Weapons have existed for as long as humans have existed. Firearms have existed for centuries. Liberalism has existed for only about 100 years and only in the last 40 years has it become prevalent where it controls education, entertainment and media. In that time we have seen the start of school shootings with the Conn. incident being the latest iteration of gun free zone target practice. Notice that none of the leftists screeching for more gun laws mention that the perpetrator STOLE the weapon he used which has been a felony here for decades and of course there has been a law against murder for all of human history. Criminals, by definition, do not obey laws so no criminal cares whether the elite ruling class bans guns. Investigators found a suicide note at the scene of a grisly murder-suicide where a Brooklyn chemist who helped produce Viagra was apparently shot and killed by her husband, police sources said today.
