It’s Not All About America

Appearing not to be terribly bright, congresscritter Hank Johnson (D-GA) spills the beans about our rulers’ worldview by celebrating the post-American era ushered in by Citizen of the World Barack Hussein Obama:

It certainly is not all about America when it comes to the interests advanced by the federal government.

On tips from Henry and Shawn.

    This is the same guy who was worried that Guam would tip over if we put more troops there.

  • modd kenwood

    really ,Hank? Is there injustice being doled out at the hands of Black tyrants in Zimbawbwe or the Sudan that you really give a F about? Answer: NO.

  • born in 76

    He’s about as stupid as they come.

    How the hell is this guy still in power?

    This country is beyond fixing through elections. Evil, ignorance, and stupidity is far to ingrained into our system to be fixed.

  • Aridog

    Okay, this guy is a Buddhist of the star cult variety called Soka Gakkai International, which has included folks like Tina Turner, Patrick Duffy, and other “entertainment” personalities. So, yeah, he has a daffy “world view” he supposes is esoteric. He defeated Cynthia McKinney for his seat in Congress, and indication of his caliber overall. Finally, he’s recently admitted (purportedly) that he has hepatitis C, the version usually acquired by needle injection hobbies. However, he can’t recall how he got it….just that it makes him sound and appear “daffy” at times (like forgetting where he is, etc.) Yep, he’s a piece of work, as can only come out of DeKalb county Georgia. Anybody actually listening to this clown might want to have an evaluation done for themselves. You never know when the land they stand on might tip over, eh?

  • justme

    He has the mannerisms and body mechanics of a junky. Watch for the Frankenstein’s Monster jerking about and head bob. The slow speech pattern too is indicative of hardcore drug use.

    What a country.. World Citizen… ha! The more masters we obey, the less responsibility people have. A fear of leading or in this case a fear that everyone will know for certain that you are unqualified to lead a trip to the bathroom let alone a nation. No courage at all.

    One of my Favorite Kipling poems aptly applies:

    IF you can keep your head when all about you
    Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
    If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
    But make allowance for their doubting too;
    If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
    Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
    Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
    And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:

    If you can dream – and not make dreams your master;
    If you can think – and not make thoughts your aim;
    If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
    And treat those two impostors just the same;
    If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
    Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
    Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
    And stoop and build ‘em up with worn-out tools:

    If you can make one heap of all your winnings
    And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
    And lose, and start again at your beginnings
    And never breathe a word about your loss;
    If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
    To serve your turn long after they are gone,
    And so hold on when there is nothing in you
    Except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’

    If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
    ‘ Or walk with Kings – nor lose the common touch,
    if neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
    If all men count with you, but none too much;
    If you can fill the unforgiving minute
    With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
    Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
    And – which is more – you’ll be a Man, my son!

    Appearing? That creature is dumber than a box of rocks.

  • dapenguin

  • Musicmaven

    Let’s just send him to Guam!
    What a moron.

  • Path

    Seriously, is he on drugs? I noticed that he and Obama have that same hand to the nose thing going on.

  • Logic Mine

    Yeah, its not ALL about America anymore…..(Sic)

    ITS ONLY ABOUT AMERICA! (Yes, that’s the exit door).

  • Kevin R.

    He’s right about one thing, we all deserve to live in peace. Trouble is, like all lefties he wouldn’t know peace if it hit in the head.

    “The opposite of peace isn’t war… the opposite of peace is tyranny.”

    Living in peace is living in a society where personal freedom and liberty is a fact of life.

  • Mr Evilwrench

    So, he’s a turkey then? My dad was big on that Kipling poem; offered a silver dollar to any of us that would memorize it. Of course they weren’t silver anymore when I came around. These people are an insult to our heritage and anyone’s intelligence. And they’re in charge.

  • Bob Smith

    If this guy is a Buddhist, what the heck is he doing fronting for Muslims? The Buddhists disappeared from India. Why is that? The answer will enlighten.

    DAMNNN! I Lost 10 IQ Points Listening to this dim bulb Thanks DAVE!@

  • TrickleUpPolitics

    Camerman = thread winner

  • Sandy

    Is there anyone one in that Congressional district with IQ points above 50? McKinney than this clown. The American people have poured more tax money into that area by way of education, welfare and food stamp dollars for them to claim that their stupidity is because they didn’t eat right or didn’t have money. We gave it to them and good bubkus back for it.

