These fat losers are up to something else. Moonbat hacker group “Anonymous” recently picked a fight with a Mexican drug cartel, threatening to expose their associates.

Jonathan Alter and the Scandal-Free Obama Administration

Bloomberg.com recently published an article by Jonathan Alter titled, “Obama Miracle Is White House Free of Scandal.” There are very few better examples of liberal obtuseness and evidence they suffer from acute political astigmatism.

Alter, liberal author, liberal columnist, senior editor of Newsweek for 28 years who helped drive that liberal magazine into virtual bankruptcy and its sale for the tidy sum of one dollar, frequent contributor to Al Franken’s liberal Air America which filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy, still appears as a commentator on liberal MSNBC among other liberal MSM and still totally idolizes liberal president Barack Hussein Obama.

Did I mention Jonathan Alter is liberal?

Evidently flummoxed by fellow leftists’ waning support for our failing, flailing chief executive, Alter successfully attempts in his piece on Obama’s miraculous avoidance of scandal, its “scandal-less state,” to be as honest and transparent as the hero he so deeply admires.

“Obama Miracle” would be comical if not for the Halloween-y scariness of its author’s knowing commission of deceptions.

Alter skirts the dirt and completely avoids reference to what is rapidly developing into the most contemptible presidential scandal since Republican president Richard Nixon lied about Watergate and Democrat president Bill Clinton lied under sworn oath.

In fact, Obama’s scandals are far worse than Nixon’s and Clinton’s. They merely lied to protect their sorry arses and to deceive the American people but Nixon was just stupid and Clinton just a congenital liar. Obama, and his henchmen, have not only lied but have cost the country hundreds of millions of dollars and, more reprehensibly, have cost the life of a border patrol agent.

That last, deadly fiasco, the grossly-botched Department of Justice/ATF Fast and Furious gun-running operation, effectively gave some 1500 weapons to Mexican drug cartels to wreak havoc south of our border and to murder agent Brian Terry.

Government and law enforcement agencies often foul up stings like Fast and Furious. What they are not expected to do is what Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder has done, lie and obstruct congressional inquiries into what went wrong.

Jonathan Alter’s reaction to Fast and Furious and its relevance to administration scandals? Fast and Furious? What Fast and Furious? Alter would sooner air Holder’s filthy New Black Panther Party linen!

Either Alter is ignorant, obtuse, Obama’s cover-up point man, or all three.

While praising the president’s honesty, character, and integrity without sourcing any of those debatable attributes, Alter lambastes Republicans for allegedly tarnishing Obama’s reputation and attacks the Obamian favorite whipping network, Fox News, for “manufactured controversies,” also without providing any substantiation.

He criticizes GOP Rep. Darrell Issa’s contentions that Obama’s is “one of the most corrupt administrations” in history, a view predicated mainly on the White House and Justice Department consistently stonewalling on every issue Issa is trying to investigate.

He accuses Fox of manufacturing stories concerning the multitude of Obama’s extremist “policy czars,” those secretive heads of agencies recruited from the leftist fringes and put in place without congressional scrutiny.

Alter knows full well that stonewalling, refusals to cooperate with legally-constituted authorities, is invariably indicative of illegalities and unethical conduct. At the very least, they put the lie to this president’s vaunted, unfulfilled, transparency.

As for Fox, he knows that the only conservative alternative to the liberal mainstream media has exposed far more than just the czar scandals . . . (Read more at http://www.genelalor.com/blog1/?p=5842

    Matt Lauer

    Fun fact #1:

In an interview with former White House press secretary and Obama campaign advisor Robert Gibbs on Thursday’s NBC Today, co-host Matt Lauer fretted over a report showing “the rich are getting richer” and pleaded: “So what responsibility does President Obama have in terms of dealing with income distribution in this country?”

    Fun fact #2:

The Today Show’s Matt Lauer is now the highest-earning news host, taking in $17 million a year, TV Guide reported in its annual ‘Who Earns What’ issue.

  • FrankW

How about a new hypocrisy amendment? Those who choose not to perform an action (like voluntarily and equitably distributing their income) are not allowed to advocate the action being forced upon anyone else. This should effectively derail most loud libs, AlGore, Moore, Lauer, etc.
And as long as I am on my high horse here how about a law stating if you are found guilty of taking bribes, leaking classified information or otherwise failing to perform you your duties as an elected official, you are banned from EVER holding office or on staff for an office for life.

I find it very entertaining and willing to bet 3:1 exposed Zeta member winds up hacked before the nerd does.

Los Z isn’t a street gang; it is a highly sophisticated international crime group with access to technology and tech operators on the payroll. They have the money to hire the best hackers in the world, or even offer one of these kids a (to him) huge sum of cash to rat out his friends in Anonymous. If the police pick up members of Anonymous, then their identities will be exposed in court proceedings.

Wanting to fight the cartels is a good thing, but it isn’t a fight for a bunch of idealistic nerds. They can’t change the drug war with their keyboards any more than the hippies at Woodstock could stop the Vietnam War with music and acid.

The way this can end is with armed ex-military commandos breaking into somebody’s house and killing everybody inside. Moonbat idealism and naivety loses when it runs up against criminals with automatic weapons.

They aren’t going to stop the cartel or even impair its operations. The best they can do is expose low-level associates, who will then be silenced by Zetas or killed by rival cartels. Their families may perish, too.

The actions of Anonymous are idealism at its worst. Our police and Mexican police know to give the Z its distance. The only groups which don’t get crushed head to head are the Mexican military (those who aren’t on Zeta payroll) and the Sinaloa Cartel.

