out-of-pocket / co-pays. This on top of the $4,245 a year for the health plan.

Worst case for the family of four in this example would be a maximum of $2,627.70 for out-of-pocket / co-pays. This on top of the $8,759 a year for the health plan.

So people that have jobs and aren’t below the poverty line that can barely make it now, and can’t afford health care, will still have no health insurance and have to pay $861 to $2,085 to the IRS (as a penalty since they ruled it a tax).
That means no more tax refunds checks if you don’t buy insurance and probably have to send an additional amount to the IRS every year.

So if you can’t afford another $353.75 a month, or more if you have a family $729.91 a month, you’ll still be uninsured and have $861(single) or $2,085(family of 4) less to spend a year.
So that’s why people are pissed. They are being forced by the government to buy insurance and have no choice if they can’t afford it.

The IRS will just tax them more on their checks or take their tax refunds.
It is only a free medical care for the poor or people already on welfare/food stamps already.

You may have already know this, but I didn’t fully understand it till now.

I bet the majority of people uninsured now will still be uninsured and just paying the penalty TAX, because buying the medical insurance cost 3 times more than the penalty tax.

Looks like all it does, is force a small percent of people to be responsible and take the money they used for other things like car payments, food, clothes, vacation and use it now to buy insurance.

I can see why they say it’s redistributing the wealth to the poor folks. I’m sure the cost of the people that are getting the FREE medical care are being paid for by the people making more, and paying for the medical coverage. I can see why people would not want to work to hard or make to much money.

That’s they way I understand it, but I could be wrong.. If I am, I’m not trying or want to get into a debate about Obama care with you. It’s just something I think I figured out tonight and thought you might have thought the same thing,(that it was like the medical system in the UK and Canada). Now I know it’s going to cost me more money.
