Police Get Free Lecture From College Professor

Students weren’t always required to spend so much to get a college education that it takes half their lives to climb out of debt. But then, they didn’t always get professors like Laura Curry:

A University of Buffalo professor was apparently so incensed by a campus display erected by a group of pro-life students that she engaged in a profanity-laden rant which attracted the attention of the authorities. Being lectured by the police to tone down her tirade apparently incensed the professor even more and she proceeded to rage against the pro-life students’ display with even more vitriol. The event, captured on a student’s cell phone, ends when the authorities detain the professor.

See Professor Curry (actually an Adjunct Instructor of Media Study) give an erudite lecture to the police, prior to her arrest for disorderly conduct:

The children are running the schoolhouse.

She will no doubt claim that she was denied her freedom of speech, without noticing the irony that she was trying to deny that vary same freedom to the pro-life students.

Adjunct? After this the Leftists on the faculty will demand that she immediately be given tenure.

What is so difficult about actually pointing a camera at something? All I seem to see of candid photography anymore is pictures of the sky or the ground, never of the point of interest.

Take note, parents, so you see what higher education buys at liberal colleges. A worthless degree and head full of hate.

To be a college student today.

Is there anyone who wouldn’t enjoy giving her a good bitch-slappin’ along with a can of whoop-ass?

  • Jimbo

Whoa! Don’t mess with her ‘right’ to murder babies!

  • yourfavoriteunkle

At first, I was truly interested. Then , at about the 28 second mark, I realized that I didn’t want to listen to another hateful lesbian idiot professor… I’m just weird that way.

Womyn. Can’t live with ‘em. Can’t shoot ‘em.

It’s too bad HER mom didn’t choose to have an abortion…

  • Jeanettesca

Makes one wonder what the display was that had her claiming it was “swearing to me.”

I’m gonna guess a healthy baby playing happily with its adoptive mother and father. A missed abortion opportunity is sacrilege to libs.

Can’t shoot ‘em, but you can taze ‘em! Taze her Bro!

  • Ragnar Lothbrok

Let’s all bask in the glow of her enlightened tolerance, civility, diversity, new tone, and moderation as she “reaches across the aisle” to open a dialogue.

My brother spent many years in teaching at colleges.. When he went to a Chicago Tech school, he enjoyed it so much because those people were using their own money and wanted to learn.. My son in law meet him once, boy, was he surprised! He could not believe that he was face to face with his favorite brilliant teacher.. I told him he is just my nutty brother..

While the cops have her, plaster the school with Pam Geller’s “Support the Civilized Man” posters.

I can’t support either side on this one. That image is horrible, it is disgraceful and atrocious.

We all know what an abortion entails. Can’t we at least keep “our” side of the discourse civil?

The murder of a child isn’t civil. It’s a detestable abomination to God.

Life isn’t always pretty. The image of a mangled, murdered baby should bother you.

I’ll be happy to have this conversation with my children when they see these images someday. They will know what abortion is for the rest of their lives, and hopefully, always choose life.

Why did the police arrest her? What was she doing illegally? Is breaking campus policy or rules for vulgarity an arrestable offense of school disciplinary offense? I must be missing something; not seeing the entire picture because it seems most here are glad she was hauled off???? What if it was a pro-lifer standing up to a pro-abortion display? Anyone want to fill me in on what I am missing? (please don’t jump all over me and call me out as a troll….posted enough here for it to be know NOT one. )

“That image is horrible, it is disgraceful and atrocious.”

I am very reluctantly “pro-choice” with a lot of restrictions, but I see no problem with any image. If you’re going to do it, then you better know what you’re doing. And if you can’t stand it…..

  • Duke

“Why did the police arrest her?”

Standing around in a public place and shouting “the Eff-word.” It’s usually called “disorderly conduct” in that it upsetting to others around you when done in public.

I suspect the cops cuffed her and hauled her out of the public place, gave her a citation (a non-criminal fine) and ended the disruption. That’s what they should be doing.

  • Stephan the Original

Elizabeth is utterly correct. The professor could not see she was declaring what she supports herself as being profane. Yes, the image is profane. That is the point. End abortion and you won’t have to worry about pictures. Abortion only remains because some people want to hide the reality of it.

  • facebkwallflower

@Duke Duh, I missed that one; should have waited for coffee to kick in. Thanks for answering.

    @Stephan the Original Agree!

  • Dr. 9

Once again, we see clear evidence of why it is so very important that we reinstate public hangings. Contact your elect lying crook and tell him/her/it that we must rid our society of the so-called, “enlightened” ones.

If there’s nothing wrong with abortion, why get so upset and disgusted by pictures of removed “tumors,” “clumps of cells,” and “parasites”? Would this professor have flipped out over images of removed tumors and tape worms? Most likely not.