  • http://californiayankee.net Erinyes

    Hey, uhhhhhhhhh, uhhhhhhhhhh, Hank Johnson, did uhhhhhhhhhhh Guam uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh tip OVER yet?

    Fucking moron.

  • Jester

    What the hell?! I thought Alvin Greene LOST!!

  • Bill S. Of Courtland Va.

    Living proof that a person can hold high elected office while possessing a double digit IQ. What a schmuck.

  • Cooter

    That dude looks like a actor in a sketch on SNL, Sounds like he is playing the doopie congressman part.

  • Rex Freeway

    Who was so lame that this bottom feeder was elected over them?

  • TrickleUpPolitics

    I finally listened to this clip. First of all, moron, Obama proclaimed he was a world citizen in Berlin, not in Egypt or Great Britain. Second, since when does America not listen to her partners? Partners presupposes that we have a mutually beneficial relationship, a give and take if you will. Do you know anything about our special relationship with Britain? Third, where is there more justice than in America? Turkey? Iran? North Korea? Yemen? Saudi Arabia? Qatar? Egypt? Venezuela? I could go on but I hope you get my drift. As for understanding other cultures, idiot, have you noticed that we are a nation of immigrants and we don’t need to go overseas to “understand other cultures”? (I’m beginning to gag every time I hear the world culture.) Have you heard of NATO, idiot? Did you hear that we won the Cold War so that the threat to world peace by the Soviet Union was removed thanks to America? Have you heard of the Marshall Plan which rebuilt Europe after WWII? Did you know we rebuilt Japan after WWII? It’s never been about just what America wants. But what you said and what Obama wants is a post America era, an America in decline, an America who is not a superpower. And you have no idea how much other countries rely on us to keep world peace. Those who do not know history are doomed to repeat it.

    Can this guy sound any dumber? Even if he was saying something brilliant it would sound stupid. I just wonder how his audience kept from bursting into laughter.

    Johnson proves, once again, that old southern plantation owners were absolutely right about blacks. Keep them working in the fields and they won’t be a bother to anyone…

  • John Garrett

    What a maroon!

  • grayjohn

    Too much crack in the cloak room.

  • Stoney

    Hank Johnson is a perfect example to prove The Bell Curve correct.

    Johnson graduated from Clark College (now Clark Atlanta University) in 1976, was a member of Omega Psi Phi Kappa Alpha Alpha Chapter, Decatur, Georgia, and Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston in 1979; he practiced law in Decatur, Georgia, for more than 25 years.

    He was elected to the DeKalb County Commission in 2000 and served two terms. Prior to his service on the Commission, he worked as an Associate Magistrate Judge for ten years.[4]
    Johnson’s wife, Mereda Davis Johnson, is an attorney; they have two children.[citation needed]

    In December 2009, Johnson revealed that he had been battling Hepatitis C for over a decade, which resulted in slow speech and a tendency to regularly get “lost in thought in the middle of a discussion”.[29] Johnson said that he learned he had the disease in 1998 but does not know how he contracted it. The disease has damaged his liver and led to thyroid problems.[29] He was treated with a combination of ribavirin and interferon at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.[29] In February 2010, Johnson finished an experimental treatment for Hepatitis C, resulting in weight gain and increased energy.[30]
    In 2009, Johnson demanded censure of Rep. Joe Wilson following Wilson’s “you lie” exclamation during President Obama’s speech. Congressman Johnson argued that the comment had an unseen racial undertone and that, if Wilson was not formally rebuked, “We will have people with white hoods running through the countryside again.”[16] Comments on Guam tipping overDuring a House Armed Services Committee hearing in March 2010 concerning the U.S. military installation on the island of Guam, Johnson said to Admiral Robert F. Willard, Commander of U.S. Pacific Command, “My fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize,” to which Admiral Willard replied, “We don’t anticipate that.”[17][18] Johnson’s office later said “…the boss is simply a tremendous deadpan…” — and that he was using a facetious metaphor.[19] The video of Johnson’s comments became an internet sensation in the week prior to the 2010 elections,[20] which he went on to win.

    Apparently he is another affirmative aciton idiot just like obamama. And also like obamama, he is a blithering idiot and a destructive force to our great nation.
