Trump Goes Back to Softening on Immigration, Despite Support for Coastal Wall

That didn’t take long. The next day after his supposedly tough immigration speech in Phoenix (which did not feature his previous deport-them-all promises), Trump confessed this to his fan Laura Ingraham:

Oh, there’s softening. Look, we do it in a very humane way, and we’re going to see with the people that are in the country.

Obviously, I want to get the drug dealers out, we’ve got a lot of people in this country that you can’t have, and those people we’ll get out. And then we’re going to make a decision at a later date once everything is stabilized.

I think you’re going to see there’s really quite a bit of softening.

In other words, except with felons, he will just kick the can down the road, and in the unlikely event that he ever deals meaningfully with illegal immigration, the softening is back on.

A president who is sincere about enforcing immigration laws is urgently needed. But sincerity is not in Trump’s bag of tricks. In light of his spasmodic flip-flopping between hard, soft, and moderate positions on his signature immigration issue, it is evident that he has no serious intention of fulfilling the promises that won him the nomination.

But he can always count on the support of the true believers, so he may as well make the promises more extravagant. Here’s something he could promise that would help keep them revved up:

Donald Trump’s supporters have bigger dreams than just building a wall along the United States/Mexico border to keep immigrants out; a new poll reveals that roughly one-third of them would like to see a wall built along the eastern seaboard to prevent Muslims from entering the United States across the Atlantic Ocean.

Public Policy Polling’s new survey found 31% of … Trump’s supporters would like a wall built on the Atlantic Ocean to prevent Muslims from entering the US.

PPP leans left and specializes in snarky poll questions. But it was considered “the most accurate predictor of the 2012 presidential election” according to The Hill.

The Donald says that now is the time for the federal government to borrow. That is fortunate, considering that a seawall along the entire East Coast would cost even more than his border wall, which would not be cheap, even without placing his name in 10′-high gold leaf letters every 20 yards.

But I’m forgetting, Mexico will pay for the border wall. Maybe ISIS will pony up the cash for the coastal wall. With Trump, all things are possible, if you just believe really hard — and shout down anyone who doesn’t.

Maybe Trump should promise to build a third wall along the West Coast, to keep out China. He could make the Chinese pay for it by simply refusing to make good on what he owes them.

How about one all the way around the country?

On tips from Torcer.

“In other words, except with felons, he will just kick the can down the road…”

In other words, he’ll be – even if this is ALL he does, and I doubt that – orders of magnitude better than the alternative.
How many do you think Hillary will deport?

  • Troll Magnet

You flip flop more than Trump, Dave 😛

  • Stephen

Trump’s speech yesterday was better than anything from any Republican candidate in my lifetime, by a fair margin, and that’s after considering that he’s softening on some illegal immigrants.

  • Troll Magnet

Careful, you might get challenged to a gun fight around here 😛

  • Which side are you on, Mr. Blount? Are you flying with the Moonbats now? Just tell us why you support Hillary over Trump.

  • Stephen

Does anyone else recall Mitt Romney’s position on legal immigration? I do.

Mitt said he wanted to staple a greencard to any STEM diploma from anywhere on earth and welcome it’s recipient. Got a diploma from some Indian diploma mill? Come on in! Got a degree in chemical engineering and both the ability and burning desire to kill lots of infidels? Mitt welcomes you with open arms.

Trump is 10x better than Mitt Romney, who was 100x better than McCain or Bush.

Voting Is About Choosing Who Best Represents Us, Not Who We Think Will Win
When reminded the election is not a binary choice and other candidates are available, I am almost always met with, “But none of those other candidates can win! Why would you waste a vote?” It is this mindset that reveals a total of lack of understanding of why we vote in the United States.

It may sound pedantic to some, but the reality is, we do not live in a democracy. We live in a representative republic. We vote for people to represent us in public office.
    [..]
Voting is a matter of conscience, just as Ted Cruz said at the GOP convention. “Only Trump or Hillary can win so any other vote is wasted!” is an absurd thing to say. If people who support Trump were so concerned about having a candidate that could beat Hillary, they should have looked at candidates other than Trump.

