Quote of the Day

Charles Krauthammer wisely observes of the choice before us:

“Every four years we are told that the coming election is the most important of one’s life. This time it might actually be true. At stake is the relation between citizen and state, the very nature of the American social contract.”

Do we deserve our own history, or will we allow ourselves to be fundamentally transformed into something unworthy of respect? Today isn’t just an election; it’s a test of national character that we must pass if we are to survive as Americans, rather than as two-legged farm animals who subsist on free slop doled into the communal trough by Big Government.

On tips from Bob Roberts, Mary P, and A Snow.

The list is hardly very complete but you get the idea. A vote for the won – or anyone who doesn’t have a chance to unseat him – is a vote for islam.

All Paulistas and other malcontents need to get that through their thick skulls. DO IT FOR US if you won’t do it for yourselves: VOTE ROMENY / RYAN.

Let’s remove the moslem from the White House first and sort out the details later!

“or will we allow ourselves to be fundamentally transformed into something unworthy of respect…”

It’s a bit too late for that. Nowhere in the world does America have any respect from anyone, including (and especially) all those nations we have addicted to our welfare-state (ie. foreign aid) mentality. Someday, we may realize that respect is something that is earned, not bought. That’s if we last that long.
