High School Girl Humiliated by Teacher for Wearing Romney/Ryan Shirt

You can’t expect to wear a Romney/Ryan shirt into a government school without consequences:

Samantha Pawlucy, a sophomore at Carroll High [in Philadelphia], said her geometry teacher publicly humiliated her by asking why she was wearing a Romney/Ryan T-shirt and going into the hallway to urge other teachers and students to mock her. …

Pawlucy said she decided to wear the shirt after researching the candidate and President Obama and concluding that she’s a Romney supporter. Her father, Richard Pawlucy, said she was especially interested in Romney’s opposition to partial-birth abortion.

Sorry Samantha. Opposing the gruesome murder of half-delivered infants is too far beyond the pale to be tolerated by the militantly tolerant.

The teacher then allegedly called a non-teaching assistant into the room who tried to write on the t-shirt with a marker. She [was] allegedly told to remove her shirt and she would be given another one.

During the incident, Samantha Pawlucy said the teacher told her that Carroll High is a “Democratic school” and wearing a Republican shirt is akin to the teacher, who is black, wearing a KKK shirt.

Richard Pawlucy is an independent. Maybe, by giving him an idea of what conservatives are defending the country from, this appalling incident will give him a push to the right.

Her father said she was visibly upset when she returned home, but at first did not want to tell her story, for fear of retaliation from the school — suspension, being moved out of the class, or expulsion.

Fortunately, it was the teacher who was switched out of the class. However, Samantha’s classmates have ostracized her for reporting the event to the principal.

Samantha-Pawlucy
Equivalent to a KKK shirt, according to her teacher.

And she should have demanded, “What does that have to do with what you are QUALIFIED to teach? GEOMETRY isn’t it?

All I have to say is….America, meet the latest Millionare by judgment awarded through the court system.

Child Cruelty, Violation of CIVIL RIGHTS, Unlicensed Practice, Willful Neglect of Duties, Job abandoment……and SLANDER.

Yeah, that should be a good START!

  3. Lynn says:

Sending your kids to the public schools with those liberal unionized wing nuts should be considered a human rights violation. I hope she stands strong and her parents are relentless in giving that teacher and the school district hell.

The seed of a conservative has been planted, and as lovely as she is, she’ll fit right in.

  5. Greg Zotta says:

This “?teacher?”/ indoctrinator should be FIRED.

  6. 762x51 says:

If I read the article correctly, an adult male in a position of authority instructed a teenaged minor girl to take off her shirt?

    Umm . . . felony?

I’m pretty sure I can’t walk down the street and ask teenage girls to take off their shirts without being arrested.

That aside the guy is just another black liberal racist. I hope this girl remembers the treatment she received at the hands of a liberal for the rest of her life and fights these bastards at every opportunity.

In the mean time, the teachers union will protect this asshole, however, if it were my daughter he would get the same treatment from me that any other adult that ordered her take her shirt would get.

A double order of knuckle sandwich, with fries.

  7. Kita says:

Before the 2008 election, two of my daughter’s high school teachers explained to their classes why they were voting for Obama. My daughter was then forced to watch the inauguration during class time. Each time I contacted the school district and told them that I would sue them for this sort of conduct. I should have done it. Stupid public school liberals brainwashing our children.

  8. Louisiana Steve says:

The teacher should be made to write 100 times on the blackboard, “I will not bring up my political opinions in the classroom.”

Anyone ever read the book “It Can’t Happen Here”? I have and the regressive government is pretty much a carbon copy of the Windrip administartion.

  11. alanstorm says:

Her family needs to do the right thing – sue the school district out of existence. Maybe then the kids can get an education rather than an indoctrination.

  12. Tim says:

It may suck now but its better to be ostracized for being a free thinker and a leader than being just another mindless sheep ready to jump off a cliff for a wannabe deity

This “teacher,” using that term loosely, sounds like he learned from King Shamir Shabazz. I am sure this bigoted fool could be the poster child for one of the “100,000″ unionized “new math and science teachers” Obama believes we should “invest” in (i.e. more taxpayer money flushed down the federal government drain as payola to union bosses’ pensions, while hiring more incompetent apparatchiks like this).

  14. mojo says:

I would point out that if lots of blacks wore KKK shirts, the organization would soon cease to exist. Mockery is like Kryptonite to “them”.