A candidate has to earn votes. Donald Trump is not deserving of my vote any more than Hillary Clinton merely because Trump is the GOP nominee. I am a proud Republican but my vote is not dictated by the party or its nominee. My vote will go to the person who best represents me and if that is a candidate outside the Republican Party so be it.

For those who say, “But that is only going to help Hillary!”, I have some advice for you. Go tell that to the 14 million people who believed Trump would best represent them in a general election campaign.

Trump Agrees With Mexican President: U.S. Gun Laws Are Too Slack
    Didn’t the NRA endorse Trump?

Yes, they did, so it will be interesting to get their take on this.

At a press conference with Donald Trump on Wednesday in Mexico City, President Enrique Peña Nieto said: “Every year, thousands of weapons and millions of US dollars in cash enter illegally into Mexico from the north, strengthening the cartels and other criminal organizations that create violence in Mexico.”

The National Rifle Association (NRA), one of Trump’s key conservative backers, has long rejected such claims, arguing that guns sold by American dealers and smuggled across the border are not a major driver of crime in Mexico.

With that understanding, the NRA and proponents of the Second Amendment should be watching like a hawk to see the man that earned their endorsement, and how he responds.

They didn’t have to wait long.

On Wednesday, however, in a largely conciliatory speech in Mexico City that preceded a more aggressive address on immigration at home in Arizona, Trump did not question Peña Nieto’s comment about guns. Instead, the Republican presidential candidate echoed the Mexican president’s longtime talking points.

“No one wins in either country when human smugglers and drug traffickers prey on innocent people, when cartels commit acts of violence, when illegal weapons and cash flow from the United States into Mexico,” Trump said.

Have you eve heard of the saying “Don’t shoot the messenger?”

Perhaps you should be more concerned with Trump’s flip-flops than those who are merely reporting on them.

They will exist whether or not we talk about them.

Don’t blame us for your choice in supporting a candidate bereft of principles..

  • Torcer

Trump won’t be able to deport anyone if he keeps on making these mistakes damaging his own campaign.

  • TrojanMan

You hillary enabling traitor!!! If you do not vote Trump you are a commie! We all know you want hillary to win even though you are not going to vote for her and post anti-hillary stuff to. You are just a paid hillary bot are you not? Here let me list all the articles that Dave has posted that you recommended. You are a cuck-servative, NT, whatever the hell that means. Look at my charts showing you how Trump is a liar but not as big of a liar as Clinton. Here is another chart showing you that Romney is more conservative than Trump even though Romney got hosed in the last election.

There i think i covered all the bases so the trolls need not comment, but they will anyway…..

  • Torcer

Who wants to wager how many comments this thread will have by morning?

I’m sure this will go into the false narrative being incessantly repeated.

But of course the far more important issue is that Comrade Clinton currently has more than three times the number of campaign offices in critical states than does Trump.

The Trump campaign has a ground-game problem
As the presidential election marathon breaks into a final sprint, the Trump campaign faces a jaw-dropping gap in the ground game: Hillary Clinton currently has more than three times the number of campaign offices in critical states than does Donald Trump.

The contrast is a test for the conventional campaign model and points to the candidates’ stark differences in methods. Clinton is cleaving to the data-driven, on-the-ground machine that won two elections for Barack Obama. Trump, on the other hand, insists he does not need traditional campaign tactics to win the election, pointing to his overwhelming nomination victory achieved with a relatively small team and little spending.

Nevertheless, the ground game is poised to be critical in 2016. Undecided voters are becoming scarce, and targeted turnout may be the deciding factor on Nov. 8. That usually requires field offices with phone banks, organized volunteers and a coordinated effort to knock on doors and get people to the polls.

