A guy trying to drive through the heart of Greenwich Village Thursday night had his path blocked by an arrogant jerk on a bicycle — hardly an uncommon urban experience. What happened next, after a few words were exchanged, is no longer uncommon either:
“People were surrounding this car,” freelance photographer Jika Gonzalez told 1010 WINS’ Steve Sandberg. “They were running across it, jumping on it and dancing on it. It honestly seemed like they were just kids having fun, which is a little scary. It was definitely out of control, and I don’t think they were really considering their actions.”
Gonzalez witnessed the melee as the crowd smashed the motorist’s windows.
“The guy was still driving very, very slowly because there was a full crowd around him, so he couldn’t really move,” Gonzalez explained.
She said he appeared rattled and terrified, and when he got out of the car he was angry at the cops for taking so long to rescue him.
Reportedly it took the cops 20 minutes to show up, although the NYPD disputes that.
Apparently the national media is waiting for people to be torn limb from limb by these mobs before acknowledging them. It shouldn’t be long.

Rev the engine and shout loudly three times, “GET OUT OF MY WAY OR I’LL RUN YOU DOWN!”

When random innocent people are seriously injured or killed by these “flash mobs”, the national (and local) media does not report it at all, they help cover it up.

Now that they have cameras recording everything in NYC, they don’t really need the police at the scene. If the guy in the car had hurt anyone, they would have the photo evidence available to arrest and prosecute him./sarc
At the risk of being called a racist (like I care), based on the picture the mob is predominantly black. The article does not say what race the driver might be but odds are he was white, only white yuppie scum drive Audi’s. I’m forced to wonder whether the leftist media would cover this story if the mob were white and the driver black? Of course not.

The driver’s name was Mitchell Levine, so I’m guessing. . . .
Not too many black guys named Mitchell, I don’t think.
In the video, the driver appears to be white.
But there was a light-skinned guy somewhere in the mob, so I don’t think we’ll see any claims of this being racial violence, ’cause that would be racist, ya knows.

actually, that’s not sarcasm.
We, the defenders, if it comes to that, are going to be prosecuted for the vigilante justice that is going to be necessary, because police are not capable of dealing with flash mobs as such.

I’ve lived in Utah a majority of my life. People are friendly and respectful of each other. The Wasatch Front area has perhaps one of the highest concentrations of hunting rifles in the nation. Concealed carry permits allow you to carry at all public schools and public universities.
There are many liberal areas in and around Salt Lake City, but the rest of the state is fairly conservative. Just don’t move here and gripe about the culture or the Mormons. If you don’t like what the Mormons have done to the place, please stay in whatever liberal hell hole you are in now.
