New discussion of an old story many people don’t know.

  • Alphamail

Citing indications of wrongdoing and bad faith, a federal judge has overruled government objections by declaring that a conservative group is entitled to more details about how Hillary Clinton’s private email account was integrated into the State Department recordkeeping system and why it was not searched in response to a Freedom of Information Act request.

U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth entered an order Tuesday agreeing that Judicial Watch can pursue legal discovery — which often includes depositions of relevant individuals — as the group pursues legal claims that State did not respond completely to a FOIA request filed in May 2014 seeking records about talking points then-U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice used for TV appearances discussing the deadly attack on U.S. facilities in Benghazi in September 2012.

Lamberth is the second federal judge handling a Clinton email-related case to agree to discovery, which is unusual in FOIA litigation. Last month, U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan gave Judicial Watch the go-ahead to pursue depositions of Clinton aides in a lawsuit for records about former Clinton Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin.

It’s a vast right wing conspiracy:

The new order underscores the metastasizing potential of the email-related litigation which involves dozens of lawsuits brought by Clinton’s political opponents as well as news organizations. The morass of suits seems destined to remain a nagging headache for Clinton’s presidential campaign.

Doing exactly the WRONG things, making the eventual crash much worse.

Several of the world’s central banks have crossed the Rubicon, commencing a high-risk experiment with negative interest rates. The intent is clear: reduce debt by confiscation and transfer wealth from savers to borrowers. This is ultimately an admission of defeat, as traditional means of bringing excessive debt under control have failed.

So if you’re “smart enough to save”, you lose. Not so smart after all.

Negative yields mean that if an investor places a deposit with a bank, at maturity the investor receives an amount less than the original investment. In effect, the depositor pays to place money with the bank. In the case of bonds, negative yields mean that investors accept an economic loss, as the price paid by the investor is greater than the present value of the interest payments and principal repayment for a security.

Negative real rates entail return on the amount invested but loss of purchasing power because inflation rates are greater than the return. Negative nominal rates involve a guaranteed loss of capital invested.

Yet negative rates so far have not boosted growth or inflation. Instead the policy is creating serious economic and financial distortions.

The lack of impact on the real economy reflects the failure of these policies to materially increase consumption and investment. Heavily indebted or increasingly cautious households are reluctant to borrow to fund spending. Low business investment reflects lack of demand, over-capacity, and a reluctance to increase debt in a potentially deflationary environment.

Negative rates also may create deflationary pressures. Artificial reduction in the cost of capital may encourage investment in excess capacity, which in turn drives down prices for goods and services. Lower cost of capital may encourage substitution of labor with capital goods, which curtails both hiring and demand, which in turn adversely affects growth and inflation.

  • Another lunatic leftist moonbat melts down onstage:

Margaret Cho swears she wasn’t high during her onstage meltdown last week, so what led to the comedienne’s troubled night?

“Whatever happened, it happened between shows,” the source said. “Every show before that was great — she got a standing ovation for every performance and was hilarious and sharp. But for the Saturday late show, she was really incoherent, slurring into the mic and needed help just to walk onto the stage. She had to lean against the back wall to keep from falling over.”

  • And would you please TRY to sound enthusiastic?

At a Hillary Clinton campaign event in Wisconsin on Tuesday, State Sen. Jennifer Shilling (D.) asked the crowd to sound enthusiastic and recite Hillary Clinton’s campaign slogan: “I’m with her.”

Clinton suffers from an enthusiasm gap that some speculate may hurt her lead against rival Bernie Sanders, who is the “runaway favorite” among young voters. Among 18-to-29-year-olds, Clinton has a 35 percent approval rating. Comparatively, Barack Obama and Bill Clinton saw a 60 percent favorability rating with the same group.

Clinton’s trustworthy numbers remain consistently low due to her involvement in numerous scandals.

  • What they don’t tell us is what is the uncertainty, the margin for error, in the numbers. And it matters, since the gap is only 4%.

The States Sanders Has Won Predict the Nominee More Often Than the States Clinton Has Won

Hillary Clinton has so far won more states (18 versus 14) and amassed more pledged delegates (1,243 versus 975, per our delegate tracker) than Bernie Sanders, yet history favors the Vermont senator’s grassroots campaign. The states he’s won so far have correctly predicted the eventual Democratic nominee 65 percent of the time on average since 1968, according to a study of Federal Election Commission data by American University’s online analytics master’s program. That compares to 61 percent on average for states in Clinton’s column.

  • Hillary ‘had several abortions’, only kept Chelsea for political appearances.

Even having a child was a political calculation for Hillary Clinton.