As of Aug. 30, Hillary Clinton has 291 offices in those 15 battlegrounds. Donald Trump has 88. (Those figures include joint presidential and party offices.) Both campaigns pledge that more offices are coming.

The Trump campaign says it is reinventing the ground game. Its critics say the campaign simply doesn’t have one.

Trump’s latest plan would target at least 5 million undocumented immigrants for deportation http://wapo.st/2bUq3Ub?

Don’t make sense, that will just enrage the trolls.

  • Tom

Gosh, thanks for the concern-trolling advice!!!

  • TrojanMan

I have always contended instead of a wall on the Mexican border we should do the following:

    1. Declare a 1/4 mile DMZ along the entire border.
    2. Land mine the shit out of it.
    3. Post warning signs in every language including Klingon.
    4. Stock the rio grande with crocodiles.
    5. Post sniper towers every 1 mile with orders to shoot to kill.
    6. Send back illegals with a giant trebuchet.

  • Tom

What a load of crap…”Trump Agrees With Mexican President…”

So you expected Trump to dispute the Mexican President’s statement while up on the stage with him? I notice the hallmarks of the shrieking leftists here – the old, “Trump did not immediately disavow the Mexican president, live, at an internationally-covered press conference! He must AGREE with him!! Why does Trump hate American gun laws?!” line of bullshit.
What a load of deceptive crap you and your ever-more-shrill-and-desperate Never Trump! are trying to push.
As Trump rises in the polls, I will expect you to be ever more spittle-flecked with impotent rage…
What in the world are you going to do when Trump wins the Presidency? Move to Mexico? That would be ironic, huh?

  • dance…dancetotheradio

Moonbattery, if you think that defeating Trump will get a Republican into the White House in 2020 keep doing what you’re doing.
I’m not prepared to wait until 2024 for that to happen.
Trump won the nomination fair and square and if you are a conservative at all you should back him because the alternative is worse.
    Much, much worse.

You mean like this “trolling” like pointing out how Hillary will:

    1. keep 11 million illegal aliens
    2. no border enforcement
    3. Import millions more immigrants and “refugees”
    3. give illegal aliens obtaining rights and citizenships
    4. increase gun control
    5. increase gun background checks
    6. ban “assault weapons”
    7. softer law enforcement
    8. expand Obamacare
    9. no school vouchers
    10. green energy debacles
    11. global warming nonsense
    12. offshore drilling banned
    13. Keystone pipeline banned
    14. more “stimulus” spending
    15. increased EPA regulations
    16. higher minimum wage
    17. progressive-liberal-socialist supreme court

  • KirklesWorth

Oh, did’t I post this chart before? Let me help illustrate the principles of the two main candidates:

  • KirklesWorth

And thanks for pointing each and every one out for Hillary’s benefit.

  • KirklesWorth

    A slight modification of a TrojanMan post…

  • TrojanMan

Slight and completely false i.e. a lie

  • KirklesWorth

So, then the graphic that this was based on that you posted was a lie too? But in essence, the graphic is true, because anti-Trumpers are willing to give those things up to defeat Trump. Please clarify any of them you consider wrong.

  • TrojanMan

So you think that these things do not freighten liberals? I will give up none of those to elect anyone.

  • KirklesWorth

Sorry, you avoided the question: “So, then the graphic that this was based on that you posted was a lie too?”

And you will be giving them up by defeating Trump for Hillary.

  • TrojanMan

My pic was not a lie yours was plain and simple.

  • KirklesWorth

Oh, I see. Mine was a “lie” and yours “was not”. Then please explain which will be more of the case:

“Smaller Government” with Hillary or Trump?
“Welfare Reform” with Hillary or Trump?
    “Freedom” with Hillary or Trump?
    “Work” with Hillary or Trump?
“Self Sufficiency” with Hillary or Trump?
    “Responsibility” with Hillary or Trump?
    “Intelligence” with Hillary or Trump?
“A Live Fetus” with Hillary or Trump?

