Soros Helps Finance Obama’s Push to Use UN to Disarm Americans

The Fast & Furious debacle isn’t the only trick Obama has pulled out of his sleeve regarding underhanded attempts to infringe upon our right to bear arms. He has been conspiring to use the authoritarian and anti-American United Nations to overrule the Second Amendment. A zillionaire James Bond villain come to life is on board:

George Soros is financing the fight to give the United Nations control of your guns.

Through his Media Matters organization, Soros is dumping pro-UN gun control propaganda into the mainstream media to coincide with the United Nations Conference on the Arms Trade Treaty being held in New York July 2–27.

According to the propaganda, the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) would not disarm the American population. In reality, it is a giant step toward that progressive goal.

[T]he ATT empowers the UN to force Congress to:

• Enact internationally agreed licensing requirements for Americans

• Confiscate and destroy unauthorized firearms of Americans while allowing the U.S. government to keep theirs

• Ban the trade, sale, and private ownership of semi-automatic guns

• Create and mandate an international registry to organize an encompassing gun confiscation in America

The Manchurian Moonbat is pushing hard for this appalling treaty, as is his quisling henchmoonbat Shrillary Rotten. Forty-five Senators who still qualify as Americans are pushing back, having signed a letter to Obama written by Jerry Moran (R-KS) declaring that “our firearm freedoms are not negotiable.”

That they would attempt to go over the head of the US Constitution to disarm the citizenry is all you need to know about Barry Soetoro and Shrillary.

Liberals have targeted (pun intended) the 2nd Amendment for decades. They know from history that citizens with no guns are SUBJECTS.

Amazing how people like Obama and Hillary can continue to find new ‘rights’ in the 1st Amendment, while at the same time pretending the 2nd Amendment does not exist or does not apply to the people!

You might as well also be afraid of the League of Nations. Or the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

Obama has already signed many of our rights away to the UN. I don’t know if anyone can undo the damage.

I have posted the following a few times, but it is becoming more and more relevent and worth looking into:

Once again, I plea for people to at least take a peak inside the Bible:

Daniel 11 The King Who Exalts Himself

36 “The king will do as he pleases. He will exalt and magnify himself above every god and will say unheard-of things against the God of gods. He will be successful until the time of wrath is completed, for what has been determined must take place. 37 He will show no regard for the gods of his ancestors or for the one desired by women, nor will he regard any god, but will exalt himself above them all. 38 Instead of them, he will honor a god of fortresses; a god unknown to his ancestors he will honor with gold and silver, with precious stones and costly gifts. 39 He will attack the mightiest fortresses with the help of a foreign god and will greatly honor those who acknowledge him. He will make them rulers over many people and will distribute the land at a price.[d]

Hhmmmm….If we replace Obama as this king…

Obama shall do as he pleases, no matter what kind of crisis is going on. He shall exalt himself and magnify himself above every other leader and shall speak astonishing things against the Christian/Jewish God. He shall prosper till the indignation is accomplished, for God warned us that these things were destined to happen. Obama will not really worship any god, he has put himself up as a god. He shall pay no attention to the Christian God or to God’s only beggotten son, Jesus. He shall pay no attention to the advice of other leaders, for he shall magnify himself above all. He will honor the Muslim god, Allah the god of war. He will attack the mightiest fortresses with the help of George Soros and will greatly honor those who acknowledge him. He will help to overthrow existing leaders. He will greatly reward those who help him with money, contracts, powerful positions, and other favors.

    Bye-bye!”

Nangleator, spare us your defense of the UN. You are welcome to blow this off if you wish, but we are talking about Congress and this administration deliberately giving power to the UN.

The citizens of this country ARE going to take this SERIOUS!

The obama administration has shown with Fast and Furious that there is no level to which they will not

  9. wingmann says:

    The obammy factor:

The Obama years have proved to be a boon to the nation’s gun industry, which has posted strong gains in jobs, sales, economic impact and taxes paid in the teeth of an economic downturn.

The economic impact of the firearms and ammunition industry – a figure that includes jobs, taxes and sales – hit $31 billion in 2011, up from $19 billion in 2008, according to a survey released Thursday by the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF). Background check requests for firearms purchases set records in 2010 and 2011, according to FBI data.

