How Adolescent Commies Create Wealth

At first I thought it was a joke. But given that we are ruled by adolescents who cannot grasp that wealth is created by work, not issued by bureaucrats, they may actually be serious:

The White House on Wednesday didn’t outright deny the possibility of minting a $1 trillion coin, an idea that’s been floated as a way for the Obama administration to pay its debts if Congress were to fail to raise the debt ceiling in the coming weeks.

The Constitution assigns to Congress the responsibility for raising revenue to fund the government. But if Congress refuses to raise it quickly enough to keep pace with Obama’s never ending Cloward-Piven spending spree, he can just issue a coin and presto: $1 trillion has been conjured.

It makes you wonder what we need Congress for. Look for an executive order dissolving it to follow soon after the one repealing the Second Amendment.

Or if minting a coin costs too much…

If fedzilla can mint currency like this to get out of debt, why do we even pay taxes in the first place?

I just pinched a loaf and called it pistacchio ice cream. I’ll gladly serve it to POTUS in a sugar cone.
    I value it at 1 trillion dollars…

It’s becoming quite clear to most rational people that this Marxist govt. is apparently trying to see just how far it can push We The People, before we start pushing back. That point, IMO, is very quickly approaching. The only question now is, do we push back, or do we just keep bending over?

    Hold the ObamaPhone!

This “President” isn’t as phony as a three-dollar bill, but he’s as fake as a Trillion dollar Bill!

In case you were wondering about how far down the drain we’ve gone as a society, here’s a clear indication.

Now that is what I call a Obama Buck!.. That trillion dollar coin is what we are going to need just to buy a loaf of bread in a few years.

IMHO, the Obama regime’s fiscal policies will turn this Country into the 21st century version of the Weimar Republic. Guess who came to power after that?

    nope…

the EO that counts will be the one that says opposing the EO is grounds for replacement. the second part of the EO dissolves the supreme court who could rule on the validity of such things.

given the remaining choice, there is no need to bother with the house or senate, what are the chances they would voice much protest (and be replaced by the decree)?

A $1 trillion coin would actually make things worse, as it’s face value would not be it’s intrinsic value or it’s market value.

The fiction is you put these “on deposit” somewhere and then you can say “see, we’re covered”.

    But we’re not.

“Full faith and credit” would mean nothing.