“Responsibility” with Hillary or Trump? Neither
“Intelligence” with Hillary or Trump? Neithrr
“A Live Fetus” with Hillary or Trump? Neither

  • KirklesWorth

See…you are irrational. You’d sacrifice the deaths of innocent unborn lives for your so-called “conservative principles”, so spare me your ridiculous faux-equivalencies.

  • TrojanMan

    Truth hurts doesn’t it?

  • KirklesWorth

The truth of sacrificing innocent aborted lives for permitting a Hillary presidency should really hurt a so-called “conservative”. I guess you have selective indignation.

  • TrojanMan

The truth that Trump will do nothing to stop abortions. I’m not voting for the bitch therefore I allowed nothing. Even Cruz would not be able to stop abortions. Only an amendment offered by a convention of states will be able to stop it.

  • KirklesWorth

Huh…you don’t coincide with OnTheIssues.com “Donald Trump on Abortion”

National Pro-Life Group Supports Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton a Pro-Abortion Extremist

    http://www.lifenews.com/2016/08/30/national-pro-life-group-supports-donald-trump-calls-hillary-clinton-a-pro-abortion-extremist/

  • TrojanMan

You tell me what can Trump actually do to end abortions? Even if he actually nominated a conservative SCOTUS do you think they would actually overturn RvW? That is a fantasy

  • KirklesWorth

So it’s another all-or-nothing scenario per usual? What if Trump only saves one abortion? Is that not enough?

  • JeffersonSpinningInGrave

Truth is, even if Trump goes all in for deporting illegal aliens, the courts and bureaucrats will block him as much as they can. The leftists have the agencies and immigration courts stacked with open boarders nuts, reconquista true believers, and Muslim brotherhood sympathizers. To a large extent, personnel = policy, and it currently would take an act of god to get rid of them. Not that I am saying it shouldn’t be done, but I think people need to have realistic expectations. There is much that Trump could do, but he will also need to push very hard for reform so that he can get rid of the radical leftists and other anti-Americans in the agencies. And he’ll need Congress on board. Unfortunately, playing the odds, if the Dems don’t win back the Senate in 2016, they will almost certainly pick up a seat or two. Going to be hard going even with a slim majority.

Unless Trump just goes lawless like Obama. If he does, at least the MSM will now start talking about the Constitution again 🙂

  • KirklesWorth

All he needs is to start with is enforcing the laws that Obama is ignoring.

  • JeffersonSpinningInGrave

Yes, he can do that. But the agencies will drag their feet and throw monkey wrenches in the works at every opportunity, with the public employee unions backing them all the way. The best a Trump admin could do about it would be to transfer obstructionists to jobs where they have limited opportunities to interfere. And the courts will block as many deportation orders as they can. Again, I’m not saying Trump should sit on his hands on the issue if he gets elected. I’m just saying we need to understand that even if Trump wins and does his absolute best to fulfill his campaign promises, it will be a hell of a fight.

  • TrojanMan

You deflected. What can Trump actually do even if he nominates a conservative SCOTUS? You know very well that even with a stacked SCOTUS in our favor they will never overturn RvW. At this point we need to be working toward a constitutional amendment, but the liberals will throw everything they have to keep abortion legal.

  • JeffersonSpinningInGrave

I don’t know about the guns, since most seem to come from Mexican Federal armories. But Nieto is right about the drug money. Without US markets, the cartels wouldn’t have nearly as much power. There’s really only one way to dry up this market: Legalize. But that won’t happen. I would bet Nieto and his cronies are on the take from cartels, who basically own government (at least on the local level where the rubber meets the road). They don’t want that particular issue solved, any more than the DEA ect. do.

  • KirklesWorth

How can I deflect what I’ve stated concretely that you’ve deflected? I will believe the National Right to Life Committee PAC’s opinion way before yours – and you apparently don’t want to answer the question.

