Nidal Hasan Trial Degenerates Into Farce
Islamic terrorist Nidal Hasan, who killed 14 Americans and wounded 32 three years ago at Fort Hood and hasn’t even been tried yet, continues to laugh at the admittedly contemptible farce that is our Islamophilic legal system:
Court proceedings against accused Ft. Hood shooter Major Nidal Hasan were halted by an order issued Wednesday by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
The order came as Col. Gregory Gross, the judge presiding over Hasan’s court-martial, announced that Hasan would be forcibly shaved if he did not comply with Army regulations and shave his beard himself. …
Now, with Gross’s directives overridden, Hasan’s trial is starting to look a lot like the trial of KSM and his four co-defendants in Guantanamo Bay. If you’ll recall, that trial was halted so that KSM could celebrate Ramadan.
KSM = Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the mastermind of 9/11, who has been treated obsequiously regarding his observances of the satanic cult that inspired his killing of 3,000 Americans. Our pro-terrorist Attorney General was stopped only by political realities from granting him a civilian trial a few blocks away from his handiwork at Ground Zero, so as to provide him with a platform from which to denounce the USA and inspire other Muslims.
If our liberal rulers weren’t highly sympathetic to people who want to kill us just for being Americans, both of these terrorists would be long since cold in the ground.

When this SOB enlisted he gave up the freedom to grow a beard. The US military still owns him. Shave him with a straight edge razor, nice and close. Whether he sits still for it is up to him.

A man that used Hasan as an excuse to bomb Ft. Hood has been arrested, tried, convicted, and sentenced; while Hasan sits around growing his beard. This trial has not “Degenerates Into Farce”, it has been a farce since day ONE!
Hasan is a traitor to this nation, to the uniform he wore, and to every military personnel that has or ever will serve this great nation. He deserves ZERO considerations. Have two military police enter his cell and begin beating him with batons until he shaves.

1) Strip him completely naked and dry-shave his entire body.
2) Put a device on him that holds his mouth and eyes wide open.
3) Immobilize him and put him into a 55-gallon drum.
4) Fill the drum with a mixture of pigs’ blood, pig’s urine, and pig’s feces at the rate of one ounce every 30 minutes.
5) When the drum runs over, seal it shut and encase it in concrete.
6) Take the drum encased in concrete away from America and drop it in the deepest part of the ocean possible.
7) If his lawyer or a member of his family offers ANY word against this action, strap them to the concrete just before dropping it into the ocean.
8) Televise the entire procedure!

Why would this be any different than the US Army being ordered to train the enemy before facing them on the battlefield ?
Solving the beard problem would be easy. Issue him a gas mask, allow him to adjust it, then place him in a sealed room full of CS. The beard will prevent the gas mask from sealing. A minute or two exposed to CS will motivate him to shave. If he still refuses, inform him the treatment will be repeated.

WOW, if our Military Judicial system was conducted this way during the Nuremberg Trials the Nazis that were on trial would have died of old age awaiting for the court to start the proceedings.

The reason the trial has degenerated into a farce is because when Obama selected Holder as Attorney General, he selected him from the “international agendized” law firm Covington and Burling, who had a reputation and history of DEFENDING Muslim radicals. After Holder was appointed, he brought over a bevy of Sharia sympathetic shisters from C & B and the rest is now a mockery of American jurisprudence.

Since there is NO QUESTION that this prick is guilty as charged, why is he getting a trial at all?. Shoot him in the back of the head, sew him into a pig carcass, and leave his corpse out in the elements for a year.

I totally concur with your recommendation to immerse the Major in the bodily fluids of pigs, but is the concrete really necessary? After all, if you could drop him in suitable locations in the World Ocean, the swinish fluids would make him immediately attractive to sharks, which were apparently the ultimate beneficiaries of the remains of Osama bin Laden.