If she didn’t think it was politically expedient to do so, she would have aborted Chelsea too.

“She had several abortions before she had Chelsea and it was only because Bill convinced her that if they were ever going to move up in politics that they had to have a child because that is what the political analysts had said,” Miller says.

“They’ve gotta see her as a human. They have to see her — I think in society they always say, ‘If you were a mother, you can’t be half bad. There has to be some love or gentleness or compassion within in you birth a child,’ but that’s not true.

Referring to Clinton again, Miller tells The American Mirror, “She is a Gloria Steinem kind of feminist. If you’ve ever seen picture or heard Gloria Steinem, just a cold, conniving bitch. That’s just it.

Coming soon to your community! (Thanks to Obama & the Democrats!):

The FBI on Tuesday continued to investigate an incident in which 17 men were detained for reportedly firing off hundreds of rounds in a remote part of Apple Valley.

San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies and an FBI agent responded to the scene Sunday morning and detained the men – reportedly all of Middle Eastern descent – who were camping out in the Deep Creek Hot Springs area Sunday morning, authorities said.

  • Border Fence Breach Raises Terrorist Worries

An email from an agent in Arizona cited a 10-mile remote stretch of the border where smugglers cut the fence and drove two trucks through. Cameras caught the activity, but agents weren’t close enough to investigate.

“The scariest part is that we don’t know what was in those vehicles,” Judd said.

No terrorist activities in the U.S. have been traced specifically to people who crossed into the country illegally from Mexico.

Not discrimination. The shop isn’t set up to cut women’s hair – even if it’s a mentally ill man pretending to be a woman.

  • So… is there a quick way I can become Cuban?

Cubans handed cash, Social Security card, food stamps, Medicaid at U.S. border.

Thousands of Cubans rushing the U.S. border in record numbers are being greeted with a Welcome Wagon operation the provides them with taxpayer-funded benefits including cash, a Social Security card, food stamps, and Medicaid, according to a review of the latest immigration crisis on the border.

During a field trip to the Laredo, Texas crossing point, two experts from the Center for Immigration Studies documented how Cubans are provided with the services free of charge in a storefront operation set up by a Cuban immigrant, who even provides housing and schedules transportation to Miami.

“The door is wide open. Come and get your free stuff,” is how Jessica M. Vaughan, director of policy studies for the Center for Immigration Studies, sized it up.

    Just wrong.

Well now I understand liberal cognitive dissonance a little more.

It’s not what they know, it’s what they think they know that simply isn’t true – which is basically everything they know!

In other words, everyone should be required to make regular payments to any group, like the ACLU, that advocates on behalf of the greater good for equality.

Want to see more of this crap from the SCOTUS?

Keep going down the #Never-Trump idiot road and elect Hellary.

Remember Scott Baio? He played Chachi on “Happy Days” and another spin-off TV show.

Turns out that Baio is quite the counter-moonbat – and he supports Ted Cruz!

Blame someone else. That’s what too many losers do, and the demolition company that tore down the wrong house is blaming Google for pointing them at the wrong address

I count 9 “pledged” votes for Trump… even Ted Cruz.

Let’s see how that turns out.

Allow me to qualify: 9 “pledged” votes for Trump if he is the nominee.

  • If you let them, moonbats will take themselves out:

Nearly 30 people have overdosed and six people have died in less than a week in Sacramento, California after using a tainted form of a narcotic painkiller being sold on that city’s streets.

A batch of the opiate Norco being sold in the California capital appears to have been laced with fentanyl, an opiate that is roughly 100 times more potent than heroin, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The Sacramento County Division of Public Health reported on Tuesday that the drug has caused at least 28 overdoes and six deaths since March 23.

The county health department has conducted toxicology tests on the six people who died to confirm fentanyl was present alongside the Norco and is awaiting results.

As the United States continues to struggle with an unprecedented heroin epidemic, fentanyl has become a popular — and extremely dangerous — alternative.

  • Typical behavior in Democrat dominated areas:

As Detroit schools went broke, principals allegedly took nearly $1 million in bribes and kickbacks

When Ronald Alexander appeared via video conference on the “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” last month, he was described as “the most amazing man.” Alexander, 60, was the principal of Charles L. Spain Elementary-Middle School, a Detroit public school that became the recipient of a $500,000 donation facilitated by the show.

The episode, which aired in early February, played footage of the school’s crumbling roof and dilapidated gym. Virtually none of the school’s technology worked, DeGeneres told her audience, and the students were forced to take P.E. classes in the hallways.

Before a crowd of students and staff in the cafeteria, DeGeneres announced a slate of donations totaling half a million dollars from Lowe’s, the home improvement company, amid raucous cheers.

