IRS-Gate: Unfolding Constitutional Crisis

Listen to Jay Sekulow of the American Center for Law and Justice describe the current state of affairs regarding the increasingly outrageous IRS scandal and it will be hard not to agree that Congress is on its way to total irrelevance if it doesn’t start playing hardball with Obama’s sneeringly insolent apparatchiks:

On a tip from Stormfax.

The sooner the corruption leads to complete breakdown, the sooner we can rebuild it.

Congressman introduces ‘The Dog Ate My Tax Return Act’

    Those include:

1.The dog ate my tax receipts

    2.Convenient, unexplained, miscellaneous computer malfunction

    3.Traded documents for five terrorists

4.Burned for warmth while lost in the Yukon

5.Left on table in Hillary’s Book Room

6.Received water damage in the trunk of Ted Kennedy’s car

7.Forgot in gun case sold to Mexican drug lords

8.Forced to recycle by municipal Green Czar

9.Was short on toilet paper while camping

10.At this point, what difference does it make?

../Sonasoft has been backing-up and preserving IRS emails since 2005!

Here is the message I just submitted to Sonasoft about IRS e-mails. Please also send your comments to them at…

“Please provide America ALL the e-mails from ALL IRS criminal bureaucRATS, including (to be convicted) criminal felons Lois Lerner and the other six IRS reprobates who conspired with OFA and the OBOZO White House to violate every law and rule restraining IRS criminal conduct. Please provide them ASAP to Darrell Issa, US House of Representatives. Thank you.”

These people would not have lasted in the private sector.

  • Mr. Freemarket

These people have complete and utter contempt for congress and the american people. And these are the same people tasked with determining if you are buying the right health care insurance.

Defund the IRS. Not another penny to them. Close down the shop.

    Second item:
Flat tax. Everyone pays the same percent, regardless of income. Your tax return is a post card. No need for 60,000 pages of regulation.

  • Mr. Freemarket

Unfortunately what will be rebuilt will not be a constitutional republic dedicated to preserving your rights.

Council for National Policy and the Heritage Foundation..
Enemies on the Left……False Friends on the Right..Part 5

  • Mr. Mentalo

100% YES! I am so sick of hearing “Once a bureaucracy gets established, it can never be undone”.

The IRS, Dept. of Education, the EPA…they ALL need to go.

We better say “NO” while there is still a shadow of a chance to do so.

  • Mr. Mentalo

Yep, and that was the plan all along. Collapse the system, incite chaos, have the public screaming for help, then get on nat’l TV and say “Well, just so happens, we DO have a plan…”

PRESTO! You’re now all citizens of the New Socialist States of Amerika. The line for facial recognition scanning for your NSSA identity cards forms at the right. No talking.

  • Mr. Mentalo

Also, don’t count on Fox News. There has been a fundamental shift there or something…or maybe it’s been there all along. They are better than nothing, but not by much.

Rush, Levin, Larry Elder, Mark Styne and a few others should start their own TV network…and NO FREAKIN’ PROGRESSIVE VOICED would be allowed, except as fodder for mocking.

  • ThisObamaNation

It’s kind of hard to “play ball” when you don’t have any.
Expect nothing more from Congress than an endless dog and pony show.
The scandals aren’t phony, but these Congressional Hearings are.

  • Bruce Price

Good luck, Jay Sekulow. Keep pushing. The country is with you.

  • Fox News drifted Left under Murdoch who met with Rasputina Jarrett the other day.

  • TED

THIS be the problem, needs corrected NOW!

  • oldguy

I feel sorry for the next white person who becomes president. The first time they try anything like Obama has done they will be impeached.

  • SpringTexas

Sonasoft’s contract with the IRS was broken in 2011 just as all the IRS’s hard drives began to conveniently crash when we began to learn they had been targeting Conservative groups. Funny how all that works.

  • 762×51

Not necessarily. It all depends on who wins the civil war that follows that breakdown. If we win, we can rebuild a constitutional republic as the founders provided. If the enemy wins, America will be a memory and a Marxist dictatorship. The latter will not happen while I live.

  • 762×51

While I admire Sekulow and his tenacity and I believe that efforts such as his are necessary in the context of trying everything within our system to defeat tyranny, I hold no hope that he will ultimately succeed.

Constitutional crisis indeed, people either will demand the government follow the law or they completely surrender any argument for freedom in the future.

How is it that just one sniveling libtard can complain about the presence of an American Flag on a T-shirt of the use of God in a commencement ceremony and it gets stopped but 70% of the population opposes Obamacare and it rolls forward as if nothing is wrong?

  • 762×51

Most GOP’ers are playing airsoft while OBlowme plays paintball.

It is time for the American people to play leadball.

  • Mr. Freemarket

Problem is that many “constitutional conservatives” will believe that the problem is with the documents themselves and not with the representatives that we elected. The temptation to modify the constitution to prevent this from happening again is great.
