Not a Dictator
Great news — despite his ham-fisted authoritarian governing style, characterized by running roughshod over the Constitution, Congress, and the public will, our collectivist Community Organizer in Chief assures us that he is not a dictator:

He may not be a dictator, but his actions show that he certainly wants to be a dictator.

Rusty bill, need to modify part of your statement.

A dictator is never measured on this level.
Rather, a dictatorship is defined by the willingness of loyal followers to carry out every command.

BO has already gotten everything he wants due to an adoring press and the nodding acquiescence of a complicit GOP accompanied by the ever-cheering Senate and House-boy democrats.
BO has to his legacy and present satisfaction:
the violation of dozens of laws,
higher taxes,
an intimidated SCOTUS (upon which he will insert at least one more painful dud that will finish off all semblance of the constitution),
ObamarottenCare,
dozens of unaccountable czars,
elevation of the ignorant and envious to a majority constituency
and $6T worth of debt paid out to his friends and neighbors.

Why any further descendancy along these same lines would be desirable to him escapes me.
However, such descendancy does seems to suggest what everyone already knows: that BO means what he said about transforming the country.
Its all just a little too obvious. Even to BO’s MSM. So yes.
There is no reason that BO would want an official title of dictator when he has the same de facto power.

The ironic part is that were it not for affirmative action, there is no doubt that BO would today, be squatting in a bathroom stall along a highway somewhere asking Reggie Love how his dictate.

Once when one of my kids was little, I asked him if he wanted some jello. Instead of answering yes or no he said “I didn’t stick my finger in the jello!” I opened the fridge and low and behold, there was a finger hole in the jello. I said “Why did you stick your finger in the jello and he said “I told you I DIDN’T stick my finger in the jello–you never believe me!”
No one called him a dictator (to his face), yet he felt the need to state that he isn’t a dictator. hmmmmm.
Its the same thing as the jello incident.
