Anger Management Requirement for Buying Ammo
There are three possible explanations for why liberals don’t just repeal the Second Amendment outright: 1) they don’t have the votes, because despite the Hope & Change, close to half of the population is still American; 2) by ignoring it instead of repealing it, they are effectively destroying the entire Constitution by demonstrating that it isn’t really in force; and 3) repealing it gradually while harassing and humiliating lawful gun-owners is more fun for petty tyrants:
The bill filed Saturday by [Florida] state Sen. Audrey Gibson, D-Jacksonville, would require a three-day waiting period for the sale of any firearm and the sale of ammunition to anyone who has not completed anger management courses.
By way of explanation, Gibson gibbers,
“It’s about getting people to think, really, about how much ammunition they need. It’s a step, I think, in a safer direction. It’s about getting people to think before they buy.”
With liberal authoritarians, it’s always about need, as in, “From each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs.” Yet if we are free people and pay for it with money we earned, ammo has nothing to do with how much we “need,” but rather how much we want — which target shooting enthusiasts will agree is as much as we can afford.
From the outrageous bill:
“It is unlawful to: A) Sell ammunition to another person who does not present certification that he or she has successfully completed an anger-management program consisting of at least 2 hours of online or face-to-face instruction in anger-management techniques,” the bill reads. “The certification must be renewed every 10 years.”
Gibson needs to receive face-to-face instruction on the US Constitution.
Meanwhile, as wannabe dictators waste everyone’s time trying to force gun-owners to jump through degrading hoops, Florida’s foreclosure rates are the highest in the nation. Dealing with actual problems isn’t as enjoyable as making life less pleasant for people libs don’t like.

That might also explain why the Dept. of Homeland Stupidity has bought-up almost every bullet in the country. “You can keep your guns, but we’ll take all the ammo“. This makes perfect coming from the POV of a Negro. Seriously, if America was really serious about making a significant reduction in gun violence, then Negroes should be prohibited from owning guns. But the PTB are only interested in prohibiting law abiding white folks from using firearms as a self defence tool.
