Paul Ryan on H-2B Visas: A Double-Crosser’s Outlandish Lies

How does assistant Democrat Paul Ryan manage to keep a straight face while spewing such outlandish lies?

In a Tuesday morning interview with radio host Bill Bennett, Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) defended his omnibus bill’s controversial expansion in the H-2B visa program, which would allow foreign workers to fill blue-collar American jobs, by arguing that if the provision were not included, American companies would be forced to shut their doors.

Meanwhile, the workforce participation rate is at the lowest level since the dismal days of Jimmy Carter.

As Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) has highlighted, the Economic Policy Institute has documented how, “wages were stagnant or declining for workers in all of the top 15 H-2B occupations between 2004 and 2014.”

Unemployment rates have been rising for all but one of the top 15 top H-2B visa occupations.

You would think the bleeding heart set would object…

As immigration attorney Ian Smith has explained, Ryan’s resurrection and expansion of the controversial provision in Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)’s Gang of Eight bill to increase guest-worker programs will disproportionately “hurt America’s most vulnerable workers” such as black workers, single women, the elderly, and first-generation immigrants.

But both wings of the liberal establishment are about enriching and further empowering the ruling class — which conspicuously includes the crony capitalists catered to at the nation’s expense by Ryan and Rubio.

Ryan’s push to expand immigration comes on top of the nation’s existing federal policy of autopilot visa dispensations. Under current policy, every day the U.S. brings in enough new immigrants to fill an overcrowded, metropolitan high school. Every week, the United States brings in enough new immigrants to fill the Staples Center, where the Los Angeles Lakers play. Every year, we add an immigrant population the size of Dallas. And every three years, the U.S. adds another entire city of Los Angeles, made up of foreign-born immigrants.

This isn’t immigration, not with these numbers. It is hostile invasion, facilitated by a government of quislings personified by Obama and his accomplice Ryan.

Wisconsin, you elected this bedbug. It is your duty to primary him — and it is the national duty to primary any Republican who votes along with him on his most outrageous betrayals, like the omnibus spending bill.

Paul Ryan
Just like a Democrat, except more insidious.

Primary Ryan with the candidate who has the best chance of defeating him, EVEN IF a RINO. The point is to punish Ryan by removal from office (ala Eric Cantor), and sending a message to his successor. At some point after Cantor, Ryan, ?, ?, they may get the message. Yes, there is a difference between a Dem and Rep., check any ratings site. Don’t do the Dems a favor.

The fact that a given person is holding or seeking high-level public office is, in and of itself, proof that said person is morally and/or psychologically UNFIT to hold public office.

    So… Paul Ryan.

Yeeaah. You know how you coulda seen YEARS IN ADVANCE the fact that Paul Ryan is a lying psychopath who would gleefully assrape his own grandmother, or an entire planet of grandmothers, for a nickel?

    The Barnhardt Axiom.

You realize this applies every bit as strongly to Trump too, right? Tell me you are not so stupid as to believe for one second that Trump would actually do ANY of the things he is talking about. He’s just smart enough to know what y’all want to hear, and is saying it. You know how I know that Trump will never follow through on anything he is saying?

The sad thing is, primarying politicians does little to modify their behavior. They know that if they piss off the peasants, they’ll get voted out of office. But as long as they please the donor class, they’ll have a soft place to land after they’re out of office.

If they piss off the donors, their campaigns don’t get funding, and when they leave office it’s back to practicing law in Hicksville. Whose wrath do you think they’re going to risk?

Consider the case of Eric Cantor. He earned less than $200k as a congressman. Now he earns $3.4 million as a vice chairman of an investment bank. Politicians have every incentive to sell us out, and few to look after our interests.

  • Sadly enough, Ryan is correct. Our economy is in such dire shape that many companies are forced to either hire cheap immigrant labor or fold up shop. All of our “high-tech” jobs are being filled by Third World engineers at one third the cost. And the low tech jobs are filled by anyone who hops in your truck at the Home Depot. Get used to it – the fundamental change of America is almost complete.

Any one else notice that the speed at which America is rolling down hill is reaching an insane speed. One that cant be stopped safely. I fear we have reached a point that I believed wouldn’t come until after my death. WOW!

I hope he spends those thirty pieces of silver quickly. This insane asylum system is falling apart like a cheap suit. Where do traitors go when their countries change hands?

  • What am I missing? We have 92 million out of the workforce. I know, I know, if we remove the REALLY physically disabled (not those who claim disabilities, but are able to do everything but work), the elderly, etc., why are we unable to get these folks back to work? It makes me sick to see otherwise healthy folks drive around in new cars, take skiing vacations, etc., but don’t want to work. Screw them. Work or starve.

May he walk in Eric Cantor shoes, soon. Benedict Ryan. I regret that he has had one too many terms in elected office. Looks like Wisconsin is trying to get some payback for what the union could not do against Walker.
If John Chisholm was not enough disgrace to Wisconsin, they can relay on Paul Ryan. Gotta wonder is Jeb Bush is cultivating Ryan as VP for another GOP thrown election… or maybe they are thinking of trying a Romney/Ryan fandango again.

Whatever happened to the conservative Paul Ryan of 2010???
