Why GOP Doesn’t Contest Massive Democrat Voter Fraud

In case you are wondering why Republicans never call Democrats on the flagrant voter fraud that appears to worsen with each presidential election, this could be one reason:

In 1982, the Republican National Committee (“RNC”) and the Democratic National Committee (“DNC”) entered into a consent decree (the “Decree” or “Consent Decree”), which is national in scope, limiting the RNC’s ability to engage or assist in voter fraud prevention unless the RNC obtains the court’s approval in advance.

Section (e) of the decree clearly sets PC race privilege politics above the principle of one man, one vote. The RNC agreed to

refrain from undertaking any ballot security activities in polling places or election districts where the racial or ethnic composition of such districts is a factor in the decision to conduct, or the actual conduct of, such activities there and where a purpose or significant effect of such activities is to deter qualified voters from voting; and the conduct of such activities disproportionately in or directed toward districts that have a substantial proportion of racial or ethnic populations shall be considered relevant evidence of the existence of such a factor and purpose.

To translate into English, this means that fair elections shall be conducted only in districts without a substantial nonwhite population. This is why there were multiple districts in Cleveland and Philadelphia where not a single vote was recorded for Mitt Romney. In racially correct Democrat strongholds where whites have been largely displaced, our liberal rulers don’t even have to pretend that the results aren’t rigged.

We have abandoned our democratic republic in favor of a race-based banana republic.

Liberals have reduced our elections to farce.

THIS is why the Republicans are no longer viable. The Tea Party is waiting!

  • http://www.brycchancarey.com/abolition/wilberforce.htm Wilberforce

And this explains why the battle cry of the spineless Republican Party seems to be “Not in the face! Not in the face!”

Definitely time for an actual American Party.

This is yet another glaring example of Black Skin Privilege in action.

Which brings to mind the term “Black Run America.”

Paul Kersey (host of the SBPDL website) coined the term Black Run America (BRA).

BRA doesn’t mean that America is run by Black people; it means America—at every level of society—is run for the benefit of Black people, to the detriment of everyone else.

From the Honorable Richard B. Sanders:

For the first time in 17 years, 15 of those sitting on the Washington Supreme Court, I have agreed to represent a private citizen. And I am pleased to lend Linda Jordan a helping hand.In good faith Ms. Jordan commenced an action to question President Obama’s name on the ballot. She did the best she could with limited resources and no legal training. The government’s response was immediate and in some respects heavy handed. Having obtained a summary dismissal of her case, and then her appeal, the attorney general went further to demand the Secretary of State be reimbursed, claiming attorney fees amounting to almost $13,000. However what the attorney general did not tell the court is that the Secretary never actually paid this amount, nor was he billed this amount, nor probably anything close to it. The number is made up, pure fiction. The AG did not disclose the actual amount to the court probably because the objective is to get a punitive judgment for as much as he can without regard to actual expenditures which were much less.My motion to modify and reduce the court clerk’s award of almost $13,000 will attempt to direct the court’s attention to the truth of the matter: that once again the government is hiding the ball to oppress a patriotic private citizen of modest means because she exercised her right to access the courts. This is not compensatory but punitive. It is not justice but oppression. Moreover $13,000 is truly an outlandish sum to obtain dismissal of an appeal the AG claimed was entirely lacking in merit. No wonder people mistrust the government, lawyers and the court system. It’s time to fight.Richard B. SandersLawyer- end –

When the people no longer has a choice in government, the people will ‘choose’ another government. You can bet your BRA a*s on it.

    _______

And here’s the really funny part. Blacks are being damaged and destroyed by the government probably more than any other group.

Unemployment is higher among young blacks than any other group. This is obviously due to: minimum wage laws, government provided education by unionized teachers, and more blacks born to single mothers than any other group.

The government’s war on poverty has destroyed the black family.

Government subsidized Planned Parenthood destroys a much higher percent of black babies than any other group. By 2038, blacks will be an insignificant minority group, unable to influence elections.

And blacks keep voting for the very people who are destroying them.

BTW, they don’t teach in government schools that the KKK used to hang black and white republicans. They also don’t teach that the KKK was the action wing of the democrat party.

That’s right, fools. Keep voting for the party that enslaved you, lynched you, and is now destroying you.

I knew that BO did not win fair. Romney was polling at least one point ahead. The GOP better stop worrying about being called “racist.”

Except that it isn’t benefiting blacks.
Are the ghetto’s being cleaned up ?
    Less crime ?
    More jobs ?
No. In fact one can argue that the condition of the black population is markedly worse.
Capitalism offers the chance for wealth mobility to all who participate.
A welfare state, on the other hand promises wealth equality (minus the personal responsibility bologna)
It will fail, regardless of whether implemented in a mixed race, or singular race society.
    It always does.

I would submit that the country is being run in the legacy of Carl Marx.
Wealth redistribution takes hold faster if one drags everybody back down to the bottom rung of the ladder.
Race and class war are used as a tool, a prybar to dislodge your fingers, and freedoms from you.

  • Mr Evilwrench

They’re not supposed to benefit. They’re livestock being raised for votes, just as cows, chickens, pigs are raised for meat, milk, eggs, leather. The educational system is designed to fail them, to prevent them having the ability to think their way out of it.

the RINO’s would rather rely on the failed tactics of political opperatchiks like Karl Rove and try to swing progressive moonbats and minorities
than listen to the conservative base of the party
quit playing politics and corralling the federal Government….but ,then, they serve the
Almighty Guberment and not the People

The truth is the Democrat Party NEVER gave up its racism. It used to be the Dems practised overt racism against blacks. Now the Democrat Party practises overt racism against whites — especially whites males. But then again, the G.O.P.isn’t exactly friendly towards average white Americans either – as is documented in Dave Blount’s entry.

A third party is in order. One that advocates for the interests of non-elite white Americans.

Insanity is voting “Republican” and hoping for a different outcome. (For my part, I gave up on them when Jeb Bush let Terri Schiavo die. Now it’s the RNC’s turn.

Not a new item, it came out right after the election, but it shows what we’re up against.

The Lefty judge who sat on the case comes out of retirement every year just to renew it.

The Rs are trying to get it before SCOTUS, but a couple more Wise Latinas and Short Shortstops and the only recourse will not be electoral.

Constitutional rights is becoming a contact sport.

“How did we go from Nat King Cole to Fiddy cent and call that progress?”

  • DJ

Never did care for Nat King Cole much. OTOH 50 Cent’s musical stylings can be put to good use.

What’s the penalty for violating that decree? The DNC and RNC are private organizations, without the power of law behind them.