  • TrojanMan

“I will believe the National Right to Life Committee PAC’s opinion way before yours” Ok good for you.

I didnt deflect you needed to answer mine first. Do i think i know more than someone else? Not necessarily but thats why it is my opinion. These are my beliefs, my opinions, i do not expect you to believe me. Go make up your own mind and i will do the same

  • 762×51

Completely false is jerklesworths specialty, it is exclusively how Progressives operate, by deceit.

Here is a translation of what he said but without the lies.

  • KirklesWorth

Very good. We’ve hit a neutral point, so I guess we can put this one to bed.

  • 762×51

He has recently said he is in favor of continuing tax payer funding of the PP abortion mill. That is support, regardless of the lies jerkoffsaworth wants to sell you. That means that what he says and what he says are two completely different things.

  • kirklesworthJackhole

It’s an all or nothing scenario where you jackhole’s nominate a Progressive candidate for the Republican Party. YOU are the idiots who don’t understand that we aren’t interested in voting for a Progressive, not McCain, not Romney, damn sure not tRump who is left of both of them.

Yep. proggie progtards nominating Progressives for the GOPee, demands all or nothing, looks like you get nothing – AGAIN.

    Useless little Progressive fuck.

  • TrojanMan

I know I converse with him knowing how he operates and that Trump could never do wrong in his eyes. I am currently on a project where there is not much for me to do so this is my entertainment. It helps pass the time. His mind is settled and so is mine. No matter who wins the American people will lose.

  • 762×51

That’s what they told the eastern European Jews about Hitler vs. Stalin.

Appease fascism all you want, I will not comply.

  • 762×51

That might work for a portion of the border but I can take you to places where there is no Rio Grande and it would take sniper towers every 200 feet, the terrain is so rough. Until you’ve walked it, you cannot imagine how bad it is.

  • dance…dancetotheradio

Trump is not a fascist and his daughter is a Jew.

  • 762×51

The cartels control the border, not the US or Mexican governments. Those that are not on the take, either stay out of the way or are dead. The US government has had deals with the worst of them for years which allowed them to traffic in narcotics without reppercussion. http://www.businessinsider.com/the-us-government-and-the-sinaloa-cartel-2014-1

I have operated against the Sina Loa cartel, been there when dismembered bodies have been found in the desert. It doesn’t get any worse that Sina Loa unless you go to the Middle East.

  • 762×51

    So stop shrieking, leftist.

  • 762×51

tRump is a fascist and his daughter isn’t running for office.

You missed the point entirely, intentionally, no doubt,

  • dance…dancetotheradio

Citing Hitler and Stalin you implied that Trump was going to kill Jews because you think he’s a fascist.
    That was your point.
    Well, he’s not.
You’ve yet to explain how he is one.

  • Torcer

So you’re denying what was said in that report?
Given your proclivities for falsehoods, you should avoid becoming to detached from reality.

Question: What was Trump’s stance on the ‘Terror-watch list’ question and what was his surrogate’s opinion on the 2nd amendment?

Are you denying he’s taken those actions?

Keep in mind the ‘logic’ of some that those who denigrate Trump’s efforts supposedly are to ‘Hillary’s benefit’..

An Open Letter to Sean Hannity and his Ilk
For those Sean Hannity types out there, don’t you dare start putting the blame for a Trump loss anywhere else besides yourselves for being a Donald Trump slappy.

    And here is why.

We tried to warn you about Donald Trump, early on.

We warned you he was a fraud – you said you didn’t care.

We warned you he wouldn’t fund his own campaign like he promised – you didn’t believe us.

We warned you he was a vulgar immoral man with many character flaws – you said nobody is perfect.

We warned you he is a pathological liar who doesn’t even know when he lies – you said all politicians lie.

We warned you he won’t release his tax returns because he most likely is not as rich as he claims (perhaps why he isn’t funding his own campaign like he promised?) – you said no, no it is because the IRS is auditing him.

