The term Islamophobia implies that there is something irrational about fearing Islam. Actually, it is extremely irrational not to fear Islam, a conspicuously violent ideological system that is fundamentally hostile to anyone who resists it:

Liberals might want to think twice about embracing Islam with such devotion. Reality will inevitably tear through the web of lies they weave on its behalf.

Fear Islam? Only in this context:

For example, I fear the impact that Islam and jihadists will have on my children but I am not afraid to face them on the battlefield.
