Right-Wing Feminism

Liberals have only one objective: feeding their insatiable greed for power and other people’s money. Everything else they profess to uphold is a fraud — including their supposed commitment to feminism. Chicks on the Right weigh in:

On a tip from Mock.

I guess they are validating the idea that if your not a feminist of some type, then your not anything that matters. If feminists are doing what they say, why are they equating feminism with those positives? IF feminists say women are oppressed and victims, and its not true, then why call yourself a feminist and not something else? which part of that list of conservative principals is also feminist principals? which feminists they just showed didn’t have. So what does it stand for if it is not defined by its leaders (who were and are quite clear about what it stands for, even if the public never heard them say what it was).

Moonbats distorted the words “Liberal”, “Progressive”, and “Feminist”
To accurately define “Feminism” one can look to the opposing definition of anti-Feminism as defined by liberals themselves
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antifeminism
The Oxford English Dictionary defines feminism as “the advocacy of women’s rights on the ground of the equality of the sexes.”[1] Therefore, the dictionary also defines Antifeminist as “one opposed to women or to feminism; a person (usu. a man) who is hostile to sexual equality or to the advocacy of women’s rights.”[2]
    _____
    Problem
The Oxford dictionary offers no such definition of antifeminist
    To continue
    ______
Sociologist Michael Flood argues that antifeminism denies at least one of three general principles of feminism: that social arrangements among men and women are neither natural nor divinely determined; that social arrangements among men and women favor men; and/or that there are collective actions that can and should be taken to transform these arrangements into more just and equitable arrangements.[3]

Men will naturally outperform women in those “social arrangements” which require physical strength.
Likewise, a woman will have a more difficult time advancing her career if her plans include raising three children at the same time.
So no doubt he is either demanding “equality of outcomes” as instituted by command style government, or suggesting that a “good” feminist should alter her life and even her physical body to attempt to directly compete with men
    _________
Michael Kimmel, a men’s studies scholar, defines antifeminism as “the opposition to women’s equality.” He says that antifeminists oppose “women’s entry into the public sphere, the re-organization of the private sphere, women’s control of their bodies, and women’s rights generally.” This, he says, is justified by antifeminists through “recourse to religious and cultural norms, and sometimes [...] in the name of “saving” masculinity from pollution and invasion.” He argues that antifeminists consider the “traditional gender division of labor as natural and inevitable, perhaps also divinely sanctioned.[4

There you go, one of the tallest straw men around.
There’s one class full of students with parents who are totally getting ripped off

So is it possible for women to partake in this quest for equality of opportunity, to recognize that they are INDIVIDUALS, with differing strengths and weaknesses, yet embrace the act of reproduction, or conversely accept financial responsibility for her own damn personal birth control needs ?

The left’s definition of feminism is to take a big eraser to logic, reason, and all those wonderful details which make the sexes so different, yet so compatible.
I say we rightfully take the word feminist back.

For me, the standard Moonbat drivel has become so irritating that I can no longer get more than a minute into a short video such as this before having to abort (turn it off) lest I become ill.

I cannot understand how any (reasonable, intelligent, thinking) person can process information so as to reach the conclusions that these people do. But with the operative words being reasonable, intelligent and thinking, I suppose I’ve answered my own question.

Is “right wing feminism” an oxymoron?
