What the heck, California is only a few hundred $billion in debt. Why not follow the election of an irresponsible tax & spend screwball as governor by opening up a public academic institute devoted to marijuana?
The Humboldt Institute for Interdisciplinary Marijuana Research at Humboldt State University plans to sponsor scholarly lectures and coordinate research among 11 faculty members from fields such as economics, geography, politics, psychology and sociology.
I wonder if they will offer the former President of the Choom Gang an honorary degree.
