Voting for the lesser of two evils is still voting for evil. By voting for Obama, you are essentially voting for Romney, as they are the same puppets, pushing the same tired interests. Sadly, most people will succumb and wind up voting for the lesser of two evils, which is exactly what the establishment wants you to do because it gives validity to this system. You are essentially playing their game, in spite of the deck being rigged against you. You truly are foolish if you think that Obama would be any different that Romney, just as all of those foolish souls who thought that Obama would be any different than Bush. So, if they are not any different, then you might ask why it is important who you vote for. Well, because it send a message that you are not only willing to play their game, but that you are perfectly fine playing with their rigged deck. If only a relatively few showed up to the polls, then that would speak volumes to the lack of validity with their system of parading two people in front of us and claiming it is our choice. Likewise, by voting for a third party or writing in Mickey Mouse would do the same thing. It’s not like voting in this system will somehow sway policy to take notice of your own interests, so by casting your vote for either of those two jokers is the same as basically asking them to continue screwing you.

By electing Romney, along with as many conservative Republicans as we can get in the House and Senate to gain majority control,we can enact real, conservative, policies into law. It also allows control of future Supreme Court nominees, so that only those who TRULY follow the founders’ intent towards a limited Federal government are confirmed.
If Obama wins, the damage to this Country may become irreparable, and we will become a bankrupt Socialist nation..
It is my firm belief, and it is becoming ever more apparent, that the increase in mindless vapid trolling is inversely proportional to the decrease in street-centered occutard activity.

Romney will at least install sensible fiscal measures and with Paul Ryan, will make a concerted effort to reduce our debt and get Americans back to work – Obama is guaranteed to take us further down the indebtedness rathole.
Obama will continue to play nanny and give away the store to misfits and thieves such as yourself – Romney will take away your EBT card.
You of all people should know you never get what you want – you’re a living example – but Obama will continue to be the Marxist-in-Chief with a cadre of socialists and identifiable communist sympathizers – Romney will continue to be a patriot who is proud of his country.
Last, and the one that pisses you off the most, Romney will stand by our friend and ally Israel (your hated “Zionists”) – and Obama will continue to abandon Israel as her Muslim neighbors begin an offensive.
I think Ryan should look for a chance in the debates to say, “Dan Quayle? I know Dan Quayle, Mr. Biden – you’re no Dan Quayle!”

People invested their money with Romney at Bain Capital. He not only protected their investments but gave them a substantial return on their investments (at the same time growing the private sector of the economy). As Governor, the people of Massachusetts “invested” their tax dollars with Romney. He gave them four years of balanced budgets without a tax increase. In his personal life, Romney has already given away a fortune (he gave away all of the money he inherited from his parents).
Chairman Obama, on the other hand “invested” out money in shovel-ready jobs that didn’t exist, instead using that money to pay off state workers and union members rather than making any attempt to grow the economy. He invested our money in GM, which looks like it is headed for bankruptcy again; the money we invested there went to union members. He invested in Solyndra, and couldn’t care less that such investments benefited those who contributed to his campaign, even as the business ventures failed.
Romney versus Obama? The contrast is black and white.
As to the topic of this thread….Sarah Palin tells Barack Obama that he should dump Biden and take Hillary as his VP. What are the odds that Obama will take advise from Palin???

If that’s true, then understand Obama sat on two particular boards with Bill Ayers (the SDS terror jerk) in Chicago twenty years ago – the Woods Fund and the Joyce Foundation – and they raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for socialist type school projects while much of the funding was siphoned off to “total gun ban” groups.
You should read up on Chicago’s rabid stance on gun control.
Obama has been pointedly working to remove guns from the American landscape for two decades (although he doesn’t mind arming Mexican cartels).
No one in their right mind can ever believe a conservative electorate will allow their candidate to even mention taking guns away.
To even mention a similar mindset is some serious ignorance.

Romney wasn’t my first, second, or third choice, but, unlike Obama, he doesn’t actually hate our country.
I approach Romney with significant concerns, but a conservative VP pick has helped to reduce those concerns. Romney, at his core, wants to see the US as a successful, prosperous enterprise, Obama does not. If Romney and Ryan stated what really needs to be done to turn our country around, it would scare those in the middle who will decide this election.
Have faith.
Regardless of the Left right paradigm,we are screwed. only by electing Romney, we will buy the Time to Prep. and maybe survive, we could hold his feet to the Fire, with a Buoyed Congress! Otherwise welcome to Civil War II…Semper Fi

Dan – While I agree that Romney is merely the lesser of two evils and with your info on his anti-gun record, I will still vote for him. Not because I agree with Romney or support evil but because the alternative is civil war. I mean a no shit for real shooting war on the streets of America. Many of us are prepared to take that step but before I draw down on another American I want to know I have done everything else I can to prevent that from becoming necessary.
Barack Obama and his Marxist cronies are our mortal, blood enemies and domestic enemies of the United States. There can be no question, based on his illegal actions and dictatorial use of power, that he intends to do away with the Constitution so it must be defended from this domestic enemy.
Nov 6th is the last chance we have to avoid mass casualties, it will not fix the problem OR turn the country around. It will be only the first step and will require a Congress that supports conservatism to force Romney to do the right thing, something Obama would never do.
You can vote for some D-bag who will never win and there by throw half a vote to Obama or vote for Romney realizing that he must be held to account, forced to do what we want him to do and then hold out for an eventual Ryan presidency.
