[T]he millennial generation is delaying marriage and motherhood, and birth and fertility rates are dropping. The female fertility rate is at its lowest level in recorded U.S. history, according to the Centers for Disease Control/Raymond James research. 41 percent of children are born out of wedlock. Horne’s research finds single mothers prefer living closer in to cities and staying in full amenity apartment rentals. This all points to more structural, long-term demand for rental housing.
It also points to a long-term demand for full amenity government to take the place of fathers for what few children are born.
So that we don’t run out of taxpayers to keep the Social Security Ponzi scheme afloat for another generation, we will have to import ever more Third Worlders not known for the American values of industriousness and independence.
The social malformations caused by moonbattery are shrinking and transforming the population into a race of government dependents fit to be ruled by collectivist tyrants. But even as America dies by its own hand, at least landlords may benefit in the short term.
