Women Take Biden’s Shotgun Advice
Good thing average Americans are brighter than our kakistocratic rulers. Imagine conducting your household finances the way Washington manages the budget — if the federal government even had a budget. Worse yet, imagine being dumb enough to take (illegal) advice on home defense from the moron who is a heartbeat away from the presidency:

Freakin’ Mossberg 590 bruises the shoulder a bit, but dammit, it rocks!
AR in the meantime, shoots like silk and I can chase a milk carton all along the berm with it. I like the 30 round mags, because even though I can carry more than a couple rounds in the 590, I can only squeeze off so many rounds before I have to pause. Not so with the AR; I can empty the clip and have another locked in with minimal effort. That’s important if I need to be maneuverable and have lots of opportunities.
No thank you, Mr. Biden; you need to fall back and regroup. If a shotgun is the more effective method, why then are our military men and women armed with a rifle more like an AR and less like a shotgun?

I may not need an AR to protect myself from one person, and if I come back with 29 rounds, great. It doesn’t take into account I may have to protect myself against a whole flash mob or food riot (or SWAT team).

For those making fun of the women in this clip, it should be pointed out that this was obviously compiled to show the absurdity of Biden’s statement.
Almost as if he wants people to be defenseless because that is what these women basically would be if all they had was a shotgun.

Obviously, a shotgun should not be the self-defense weapon of choice for a woman. In fact, it’s not a smart choice for a man either when it comes to in-home defense.
At this point, I’d rather have dumber than a sack of hammers joe than flat out evil barky. He’s feckless enough to do damage only inadvertently rather than systematically.
I’ve always made it a point to have, and have more than passing familiarity with all the major types I’m liable to encounter, both operation and internals. I also have something to fire any mil/le caliber I’d find, um, laying around.

I said something similar when F.A. first posted this the other day.
The gals in my family can handle a weapon. Mrs. TonyD95B (who has met Joe Biden through her work with various Delaware nonprofits) has been shooting trap since she was 12, along with her sisters, one of whom was an Olympic shooting contender. The missus was also in Air Force ROTC and on a rifle team when she was in college, and carries a .357. I didn’t need to teach her how to use a shotgun – HER FATHER DID.
And so it is with our daughter.
Biden’s moronic statements in this video would have ENDED his political career if he was anything but a Loopy Loony Liberal Democrat…….but did he stop here? Noooo……now he’s saying it’s ok to “shoot through the door”.
So, let’s break it down: we have straight-up misogyny and ignorance, and he’s advocating downright dangerous gun and ammo handling and storage practices, combined with poor target identification, “warning shots”, possible unlawful and unsafe discharge of a weapon in an unknown direction…….geez, where do we START with this??? And, this “genius” is not only Vice President, he is supposedly a “Constitutional Law Scholar” and part-time professor at Widner Law School, and his son is AG here in Delaware.

Even under the First Amendment, it is illegal to yell “FIRE!” in a crowded theater (unless there IS a fire).
