Eric Holder, ‘Hate Crimes,’ and ‘His People’, American Thinker
Why isn’t racial mob violence categorized as “hate”?
A group of those whom Eric Holder described as “his people,” at least six young men, repeatedly punched a 24-year-old white woman in the face, then proceeded to kick her face over and over when she was on the ground helpless. This occurred in Buffalo, New York last week, but the event has received no attention by the mainstream media because the victim was white and the attackers were black. This was no friendly urban jostling: the woman was left with a broken nose and cracked bones in her face.
There must have been a little bit of hate in at least one of those kicks to the face, but you can bet it…
Hey, question here. How is it that occu-tards adopted Guy Fawkes as their patron saint when Fawkes was a Catholic, a religion the left truly despises? Couldn’t they have picked a better symbol, like Che Guevara, that murdering marxist bastard? I mean, he would fit right in today. Guy Fawkes, a Catholic, wouldn’t, despite his involvement in the Gunpowder Plot.
Despite that, climate alarmists are STILL claiming that we’re freakin’ doomed due to human induced global warming.
Here’s the deal – it looks, to me at least, like the amount of ice remains somewhat constant overall but tends to oscillate somewhat between hemispheres. Further, there is PERHAPS a slight downward trend, consistent with the warming that has been going on FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS, since the last ice age, SINCE MUCH OF NORTH AMERICA, EUROPE AND ASIA WERE COVERED WITH ICE SHEETS 2 MILES THICK OR MORE over vast areas.
What these idiot liberal moonbats don’t get is that warm is not the enemy. Life thrives when the world warms, when CO2 levels increase from where they are now. We are actually at an extremely low point as far as atmospheric CO2 levels go historically. Too cold, too little CO2 and life struggles.
Warmer, wetter conditions with higher atmospheric CO2 levels mean life thrives!
Now about climate change – it’s normal, natural, inevitable, i.e. UNSTOPPABLE. Trying is a waste of time, effort and resources. What we need to do is UNDERSTAND, ACCEPT and PLAN for it.
“Those of us who believe in empowerment and the necessity of social justice and change in the world know we need a movement that is a prairie fire burning everything in its path so the rebuilding of change can happen quickly. We also know we have to keep organizing every day to take advantage of such movements (as the Arab Spring) when they erupt so that the changes can be deep and long lasting.”

A prairie fire is indeed burning through the Muslim world, led by Islamic radicals, encouraged by the American left and deadly to Americans in its path.

“That things like technological change, things like mass media, things like the market are all subject to our control. That we can make decisions for better or for worse and continue to move forward and progress.”
When he was asking for our vote in 2008, then candidate Barack Obama famously promised the American people, “I can make a firm pledge. Under my plan no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes.”
Nearly 6 million Americans — most of them in the middle class — will face a tax penalty for not carrying medical coverage once President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul law is fully in place, congressional budget analysts said Wednesday.
When he was asking for our vote in 2008, then candidate Barack Obama famously promised the American people, “I can make a firm pledge. Not just a lie but a bold faced lie. Anyone who smokes knows that Obama raised taxes on their habit. But apparently Obama gets a pass on that lie, too.
It supposedly tells you which politician you have more in common with. I took the quiz; it told me that I side with Barack Obama on 52% of the issues (and with Mitt Romney on 91% of the issues and Gary Johnson on 87% of the issues).
Here’s the deal; the only way I side with Obama on even 10% of the issues is if they are lying about Obama’s stance. For example, the maintain that Obama is not in favor of controlling the internet. In claims that Obama is in favor of increased off-shore drilling for oil…snicker…It claims that Obama believes in continuing to support Israel…snicker, snicker….and it claims that Obama hasn’t removed the work requirement for those receiving welfare….LOL.
Sometimes it’s not the destination, but the journey. Texas and California have both been entertaining plans for high speed passenger trains linking their largest (and most traffic jam prone) cities. In doing so though, they have taken entirely different approaches.
Meanwhile, Texas did several things differently. Besides setting much more realistic goals and starting with a smaller scale pilot project they also cooperated with the freight company Union Pacific to make use of existing lines in exchange for assistance expanding their infrastructure.
The projected cost of Texas’ project, which has been winding its way through red tape since the 90′s, is $1.5 billion. While they haven’t set a final completion date (perhaps a smart move, given how unpredictable these things can be and how silly a 2033 projection looks) they expect to recieve Federal approval to begin construction in 2016. In addition to setting up a site where voters can track the project, they have been cooperating extensively with local governments and businesses to keep costs down and help with planning.
Now I kind of wish there was a preview function to make sure the links work. XD At any rate, what it comes down to is California is approaching its rail plans with the Big Government philosophy, where they know best and they will push the project regardless of popularity or cost. Where as Texas is approaching theirs like a business, cutting deals, keeping costs down, building public confidence. They even hope to profit off the fares and advertising revenues.
I’d rather see something like this completely privatized, but if I had to bet on one of these projects succeeding my money would be on Texas.
Early voting accounted for a record 30 percent of all votes cast in the 2008 election. In Florida, more than half of the votes were cast before Election Day.
More than half of the African-Americans who cast ballots in Florida four years ago – 54 percent – voted early, nearly twice the rate of whites. In five of the state’s 67 counties, at least two-thirds of blacks cast their ballots before Election Day, according to a Reuters analysis of state voter data…
As absentee ballots proliferate, so too will opportunities for repeat voting. Absentee ballots make it easier for non-citizens, non-residents, felons, and even dead people to vote. Nursing-home staffers have voted absentee “on behalf of” demented elderly people who believe that JFK occupies the White House.
Physically voting at the polls is a vital exercise in self-government. It also gives election officials a chance to deter or catch cheaters. Voting at home while clad in a towel prevents such scrutiny.
Sadly, America’s increasingly Third World voting system fits the nation’s trajectory. The Land of the Free is mired in the effects of nearly a decade of Washington-led socialism — “compassionate” under the free-spending, entitlement-launching (albeit tax-cutting) Bush-Rove administration and now aggressive under the freer-spending, entitlement-launching, and tax-hiking Obama-Pelosi government. The result? Economic stagnation, mounting debt, a sabotaged currency, class-warfare rhetoric, and growing corruption. (Transparency International this week ranked the U.S.A. as earth’s 22nd-most-honest country, America’s worst showing ever.)
Step one is for the American people to march valiantly to the polls Tuesday and dislodge those who have brought the country to this point. Then, with a new Congress rededicated to limited government, public integrity, accountability, and the rule of law, the American people should demand photo-ID requirements at the polls, serious jail time for vote fraudsters, a rollback in absentee ballots and early voting, and other steps to establish voting norms worthy of the Home of the Brave.