Then, the grand finale came in the form of Justin Bieber emerging from a box beside DeGeneres. The pop star announced that $1 of every ticket sold for an upcoming concert in the area would be given to Spain Elementary.

“Of all the people in the whole world, I am the happiest principal on Earth,” Alexander said into the camera with a wide grin. “I love you! I love you again! This is the best.”

His mood may have since changed, as Alexander was named on Tuesday as one of 12 current and former Detroit principals charged with taking bribes and kickbacks from a school supplies vendor and fabricating invoices from the city’s beleaguered public schools.

The alleged scheme began in 2002 and continued until January 2015.

  • A part of this article caught my eye:

The April 16-19 party congress “will allow us to define with greater precision the path that we must follow in order for our nation, sovereign and truly independent since Jan. 1, 1959, to construct a prosperous and sustainable socialism,” the article said.

Every socialist admits that yes, socialism has ALWAYS failed, but they say that’s because THEY did it wrong and “I can do it right”!

There is not and will never bee “prosperous and sustainable socialism”.

I’ll say socialism is wonderful on paper. It simply does not work in the real world.

    Reagan vs. Trump | RedState

    Reagan vs. Trump
Ronald Reagan – A Time for Choosing (October 27, 1964)

In this vote-harvesting time, they use terms like the “Great Society,” or as we were told a few days ago by the President, we must accept a “greater government activity in the affairs of the people.” But they have been a little more explicit in the past and among themselves–and all of the things that I now will quote have appeared in print. These are not Republican accusations. For example, they have voices that say “the cold war will end through acceptance of a not undemocratic socialism.”
But beyond that, “the full power of centralized government”–this was the very thing the Founding Fathers sought to minimize. They knew that governments don’t control things. A government can’t control the economy without controlling people. And they know when a government sets out to do that, it must use force and coercion to achieve its purpose. They also knew, those Founding Fathers, that outside of its legitimate functions, government does nothing as well or as economically as the private sector of the economy.

The top three functions of government:
    1. Security
    2. Health Care
    3. Education

EVERYTHING the LEFT does is to enable divisions, from hyphenated names to hyphenated races to splitting the party. Their ONE true goal IS to split up this country in every way possible…

Unfortunately they’re gaining ground with the tactics they’re using to help insure all the conservative infighting goes unabated and critical issues get ignored.
When we see Ayers in a group or rally we know someone is still pumping up the Alinsky volume and isolating (dividing), ridiculing, and using other’s emotions as a weapon against themselves, and in so doing keeping the progressive’s enemies fractious.
Another great tactician and power broker is Soros, who is coming out of the shadows at this final opportunity of his lifetime. You figure a quarter-billion to try to oust Bush, an economy busted here – another one there, and $ to pay protestors like Ferguson and BLM – and now massive expenditures to hire puppets and rabble-rousers who will put on the political hat of whatever group they are told to infiltrate so as to foment friction and create schisms. I expect he’s unloading his wallet to go all out this time around, as it seems his $ is going to all parties.
I expect there is far less division among conservatives than it seems, but a modicum of very well-versed well-planted Prog moles in every venue can make Republican in-fighting look like WWIII, and drive everyone so ballistic they can’t see or respond to the uptick in the speed of Obama’s continually whirling wrecking ball.

  • Looks like the Democratic party machine “accidentally” left Bernie’s name off the ballot!

Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders’ name is not yet on the ballot in Washington, D.C., after the D.C. Democratic Party submitted registration paperwork a day late, News4 has learned.

The Sanders’ campaign, as well as Hillary Clinton’s campaign, submitted registration fees of $2,500 on time earlier this month in advance of the June 14 Democratic primary.

  • But the D.C. Democrats did not notify the D.C. Board of Elections until a day after the registration deadline of March 16, News4’s Tom Sherwood was first to report on Twitter.

A D.C. voter filed a challenge against the Sanders’ campaign’s registration. That challenge is expected to be heard in early April.

These things happen… with a party that is fundamentally dishonest!

  • Oh, you can be as racist as you want… as long as you’re racist against the right groups!

The hottest Broadway ticket in town is shooting down accusations its casting is racist.

“Hamilton” got some blowback Wednesday after releasing a cattle call for auditions with specific age and race requirements.

The trouble started with an open casting announcement on the blockbuster’s website.

“Hamilton” is “seeking NON-WHITE men and women, ages 20s to 30s, for Broadway and upcoming Tours,” the ad said.

The no-whites-need-apply requirement struck some as racist — not to mention illegal under the city’s human rights law.
