Probably a bit late in the news cycle over there, but 5 people were kilt in a Wilkinsburg PA mass shooting, with two gunmen (at least) at approx. 10:30 pm local time Wednesday.

No description of the shooters at all. The po-po must be seeking out the “youths” who may or may not have been fleeing from the scene of the crime.

Wilkinsburg has a demographic (according to Wiki, from 2010 information) as follows:
“The population was 15,930 at the 2010 census, having lost more than 13,000 in the 70 years since 1940, when 29,853 people were enumerated.”

A 50% population decline in an urban area is, of course, a serious concern. Helpfully, Wiki goes on to demonstrate that:

“As of the census of 2000, there were 19,196 people, 9,138 households, and 4,477 families residing in the borough. The population density was 8,335.1 people per square mile (3,222.4/km²). There were 10,696 housing units at an average density of 4,644.3 per square mile (1,795.5/km²). The racial makeup of the borough was 29.25% White, 66.51% African American, 0.38% Native American, 0.81% Asian, 0.06% Pacific Islander, 0.55% from other races, and 2.44% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.13% of the population.”

So, as at the year 2000, there were 19,196 peeps, which reduced to 15,930 peeps by 2010, a reduction of 3,806 peeps in that decade.

In 2000, Wiki says that the racial makeup of the 19,196 peeps was 29.25% WHITE. 29.25% of 19,196 is, ummm… 5,614 peeps. Draw your own conclusions, as no demographics are allowed in discussions today, ‘cayuse that be raaaycist!

I would have thought a mass killing of five people would have been all over the news, as opposed to a fucking stupidly negligent mother who allowed her 4 y.o. access to a loaded gun in her vehicle.

  • Mr. Freemarket

Please remember, that 19 year old is carrying a fully automatic rifle. It will fire multiple times with a single trigger pull.

Of course, we don’t trust him enough to allow him to carry firearms on a military base. That would be dangerous.

  • Mr. Freemarket

Make the workplace safer for criminals. Remove guns from responsible citizens so that criminals can break into your home, steal your stuff, and rape your teenage daughter without the horrible risk of getting shot.

BTW, the only reason that criminals break into your home is because they believe in redistributing your wealth. Kinda like Bernie and Hillary…..

Except of course, if Bernie or Hillary are redistributing your wealth, it ain’t a crime.

  • Mr. Freemarket

Were all the world destitute of arms, those with criminal intent would use rocks, pointy sticks, or clubs to assail the masses. The strong would rule over the weak.

Kinda like how DC is today.

  • Mr. Freemarket

People who want to take away your black assault rifle will also tell you that black is evil.

  • Mr. Freemarket

Those Asians are looking smarter by the day. Or maybe black people just don’t like Chinese food.

Ted, there you go again. Using logic and causing liberal heads everywhere to explode!

Actual picture of Rubio’s rally today in heavily-Cuban community in Florida. Taken by the Washington Examiner.

Marco,…just get out now and stop helping Trump. Cruz could handily take this all if it weren’t for you and Kasich’s insane ego trip.

The blade of fantasy cuts both ways…Replace the Cruz headline with Trump and you would find the fantasy just a bit of humor. Either way neither will be able to deliver and the creeps (and their cohorts) in the articles will still be busy destroying America…while people get caught up in the great political show.

Never thought I would see a time when people get so dumbed down by the glass teat that reality TV would bleed over to political campaigns and glassy eyed folk would be buying the scripted show as actual reality. Guess I should not have underestimated the gullibility factor.

  • Wilberforce

Rubio has claimed throughout this campaign he was the candidate that could unify the Republican Party. Now here’s his chance to prove it by getting out before Florida…

  • MAS

It’s human sin nature to rule by force. Anarchists I have dealt with always hated it when I pointed out that anarchy is the shortest lived form of government ever developed in the fevered mind of man. They would protest and I would simply say that if anarchy was reigning in our group it would only last until I convinced him (by force) to do it my way…or killed him for refusing. That he was too addled by marijuana etc to resist and I would stuff him in a garbage can before he even could figure out what I was doing.

Exactly. A former brother in law was a big believer that we didn’t actually need any government. He had no response when I pointed out that I possessed the technology to both build a bomb and launch it on the end of a missile.

Former Trump butler Tony Senecal defended Donald Trump in an interview with CNN’s Carol Costello this morning.

“He’s an incredibly generous person. He’s been generous to his

employees. He’s generous to strangers. He’s an entirely a nice guy. He’s

not the gruff person that people make him out to be. Sure, you attack

him, he’s going to fight back. But most of the time he’s just a nice

man. I lasted with him for 20 years, he had to be pretty good,” Senecal

    said.

Senecal defended Trump as a patriot who wants what is best for the country.

“His interest in the American people. His patriotism. The man was born

on Flag Day. He’s a very patriotic person — ahem, excuse me — and he

wants what’s best for this country,” he told CNN.

Yup just follow the herd. What could possibly go wrong, eh?

  • Ed. G. Mann

We’ll have to wait until November to see, won’t we. Unless you have some method of seeing the future without error.

In that case, it is incumbent upon you to make the world aware of your gift.

  • Yeah, but likely “if Obama had a son” he would have been the one doing the shooting in this case, so I can see why he’s not taking that angle here.

