Obama Regime to Prevent Use of Force to Defend Border

America is undergoing an invasion, with literally millions of hostile “immigrants” sneaking across our border in violation of our laws, often to engage in the drug trade or to climb aboard the welfare gravy train. Since we still have at least the vague semblance of a legitimate government, there is a token force guarding the border. Unsurprisingly, considering the violence shown by the intruders, the US Border Patrol has occasionally resorted to force in defense of our nation’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, although a mere 22 invaders have been killed since 2010, a tiny fraction of those flooding across the border. But even 22 is far too many for a rogue government that is on the side of the invaders:

In congressional testimony last week, Jeh Johnson, the new Homeland Security secretary, said that U.S. Customs and Border Protection, which manages border agents, would announce new policies for the use of force “any day now.”

Jeh Johnson is a barking moonbat who achieved his position by raising money for Obama. He has asserted that foreigners invading our country have “earned the right” to be American citizens.

Critics of the agency’s use of lethal force found new ammunition for their complaints when a highly critical report commissioned by the CBP on border shootings was leaked last week. The report by the Police Executive Research Forum, a Washington-based research group that helps law-enforcement agencies improve performance, said the agency has failed to diligently investigate shooting deaths, according to two government officials who said they had read the report. It also said that agents sometimes stood in front of moving vehicles to justify opening fire on the drivers, and that they confronted, rather than distanced themselves from, rock throwers.

The report recommended that agents refrain from shooting at rock throwers and moving vehicles, according to the two officials. One official said Mr. Johnson was likely to focus his attention on those recommendations in devising a new policy.

A CBP spokesman said the agency “agrees with the spirit and intent” of the report’s recommendations and already has begun to take steps to implement most of them.

Try to get your head around the insanity. The point of the Border Patrol is to defend the border. Yet all an invader has to do to get past border agents is drive a car at them, in which case the Border Patrol is expected to dive for cover, or throw potentially lethal rocks, in which case the Border Patrol is expected to run away.

Why even have a Border Patrol? Why not officially proclaim that America committed suicide on November 4, 2008, and that there is no United States of America anymore, just a political vacuum presided over by treasonous lunatics?

Remember that Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, who was shot with a weapon provided to Mexican criminals by our rogue government, was himself armed with bean bag rounds. What have we learned from that experience?

    Brian Terry call your office…

Oh wait! Brian can’t due to policy that has handcuffed the Border Patrol…

It’s time for states to secede and start their own border patrols, or start their own civilian border patrols. Any intruder that gets shot can then be declared a self-defense case.

The real problem is that you cannot prosecute anyone that violates the Constitution except to vote them out of office. This can be a four year process. Impeachment only removes them from office after the Senate convicts. I want to see JAIL time for Holder, Obama, Pelosi, Schumer and others. I know it’s a dangerous precedence but the alternatives can be worse.