Jobs in the firearms business jumped 30 percent from 2008 to 2011, when the industry employed 98,750. The industry paid $2.5 billion in federal taxes in 2011, up 66 percent in three years.

    http://newsdeskinternational.wordpress.com/2012/04/20/gun-sales-climb-61-since-obama-took-office-in-2008/

We certainly will not be disarmed on this T O O L’S watch.

I will not ever register my firearms ever!! I have already been made a potential criminal via Commie Care AKA Obama Care. Because unless they will automatically deduct via pay check like other taxes I will not be paying for commie care, so at some point I will be forced to deal with the IRS. So when the Kenyan Kommie Kocksucker sends his SS troops looking for my weapons at 5:00am they can rip the house apart but won’t find them.

  13. Nangleator says:

Jodie: “Obama has already signed many of our rights away to the UN.”

List a couple. And the documents he signed. Otherwise, with exactly the same level of reality, I grant you all those rights back, plus 10%.

Tchhht!!!: “The obama administration has shown with Fast and Furious that there is no level to which they will not stoop to take away our second ammendment rights.”

You mean the program started under Bush to track criminals by selling guns? Selling guns takes away your right? How?

Is all this fear based on potential future legislation for which no American president could possibly get through either house? The only time Obama came near gun control legislation, he reduced it. You can carry in national parks now, thanks to him.

  18. Nangleator says:

StanInTexas, yes, by the nickname “Fast and Furious” it’s under Obama. But the same thing called “Project Gunrunner” started in 2005.

Jodie, I’m not interested in 76 million rightwing blog posts. The conspiracy theory is based on the administration’s agreement to talk about writing a United Nations treaty to regulate arms exports and imports. Here’s some details:

    http://www.factcheck.org/2009/12/international-gun-ban-treaty/

From that link: “The fact is that a provision in the resolution’s preamble – included at the request of the U.S. – explicitly recognizes the right of nations to regulate gun sales and ownership within their borders.”

Sounds like you have to thank Obama for putting in the provision that keeps a treaty about international arms trade between nation states from growing to be the thing you’re afraid of.

  19. StanInTexas says:

Nangleator, NO IT IS NOT. They are two completely different programs, run in different ways, with two COMPLETELY different objectives.

Your lies only serve to reduce your credibility further.

  20. Nangleator says:

Hmm. My research was hasty. Looks like F&F was a subset of the larger Gunrunner program. Also, no arrests were made during the Bush years, but since Obama took office, there have been arrests and confessions.

Looks like Obama handled this other war better than Bush, just like he did with Afghanistan and Iraq.

  21. StanInTexas says:

Nangleator, more that 1,000 arrests were made as a direct result of Wide Receiver. NONE have been made with F&F.

Your research is the same as your facts. NEITHER EXIST!

  22. Tchhht!!! says:

    Nangleator,

Stan beat me to it, but something else to consider. If the UN is such a powerless entity in all this, then why are all those senators so concerned? Liberals always bleat what a crook Richard Nixon was in Watergate. Well, this is Watergate with 300 corpses.

  23. Jodie says:

I tried posting this info. a couple of times and my comments aren’t going through. This is another version, hopefully this one will work:

“A good example is Obama’s executive order 13575 which pushes Agenda 21 into every aspect of rural America. It cedes U.S. agriculture to international guidelines under the authorship of the UN. Obama in effect is signing the Kyoto treaty without a physical signing. He is ceding U.S. agriculture to the U.N.

Obama’s 86th Executive Order 13575, signed in 2011, mandates government control over 16% of the rural lands in America, but it will extend outward into every aspect of our lives. It represents a massive & organized infiltration of Agenda 21 into the United States societal fabric.

The first paragraph of the order reads:

Section 1. Policy. Sixteen percent of the American population lives in rural counties. Strong, sustainable rural communities are essential to winning the future and ensuring American competitiveness in the years ahead. These communities supply our food, fiber, and energy, safeguard our natural resources, and are essential in the development of science and innovation. Though rural communities face numerous challenges, they also present enormous economic potential. The Federal Government has an important role to play in order to expand access to the capital necessary for economic growth, promote innovation, improve access to health care and education, and expand outdoor recreational activities on public lands.