It wouldn’t be in the cartels’ interest to: 1) kill a leftard; they are their best customers, 2) draw heat and LE resources into their US operations resulting from a public demand, 3) It’s not in the Hate Whitey Holder’s subversive assault on the Second Amendment best interest to bring public notice to the cartel war either. BUT, now that his gunrunning op was cancelled, aiding the cartel activity within CONUS through intel leaks or quashing hit investigations may emerge.

Having said that, they’ve already become really adept at sub rosa assassination. They know that hispanic corpses with no family ties showing up in a ditch or discovered in the back of truck stopped for a traffic violation bring little or no public outcry. It happens at least weekly somewhere in South Texas.

They just haven’t started using live dissection, chainsaw decapitations or bridge hangings yet and probably won’t until the border collapses.

Support polls for top clown indicate Perry has now surged into third place, just behind longtime front runners Bachmann and Santorum. Pundits suggest another performance, matching the one he gave last Friday, will catapult him into the lead. Perry supporters are crossing their fingers that he’ll bring his mesmerizing animation and facial mugging into the next debate.

Cain’s rendition of “Imagine There’s No Pizza” failed to gain the traction he’d hoped for, although it boosted him ahead of Paul and Gingrich in the middle of the comedic pack. Huntsman’s daughters have moved him up to nip at their heels but unfortunately that relegates him to the role of straight man. Hopelessly mirthless, except for his first name, Romney flips and flops, polling well back from the rest.

  • Hail The Amberlamps!

Found this in latest article in a succession of GAIAist money-laundering scandals, this time Beacon Power’s Flywheel fiasco ($43 million). It appears the Solyndra democrat money-laundering cost more than $535 million by adding another $75 million. That’s $610 million Solyndra alone has cost you.

The Energy Department also had agreed to restructure Solyndra’s debt in a last-ditch effort to keep the company alive, a deal which put taxpayers behind $75 million in private investment.

How tea party could drive GOP to disaster

For three years, Republican activists have lived in a fantasy world in which fringe characters like Sarah Palin and Herman Cain somehow “speak for the common sense of the common people.” It seems incredible that anybody could believe such a thing. It seems crazy that anyone would actually need a presidential election to disabuse them of such notions. But as Benjamin Franklin said: “Experience is a hard teacher, but fools will have no other.”

Bill Clinton had several “Bimbo Eruptions” and it actually helped his popularity. From Monica Lewinsky to Paula Jones to Juanita Broaddrick (and many others).

It doesnt matter much anyway. Though Romney is wishy washy he will get the nomination – he has far more money than anyone else. Even so Cain might get the VP nomination. Just a couple of gold digging unknown women going after Cain wont matter much either way. Though it may actually end up helping him as it did Bill Clinton.

  • AC

    Hail The Amberlamps! says:

The Zetas will. Remember the rancher activists they ran out the state (looking for link), or the kill squad they sent after an American father who went on AMW to publicize his daughter’s kidnapping? Those are the ones involving innocents I can remember off the top of my head.

The Zetas crossed the Rio Grande at night. Slemaker received a call from the FBI. Get your family out of the house, agents told him.

“Fifteen men, dressed commando style, were sent to kill me and my family,” Slemaker says. “The FBI caught them before they got here. I stayed in Laredo because I hope Yvette comes home. I just hope she’s still alive.”

They try to avoid too much violence on this side of the border, but they will strike out at those who confront the cartel, especially if it deters an ongoing problem.

They could even send a group of American gangbangers to make it look like a burglary gone bad. It’s not like it is in Nuevo Laredo or Monterrey, but that won’t stop them if they think Anonymous is going to cause them to lose valuable cartel collaborators.

I remember Robert Krenz (IIRC), the AZ border rancher whacked confronting a trespasser. I think it was one set of footprints into and back over the border linked to that crime. Not sure of any intel pointing to the cartels, but they’re probably in the chain somewhere.

The feds shut the border down when DEA agent Enrique Camarena was murdered. The cartels learned their lesson. But you are correct, they now have transnational gang surrogates to perform hits inside the US. That takes the heat off them, gives Red Holder a pass and lulls the sheople back to grazing with blissful habituation.

Having said that, a high-profile assassination of a leftard hacker might involve a family member(s) “accident” or “drug-related” murder of said hacker. Message sent, hacker shut down, Feds off the hook with drug war stats unaffected, sheople continue grazing. I’ll venture that.

OccupyDenver Thugs Knock Motorcycle Cop To Ground

  • AC

I remember that in AZ, but I don’t remember if that was ever linked to actual cartel traffic, or just border bandits. There were several ranchers run off their land in Texas by Zetas after complaining about their land being used as a trafficking corridor. I’m not sure if there were any murders, but I do remember the threats being made. Zetas seized a ranch in Texas. Zeta pirates robbed and murdered Americans on Falcon Lake, including the US side. Zetas plotted to blow up Falcon Dam and flood out four million people on both sides of the border.

With a spineless president running US border policy, the cartels will be less hesitant to greenlight violence on the US side, because they know this administration refuses to do anything about spillover border violence. When Camarena was killed, it was Reagan who shut down the border. Plus, at that time, there was only one major cartel, and the Mexican authorities could partially control it (although they choose to let it run and take the bribes). The problem is the Mexican authorities are no longer in control.

The cartels have also become much more creative in smuggling. Now they use tunnels, catapults, ultralight gliders, and so many other ways than just cars and foot traffic.

In 1985, we didn’t have NAFTA either, nor was Mexico so economically dependent on maquiladoras and citizens working in the US. The obligation to keep NAFTA goods and workers flowing for both parties would prevent our spineless president from getting serious even if he had it in him.

I truly don’t believe these Anonymous kids have any idea what they’re dealing with.
