Freedom Banned
Bureaucrats excrete so many bans, they are bound to sometimes produce one that makes sense:
The word “FREEDOM” is among the list of banned vanity license plate slogans for Washington D.C., according a government file obtained by a Freedom of Information Request filed by the transparency website GovernmentAttic.org.
A government-issued license plate provided by the ultra-statist local authorities in the Debt Star, the nerve center of institutionalized coercion should not read FREEDOM. The cognitive dissonance would distract other drivers to the point of causing a safety hazard.

Hmmmm – one has to ponder whether what other words might be ‘banned’ as well: LIBERTY? CITIZEN? OVRTXD? FREEMAN? (especially if that just happened to be one’s surname) How about LIBERAL? PRGRSVE? (gotta stay within the letter limit after all)