As the Executive Order references “sustainable rural communities,” it uses one of the key phrases found in the UN plan for sustainable development known as Agenda 21. The order admits that it intends to seize greater power over “food, fiber, and energy,” items that are key to human existence”

  25. Nangleator says:

Jodie, setting up a council for this: “to better coordinate Federal programs and maximize the impact of Federal investment to promote economic prosperity and quality of life in our rural communities.”

Is “seizure of greater power” because it shares a phrase with another document?

I would recommend not visiting any more websites, since most of them use words and phrases previously used by evil people.

Tchhht!!!: “If the UN is such a powerless entity in all this, then why are all those senators so concerned?”

It benefits them to act concerned. It benefits them in campaign contributions and votes.

If the UN was really powerful enough to do what you think it might, what has it done in the past? Show me some benefit they have accrued from exercising their power. Or have they simply been holding themselves back only for the purpose of taking American citizens’ guns away? And then what?

StanInTexas, the array of programs and subprograms is tripping me up. I won’t take the time to study all of them, because they aren’t important to me. It’s important for you because you think you can lay all the guilt on Obama.

Either you believe a president commits all government functions during his presidency, or you think most of that stuff is beyond his knowledge until something goes very wrong or very right.

Which is it? (Be careful how you answer.)

  26. Nangleator says:

TonyD95B, Hah! I heard of that kid before. He’s growing up… sort of.

No, you can find me having some fun arguments on the now-defunct site Commonsensepoliticalthought.com. Also, some 3D sites.

  27. StanInTexas says:

Nangleator, you can be a condescending jerk all you want, but that does not change the fact that you have repeatedly LIED about F&F. Obama has admitted he is a player in the program by invoking Executive Privilidge.

And it continues to be curious to me how Bush was to blame for every insignificant act on his watch (including the weather), yet you and your ilk constantly cover for Obama by claiming that the President can’t know everything that happens. I guess “On His Watch” only applies to the good things that happen. Anything else, you blame on Bush!

  28. Bo Jangles says:

“What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure…” — Thomas Jefferson

The only question now is, can sheep actually refresh that tree?

  29. Nangleator says:

The difference between Bush and Obama is that Obama’s efforts can be deliberately misunderstood and misrepresented to have tenuous, evil potentials in ephemeral ways in some distant future, whereas Bush did actual, terrible things in the real world.

The reason lefties “keep blaming Bush” is the same reason that criminals are punished AFTER their crimes. That’s the way guilt works.

  30. StanInTexas says:

Nangleator, again, more lies. That is apparently your only weapon.

Let me let you in on a little secret, the Left keeps blaming Bush because:
    a) Leftists are too stupid to come up with a valid argument
    b) Obama is so inept and devoid of leadership, it is all Leftists have
    c) Leftist are incapable of real debate and rely on personal attacks and lies
    D) ALL OF THE ABOVE!

That said, come try and take mine. The streets will run red before that happens. If each of us kills 10 stormtroopers when they come to confiscate, they will run out of stormtroopers before they get the job done. So a 10 : 1 kill ratio is expected, more is better of course.

Let the little dictator try, I triple dog dare you, you filthy communist.

  36. Nangleator says:

762×51: “Treaties like this one, once ratified by the Senate have the force of Constitutional amendments.”

Sure. You think Speaker Boehner is going to ratify something genuinely bad for the country? Boehner won’t ratify “breathing is good” if Obama was pushing it.

And also, “… come try and take mine…” I don’t want your damn guns. I don’t want anybody’s. Neither does Obama.

You all really think that owning guns is the only thing that stops a Democratic president from sending out the troops to murder you? (Sure, you probably have many guns, but how many can you wield at once?)

Consider what the U.S. ground forces have been practicing for a decade in Iraq and longer in Afghanistan. Working through residential areas. Finding people with guns. Taking the guns away. And the people. Do you think you’d be scarier to the troops than men with automatic weapons who WANT to die in battle?

Now, consider that Bush killed Posse Comitatus.

What’s to stop Obama? I’ll tell you. He doesn’t want to come after you. He doesn’t need to. He knows once Obamacare comes into its own, and people realize what it is, and that the horror stories about it were all cynical lies, Republicans will be a minority for the next thirty years.

I agree with the Blake quote. My guy Obama has very specific improvements that he describes explicitly. Did you have a problem with the thousands of pages in the ACA bill? He was just being specific.
