No surprises here. Don’t forget that these deviants live telling themselves they are in a constant battle against discrimination. Sometimes, they feel like they need to stoke the fire when they realise there isn’t any at all, or just decide to add feathers and rub against people just so they can scream intolerance. We’ve all seen this many times before.

While it’s true it took a bit longer to recognize that the level of skin pigment in one’s skin didn’t matter – something Chris Rock still apparently doesn’t get, based on many of his statements – it was Independence Day that made freeing the slaves possible. An Oregon town has reportedly canceled its annual fireworks show out of concern the Fourth of July pyrotechnics will scare sea birds roosting nearby.
The move has irked local business owners who count on the popular show to bring foot traffic.
“It’s a great loss to our community,” Peggy Leoni, co-owner of Trollers Lodge, a small motel in Depoe Bay, told the newspaper.
Rebecca Chuck, deputy project leader with the Oregon Coast National Wildlife Refuge Complex, said the move was necessary to protect species such as the Brandt’s cormorant that nest at Pirates Cove.
The cove is less than a mile south of Boiler Bay, where the fireworks show is held, and seabird colonies on the north coast face intensifying pressure from bald eagles and other predators. The event at Boiler Bay has been a tradition since 1993.
Brandt’s cormorant is listed in the “least concern” category as far as conservation status goes. The nesting site is about a mile from the show site.

An Arkansas teenager who admitted shooting and killing his sister as she slept never told police or prosecutors why he did it, but according to a childhood friend, the 15-year-old hated the straight-A student and athlete.
That friend described animosity between Colton Harvey and his 16-year-old sister, Candace, in an interview with authorities obtained Thursday by The Associated Press under a Freedom of Information Act request. Harvey pleaded guilty to second-degree murder this week in exchange for a 45-year prison sentence.
“He’s always said that he hated his sister, but he wasn’t ever saying nothing about he was gonna kill his sister,” the friend said in February, about a month after Harvey pointed his father’s rifle at his sister’s head and fired three shots.

This is laughable given how liberal media members have been mercilessly attacking Roberts since George W. Bush first nominated him for the Court in 2005. Now that he’s ruled in their favor on ObamaCare, criticism of him is “tragic and awful.”
This certainly won’t be the case if next year the Court upholds states’ rights to define marriage as between a man and a woman or rules against affirmative action. Then folks like Walsh will be right back to attacking the justice they’ve recently promoted to saint.

Late on Monday the national audit office said the French budget deficit will overshoot by 6-10 billion euros ($7.56-12.6 billion) this year and by 33 billion euros in 2013. In order to bring the budget in-line with EU rules, Hollande is going to have to make difficult decisions on spending and taxes that could draw criticism from his own party and unions who supported the pro-growth message that saw him beat Nicolas Sarkozy to the presidency in May.
“The country is in the danger zone in terms of its economy and public finances. We cannot rule out the possibility of a debt spiral,” Didier Migaud, head of the Court of Auditors said in a news conference reported by Reuters. “2013 is a crucial year. The budgetary equation is going to be very hard, much harder than expected due to the worsening of the economic picture.”
