Texan Schoolgirl Punished for Not Pledging Allegiance to Mexico
Democrats know that if they are able to turn Texas into a blue state, they will have a lock on the White House. This explains not only immigration policy, but the appalling moonbattery inflicted in Texan public schools, where students are taught to regard the 9/11 terrorists as freedom fighters and guns as profane even to mention, and to design communist flags. Now we learn students are punished for refusing to recite the Pledge of Allegiance — to Mexico:
The Thomas More Law Center filed … suit on behalf of Brenda Brinsdon alleging the McAllen Independent School District violated the 15-year-old girl’s constitutional rights when she was forced to recite the Mexican pledge and sing the Mexican national anthem.
Brinsdon, who is the daughter of a Mexican immigrant and an American father, refused. She believed it was un-American to pledge a loyalty oath to another country.
As for pledging allegiance to America,
the school district has a policy that prohibits a school from compelling students to recite the American Pledge of Allegiance.
The district also has a written policy that excuses students from reciting text from the Declaration of Independence if the student “as determined by the district, has a conscientious objection to the recitation.”
For her lack of loyalty to a foreign country aggressively engaged in the irredentist conquest of her state, Brenda received the following punishment:
The teacher gave her a failing grade — and then required the student to sit in class over a period of several days to listen to other students recite the Mexican flag.
This happened in a Spanish class, yet obviously had nothing to do with learning Spanish.
Brinsdon offered to recite the American pledge in Spanish but the teacher refused her request.
That the government would use its control of schools to inflict this sort of brainwashing underscores that it is not merely misguided, but explicitly hostile to the country it rules.

I flat out refused to do the Mexican hat dance for “Culture Fair” in 3rd grade (1975) , and as punishment had to write a two hundred page report on Norway for being a little asshole . When I ran out of “interesting facts ” Dad put me on to Vidkun Quisling and WW2 , and I kept writing for a whole week and got it done . Upon handing it in she turned and dropped it in the wastebasket . Duly noted .
I didnt understand why he got me onto VQ for a bit , but now you know at least partly , what is “wrong” with me .
Unfortunately these sort of anti-American in-your-face crap has been a common occurrence at predominant minority schools for decades now. It’s evident that our Euro-Christian heritage is being erased from our culture on a daily basis. From our Founding Fathers names being removed from public school buildings and being replaced with names such as Malcolm X, Caesar Chavez and W.E.B. DuBois to eschewing the Pledge of Allegiance and replacing it with whatever. Ah yes, aien’t multiculturalism just grand? Diversity is our strength dontcha know.
Is it just me, or are we seeing more of these off-the-wall, anti-American stories coming out of Mexas on an almost daily basis? Are there no real Texans left down there? If there were, that teacher would be dangling from the nearest tree.

swearing allegiance to another country should be grounds for revocation of citizenship. After all, you’ve just sworn yourself to be a faithful servant of another nation state even if that nation state were to enter hostilities against your own (which of course has already happened with Mexico, they’re effectively if not officially at war with the USA, a one sided war even in which the dimwits in Washington refuse to recognise that a state of war exists for political reasons).
