The lunatic lawsuit looting spree has spread to France, where a parasite and his lawyers were just awarded a jackpot of $256,560 for pretending that an anti-Parkinson drug turned him into a “gay sex and gambling addict.”
Didier Jambart had been a well respected man, an upstanding member of the community in Nantes, western France, and a loving father and husband.
But within two years of taking the drug Requip he was so addicted to both his vices he sold his children’s toys to raise money and advertised himself on the internet for sex. He has now been given £160,000 in damages after a court in Rennes, France, upheld his claims.
According to moonbat ideology, someone other than Jambart must be responsible for Jambart’s self-indulgent and disgusting behavior. Why not blame GlaxoSmithKline? They’ve got deep pockets.
No doubt Jambart’s quarter million will be gambled away. But that’s okay, the rest of us can pay a little extra for drugs to make up for it.

Okay I’m confused. In France and most of Europe, becoming a gay sex addict would be a GOOD thing. GSK will end up marketing Requip as the new Viagra, and reap millions, thanks to all this free publicity.

I could have gotten GSK off the hook in 10 min with 2 PPT slides. But no. These companies seem to love paying off any freak that crawls up to their doorstep (to avoid the publicity).