  15. BHunter says:

Isn’t this the same place whose voting officials decided that Black Panthers menacing voters at the polling place last presidential election was no big deal? And the place where just last week a federal judge ruled to suspend the state’s voter ID law until AFTER the election? Yeah, I’m sure this courageous young girl’s family would get a fair shake in court.

  16. 762x51 says:

OK, I have since learned that the teacher was a female so I retract that portion of my earlier post.

The female teacher is still a Marxist, union thug and should be fired.

  17. StanInTexas says:

762×51… in this day and age, why does the teacher being female change your earlier post?

  18. Martin says:

StanInTexas, why waste so many grains of lead and powder when a single .32ACP (Also a 7.62 mind you :-) ) would do just fine if placed correctly :P

  19. Pink KILLS says:

Only thing wrong with her t-shirt is that it is pink and has the abortion supporting ribbon logo. Wake up, people. PINK stands for EVIL today. Do not buy anything with that Pepto pink ribbon. American Cancer supports ABORTION!!!!

  20. wingmann says:

Portent of America if not ERADICTED Nov6th!

Instead of trash cams, maybe we should put cams in every classroom to keep an eye on these marxists!….YEAH,that’s the ticket!

  21. chuck in st paul says:

Well, a life lesson learned by this young lady. No amount of talking about it could replace what happened to her.

Of course the kids razzing her for reporting this crappy “teacher” just might happen to be black as well…?? I’d put a serious wager on that.

And then the stupid ghetto crawlers are all upset that white folks flee to the burbs because of ‘racism’. They still don’t get it that the racism is a learned opinion from experiences like this. jerks.

  22. Joe says:

Anybody have the name and e-mail address of the school administrator?

  23. Jester says:

    Old trick: Forcibly indoctrinating children.

New trick: Calling anyone you feel threatened by a racist.

  24. Narrator 1 says:

A “Democratic school”? The devil you say, buddy.

In case you forgot, public schools are supposed to be completely nonpartisan.

  25. CGW409 says:

In the teacher’s defense considering all the focus on teacher merit pay and such she may have been concerned that allowing a free thinker to escape Marxist indoctrination might reflect badly at her next performance review.

  26. Rotohammer says:

Best that this get sorted out a little bit now, and not have all the sh*t hitting the fan on Wednesday, November 7. Should probably just close the school for that day. It won’t be pleasant. Come to think of it, it’s going to be a tough school year for this girl, with Grand Wizard Mitt defeating Hussein O.

Does the so-called geometry teacher realize that the shirt is only symbolic as the student is too young to vote? These liberals are tolerant of nothing.

  27. TrickleUpPolitics says:

Pink Kills: That’s not the abortion ribbon. That is the RR for Romney/Ryan. The symbol is two R’s back to back.

I’m surprised there is a black teacher in the northeast smart enough to teach geometry. I said it. I went there.

  28. Ghost of FA Hayek says:

Samantha’s classmates have ostracized her for reporting the event to the principal.
Sorry Samantha, you can’t be protected from bullying if you are Conservative

  29. Drury says:

TUP, I will go even further in stating this “teacher” is a recipient of AA from the time it first enrolled in college; perhaps even before. There is a high probability it was allowed to progress through its’ university courses with minimal effort, if not outright failure that was brushed aside because it belongs to the “disadvantaged” class. I would be willing to bet money this persecuted student has higher IQ than the so-called “geometry expert” supposedly teaching the class.

I said it. I went there. And I don’t give a shit if anyone calls me a racist, because truth is immutable.

And by the way, (O/T) here is even MORE “random” black on White violence:

Had enough of this crap yet, America?

  30. AnalogMan says:

… and near the end we get the throwaway phrase “the teacher, who is black”…

Well, then. What did you expect? The students are obviously also mostly black, since they’re ostracising her for “snitching”.

Yeah, I’m a racist. Stereotypes work.

Sending this girl to that school is nothing less than child abuse.

  31. Miguel says:

Drury: Yea, I’ve had enough of it. And still haven’t seen a valid birth certificate.

  32. Lane Chris says:

Only A Black Person Would Think Like That, This Is One of The Dumbest Things I Have Ever Heard Of.

  33. Severian says:

Obviously not a history teacher, otherwise she’d know that the KKK was founded by Democrats who didn’t want ex-slaves, newly freed by a Republican president, voting for Republicans. Convenient to forget all that, isn’t it?