  • Liberal rag SALON’s idea of a conservative supports Donald Trump and a reader is surprised SALON allowed it:

    http://www.salon.com/2016/03/10/i_was_wrong_about_donald_trump_camille_paglia_on_the_gop_front_runners_refreshing_candor_and_his_impetuousness_too/

At this time it seems possible that Trump may yet get the nomination – and if not Trump may run as a spoiler and hand the election to Hillary, which likely was the plan when Bill Clinton called him and asked him to run.

Beck said ever since Drudge started “hanging out with Alex Jones,” he’s gone to “this weird conspiratorial” place where he can’t even “trust any news coming from him anymore.”

While Drudge also offers some stuff that is far out, including stuff from Alex Jones, he still provides solid news as well.

  • But Obama WAS a drug-addicted, gay prostitute. He openly admits to the first part.

    http://www.salon.com/2016/03/08/texas_war_on_reality_states_next_likely_school_board_member_believes_obama_was_a_drug_addicted_gay_prostitute/

They claim (and provide a link I didn’t bother to check) that she says “Middle Easterners” secretly bribing textbook publishers to inject pro-Islam propaganda into textbooks.

We know that pro-Islam propaganda is being injected into textbooks, along with anti Christian propaganda. It would not be surprising to find that Saudi Arabia might be bankrolling such an effort, but even if she’s only half right, the important half (that it is happening, whoever is behind it) is a message that needs to get out there.

She is also quoted as saying, “You are very naive if you believe a tiny river carved out the Grand Canyon.”

In fact there are theories that raise the same doubt. That wingnut strict creationists have latched onto and twisted this idea is not surprising, but it does not mean there can’t be any truth to it.

  • Now another story from the “LIBERALS ARE SO AFRAID OF CRUZ THEY” department:

Liberals are so afraid of Cruz they try to tie GW Bush to him any way they can.

    http://dailycaller.com/2016/03/10/ted-cruz-a-bush-by-another-name/

Did you know Ted Cruz is just GW Bush… by a different name?

Or so they claim – and here’s some of their ‘proof’:

Neil Bush, the son of President George H. W. Bush, who defrauded U.S. taxpayers out of $1.5 billion dollars in the savings and loan scam, and later peddled influence for the Chinese government, (who plied him with Chinese prostitutes) has formally endorsed Senator Ted Cruz for president. You can’t make this stuff up.

So? And the KKK or some other extremist group endorsed Trump. Who cares?

So in an attempt to hurt Cruz they go into a long spiel about Neil Bush.

    Who isn’t running.

And they go on to mention Cruz getting a LOAN, a perfectly legal business transaction, from Goldman Sachs, and forget to mention the BRIBES paid to Hillary by the same folks.

  • The Obama administration once again taking pages right out of Orwell’s “1984”.

Of course, the source given is INFOWARS, so take it with a grain of salt.

Here is the alleged FBI source document that caused all the fuss:

  • What is the only time liberal moonbat Democrats think (more/bigger) government is bad?

When one or more of theirs is under investigation for serious criminal acts.

    http://www.politico.com/blogs/under-the-radar/2016/03/lawmakers-raise-doubts-on-igs-clinton-email-review-220580

Seven Democratic lawmakers are complaining publicly that the review of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email practices by two internal government watchdogs has been unduly politicized.

In a letter Wednesday to Intelligence Community Inspector General Charles McCullough and State Department Inspector General Steve Linick, four Senators and three House members called on the watchdogs to ensure that ongoing inquiries into the matter must be “impartial, independent and diligent.”

If anything they’ve bent over backwards to PREVENT it from becoming overly politicized.

  • Sharpton’s plan B:

    http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/al-sharpton-wants-biden-kerry-warren-to-run-if-hillary-indicted/article/2585443

Al Sharpton wants Biden, Kerry, Warren to run if Clinton indicted

Didn’t he mean WHEN Hillary is idicted?

Though who would indict her? The Obama INjustice department?

Pull the other two while you’re down there!

  • The only question is whether Obama or Putin set it up:

    http://www.nytimes.com/2016/03/11/us/former-putin-aide-found-in-washington-died-from-blows-to-head.html

A former close aide to President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia who was found dead in a hotel room in the Dupont Circle neighborhood in November died of blunt force injuries to the head, the chief medical examiner’s office here said on Thursday. Russian state media had reported that the aide, Mikhail Y. Lesin, died in the hotel of a heart attack.

On Thursday the medical examiner’s office said that Mr. Lesin’s body showed signs of blunt force injury not only to the head but to the neck and torso, as well as upper and lower extremities. The medical examiner’s office did not explain the timing of the announcement, although officials said that findings often take 60 to 90 days.

  • Iran insists that missile tests that violate Obama’s Iran deal don’t violate Obama’s Iran deal.

  • Now remember this on Election Day – I told you all the Trump was a Democrat running as a Republican.

And it seems more and more Democrats agree:

46,000 Pa. Democrats Become Republicans Due To Trump

Or it could be the backlash to Obama’s opposite enforcement (ordering ICE and others to do the exact OPPOSITE of what the law says they are supposed to do) of our immigration laws.

But Obama, of course, denies this:

    http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/272537-obama-dont-blame-me-for-trumps-rise

Obama: Trump’s rise not my fault

Actually in all fairness, it very much is.

Oddly enough, he also did in fact admit he’s partly to blame:

Obama acknowledged he shares some blame for the widening partisan divide during his term in office, but he urged GOP elites to do some “introspection” about the how “the politics they’ve engaged in allows the circus we’ve been seeing to transpire.”

The politics the GOP has engaged in?
