In The Producers, swindlers stage the worst possible musical, intending to reap profits even as the investors lose their shirts. The movie appears to have inspired Obama’s green energy policies. Now the “investors” are taxpayers who are required to put up their money even if they can see through the scam. The producers are Obama and the donors he pays off with our money after laundering it through projects that no one ever could have expected to succeed, like Solyndra. However, in the case of collectivist parasites like Obama, it would be more appropriate to call them the Non-Producers:
