Hi-Tech Writing on the Wall

Resistance is out there, everywhere you look:

Several electronic road construction signs around Anchorage were hacked late Wednesday night or early Thursday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation.

Signs that normally display closure and detour information, like the one on Minnesota Drive near 100th Avenue, were changed to read “Impeach Obama.”

Although either Fast & Furious or Solyndra alone would certainly warrant impeachment, at this point I would settle for defeating him soundly in November.

“Hacked”? Well, maybe…or maybe not. ;-)

  2. Wilberforce says:

I like this better than the “Zombies Ahead” hacks I’ve seen (these are surprisingly easy to do….or so I’ve heard :) )

  3. Anon-Y-Mouse says:

…and who’s going to impeach him? Boo-Hoo Boehner? The other gutless-wonders in Congress? Mike “They Are Hyper-orthodox” Huckabee? Maybe John McCain could lead the charge!

Between the RNC, the Boehner/beltway insider crowd and Big Mitt, I’ve seen more backbone and willingness to fight for a cause in……….hell, in the FRENCH!

  4. TeaPartyNation says:

Speaker of the House Boehner must stop crying, get a pair, man-up and convene a special panel to begin IMPEACHMENT hearings for the high crimes and misdemeanors of hussein in relation to the illegal sestak and romanoff job offers, CRONY CAPITALISM with GE, Goldman Sachs, GM, Governmentoogle, solyndra and others, blatant extortion of money from a company (BP), intentional failure to protect our borders, willfully ignoring the legal rulings of the courts (that’s the THIRD BRANCH of the federal government, Sen. “Like all lunatic-lefties, I know nothing about the Constitution” Schumer), funneling massive amounts of taxpayer money to unions that then illegally kick-back money to the d-cRAT socialists, making campaign videos in the White House in violation of FEC rules, intentional failure to enforce immigration laws and the intimidation of any state or law enforcement agency that does try to enforce them, unconstitutional NON-recess appointments, unconstitutional/unlawful military action in Libya, DOJ acceptance and encouragement of Blank Panther voter intimidation, unconstitutional attacks on religious freedom in violation of the 1st Amendment, outrageous race-base law enforcement by the DOJ and his many, many other offenses against America and the US Constitution.

We could use a few zombie warning signs down here in Florida. Things have been getting bad ever since patient zero ate that homeless man.

  6. ASinglePerson says:

So would the Iran-Contra scandal warrant the impeachment of Ronald Reagen as well? I mean he was pretty well involved in that.

  7. Bob Roberts says:

The problem with impeachment is that you could no doubt get an impeachment vote in the House but in the Senate he’d likely squeak by.

I love it when brainless idiots post here.

OK, “ASinglePerson”, please explain how, in your opinion, Ronald Reagan, who’s name you can’t even spell correctly, was “pretty well involved in that”.

Even lunatic liberal sources admit the following:

    1) No conclusive evidence has been found showing that Ronald Reagan authorized the diversion of the money raised by the Iranian arms sales to the Contras.

    2) On March 4, 1987, Reagan returned to the airwaves in a nationally televised address, taking full responsibility for any actions that he was unaware of, and admitting that “what began as a strategic opening to Iran deteriorated, in its implementation, into trading arms for hostages.”

Reagan was not “well involved” but, unlike Obama, who WAS well involved in ALL the scandals of his administration, Reagan stepped up and accepted responsibility.

  8. Bob Roberts says:

One more note on Iran-Contra: Several investigations found no evidence that President Reagan himself knew of the extent of the multiple programs.

  9. Anon-Y-Mouse says:

    …but BOOOSH!

Reagan? Iran-Contra? How far back do you need to go to make excuses for Obama?

Did we dodge a bullet by not electing Wendell Willkie?

Was Millard Fillmore involved in shady dealings?

Is the Rutherford B. Hayes agenda still contributing to the economic slump?

How much does Obama claim to have “inherited” from Chester A. Arthur?

If we had an actual Republican candidate, he could make such mince meat out of Obama and his embarrassingly idiotic minions.

Unfortunately, we so far have the best human impression of milquetoast I’ve ever seen…

  10. ASinglePerson says:

This is surreal. You people are too far gone. I though I could get some reasonable anything from you people. I was sorely mistaken. I’ll allow you to bask in your own ignorance as society progresses without you.

  11. AC says:

At least Lt. Col. North loved his country and risked his life fighting communism. Comrade Chairman has done nothing but assault our freedoms and our way of life.

  12. Mr Evilwrench says:

Heh heh. Heh. No wonder you’re still single. Our “ignorance”, as you call it, serves us well in the real world, however theoretical your understanding of that place is. Enjoy us saving you the progress into poverty and irrelevance, but, you know, if you ever come to your senses a simple “thank you” would be appreciated.

  13. Jimbo says:

I was in Anchorage just last week.

    I didn’t do it.

Anything I hack into a message sign will contain the word ‘dipshit’.

  14. Anon-Y-Mouse says:

Life’s a bitch, isn’t it “SinglePerson”? People disagree with you…wow, damn! That is hard to deal with, huh! You can’t get away with saying something like “KOCH BROTHERS” and having nothing but knowingly nodding heads.

You’re name says it all: “person”. Only far-gone progressives get into “person”hood. I’ll take a guess and say that someone who writes a post like that is most likely male but ashamed of it, with massive not-so-latent gay tendencies. They would hate people who eat meat, they’d want to re-distribute wealth to make up for white colonial dominance and to cure “global climate change”. They would enjoy attending PETA meetings, playing Hacky-Sack and smell pretty much like all Occupy protesters…and may, in fact, BE an occupy protester. Am I hitting close to home?

By the way, until you and your friends confiscate our firearms, you can’t allow or dis-allow any basking whatsoever.

    Have a super day!

  15. IslandLifer says:

Who is going to impeach who? You guys are confusing me now. Haven’t you heard? There is NO opposition party. Get used to it!

  16. dan says:

an actual Republican…I’d settle for a real Democrat of the Jeffersonian persuasion . It would seem that any incumbent is soon corrupted by the lobbyists and big money ….not to mention the corruption of power.
    Term limits,sunset laws,no presidential directives…
let’s just try to follow the Constitution for a change !

So, someone hacked this by using a control pad which was stored in an unlocked box?

  21. CleverOne says:

yea, most of those road signs are still on default password which is all over the internet.