I was particularly struck by his claim that the economy did not suck before he took office (while campaigning in 2008). That would mean it was not all Bush’s fault, right?
Likewise he blames everything on anything other than him. Economy, congress, etc. And then he makes claims that he never promised his campaign promises would be 100% completed. And this is the record he wants to run on?
Apologies if anyone else caught this before me. I guess in keeping with the liberal meme we can now say that Univision will ask the questions real American networks won’t (ABC, NBC ^ all flavors, CNN, CBS, C-Span, PBS).
It took cops an average of 9.1 minutes last year to respond to crimes in progress — the NYPD’s worst performance since Mayor Bloomberg took office in 2002.
The fold-up chair, with an American flag attached to it, was hung from a tree in front of Bud Johnson’s home and some neighbors complained that it was racist.
Johnson also said he’s not a racist and that he doesn’t dislike any race. In addition, he said the chair was not being “lynched”, and when Pantazes asked why he had it hanging from the tree, he said the tree was “the only place I had to put the damn thing.” Johnson then placed the chair on his lawn a few feet away from the tree.
They mention he will likely be deported “to his native Phillipines” once he completes sentence. Not sure he’s an illegal, but it sounds a lot like it from that bit. He’s certainly not a citizen because you don’t deport citizens.
Fresno, Modesto and Bakersfield-Delano areas are among the top five U.S. regions with the highest percentage of residents living below the poverty line.
The Fresno area, ranked as the second most impoverished in the nation, trailed only the U.S.-Mexico border area of McAllen-Edinburg-Mission, Texas, the American Community Survey figures show.
Why?
Well, they tell us:
The valley has not been able to bring or retain many new companies partly because it lacks a qualified workforce, said Atonio Avalos, associate professor of economics at Fresno State University.
OH and by the way, after an initial brief skim of the OIG report on Fast and Furious, it appears Obama’s/Holder’s excuse for letting thousands of guns “walk” into the hands of dangerous cartel members was that, during the Bush Administration, about 410 guns “walked”.
The Bush era program was shut down, in part because those involved knew that letting the guns get “lost” was a bad thing and had to stop.
Unless you want to use it as an excuse to gut the Second Amendment, of course. Then you let it keep going, as Obama/Holder did.
Not much of a surprise that moonbat central New York City is back at #1 (Let’s hear a big hand for the occu-tards – you know they’re proud of their efforts to achieve this!) while New Orleans was #2 this year.
Rounding out the top 5 were Baltimore, moonbat central-west Los Angeles and Atlanta.
The next three were Philadelphia, DFW and Miami, followed by Memphis, Houston and Miami and then, of course, San Francisco.
Funny… I’ve been TO each of those cities with the exception of Atlanta – and I only drove THROUGH Baltimore, though come to think of it I do believe I did take a break in one of it’s suburbs, perhaps.
Houston – there for some concerts, basically. San Francisco – did the tourist thing on a few occasions, never stayed that long – same at NYC . Visited DFW multiple times when I lived in TX for a bit. Also lived just outside Miami for a bit so enjoyed the beaches and such there quite often.

Drudge indicated that this may be the first non-softball interview bammy has had yet.
Paris Hilton has been caught on tape making homophobic and derogatory statements about gay men who have random sex with strangers even stating “most of them probably have AIDS.”
Occu-tards try to incite riot.
One of the men leading the protest, organized by Occupy and Move-On according to demonstrators, repeatedly cut into the Romney line.

Without tax credits, wind power industry is withering
As mentioned here before: When seconds count, the police are minutes away!
It took cops an average of 9.1 minutes last year to respond to crimes in progress — the NYPD’s worst performance since Mayor Bloomberg took office in 2002.
Now, in somewhat local news: Vista man sentenced for raping 2 neighbors at knifepoint
Guess it’s time to try to ban all knives again. Wouldn’t want one to fall into the hands of some dangerous deranged moonbat!
The guy got 400 years! We should live that long!

Austin Man in Trouble for Lynching Empty Chair
The fold-up chair, with an American flag attached to it, was hung from a tree in front of Bud Johnson’s home and some neighbors complained that it was racist.
Johnson also said he’s not a racist and that he doesn’t dislike any race. In addition, he said the chair was not being “lynched”, and when Pantazes asked why he had it hanging from the tree, he said the tree was “the only place I had to put the damn thing.” Johnson then placed the chair on his lawn a few feet away from the tree.
Officials say a man walking his dog on the streets of San Diego stabbed a pit bull to death after the animal attacked him.
Well I guess it’s time to try to ban all knives… no, wait, maybe not.
Apparent illegal alien sentenced for raping Fresno teacher.
They mention he will likely be deported “to his native Phillipines” once he completes sentence. Not sure he’s an illegal, but it sounds a lot like it from that bit. He’s certainly not a citizen because you don’t deport citizens.
The end result of Moonbattery in CA: Three metropolitan areas in California’s Central Valley, the region with the highest farm revenues in the country, rank among the poorest in the state and nation, Census figures released Thursday show.
They also blame, get this, AIR POLLUTION!
Millenium Falcon spotted at bottom of Baltic Sea!
Nah, it just looks like it (they say, I don’t see it). They also say it may be of NAZI origin.
Guess it’s time to try to ban all knives again!
A kid with “mommy” issues.
The only surprise is it didn’t rank higher… and I do mean RANK!
San Francisco America’s 11th dirtiest city!
Bob: They cited Pravda? Isn’t that a parody site now? I’m pretty sure that Pravda isn’t a serious news organization, and is kept around to memorialize the famous propaganda paper’s… “unique” reporting.