We warned you the media was propping him up in the primaries and that once he got the nomination the media would turn on him and open the floodgates with stories of all his lies, his crooked business dealings, lawsuits, his lack of knowledge, his lack of answering questions, naked pictures and on and on – you said no, that will never happen.

We warned you that he gave money to and was friends with the Clintons and that he and Bill talked on the phone right before he ran for president – you said, oh they were discussing their golf swings.

We warned you that when he slandered almost every one of his competitors that it was a character flaw that was not good in a candidate. We said it will come back to bite you – you just looked the other way.

We warned you that if Donald Trump was the nominee he would go on to lose badly to Hillary Clinton – you said the polls are all wrong.

We warned you that Donald Trump just says whatever is on the top of his head and that would be a disaster as president of the United States – you said oh it is so refreshing to hear him say unconventional things.

We warned you to let the delegates stop this train wreck at the convention, allow us to put someone in his place that actually wanted to win and at the very least allow us to vote on the power grabbing rules Trump jammed through – you replied by using thugs to threaten, intimidate and harass delegates, shutting off the mics, not allowing votes, and not following the convention rules.

There is more but I think you get the picture.

So you Sean Hannity types – DON’T YOU DARE BLAME ANYONE BUT YOURSELVES, YOU OWN HIM.”

  • KirklesWorth

That’s rich from someone who is the de-facto expert on not answering questions. First and foremost, why do you recommend (at least) three times as many Trump articles as Hillary articles?

  • Torcer

For those who haven’t been able to figure out what should be bloody obvious:
I do not control what the Dave Blount posts.

Therefore, those who assert some nefarious intentions in that regard are perpetrating falsehoods.

  • KirklesWorth

    Yeah…”falsehoods” like this:

Did he receive Billions in free media? Yes or No?

  • Torcer

Please explain ALL the polls that say otherwise?

  • Troll Magnet

YES he did. And continues to do so. What’s your point? TheCunt get’s the same, with one notable difference: her coverage is 99% positive. Trump still trumps (heh) above all others 😉

  • KirklesWorth

The premise is faulty. The implication is that he received monetary compensation for the news coverage he received – which was free to him.

  • Troll Magnet

I don’t have to. you believe the narrative that he is un-electable. i know it’s done deliberately to convince the people on the fence to stay home. can’t you see? don’t fall for it.

    LANDSLIDE!

  • Torcer

So now you are contradicting yourself:

    Troll Magnet
Media was propping him in the primaries?! Are you delusional?! EVERYONE dumped all they had on Trump and he still came out victorious!

    Read my lips: LANDSLIDE!

    As for your other contention:

Pre-Primary News Coverage of the 2016 Presidential Race: Trump’s Rise, Sanders’ Emergence, Clinton’s Struggle
    June 13, 2016
A new report from Harvard Kennedy School’s Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy analyzes news coverage of the 2016 presidential candidates in the year leading up to the primaries. This crucial period, labeled “the invisible primary” by political scientists, is when candidates try to lay the groundwork for a winning campaign—with media exposure often playing a make or break role.

The report shows that during the year 2015, major news outlets covered Donald Trump in a way that was unusual given his low initial polling numbers—a high volume of media coverage preceded Trump’s rise in the polls. Trump’s coverage was positive in tone—he received far more “good press” than “bad press.” The volume and tone of the coverage helped propel Trump to the top of Republican polls.

The Shorenstein Center study is based on an analysis of thousands of news statements by CBS, Fox, the Los Angeles Times, NBC, The New York Times, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post. The study’s data were provided by Media Tenor, a firm that specializes in the content analysis of news coverage.
    Introduction
What’s the best predictor of which candidate will win the presidential nomination? The winner of the Iowa caucus? The winner of the New Hampshire primary?

Actually neither is as good an indicator as the winner of what political scientists call “the invisible primary”—the period before a single primary or caucus vote is cast.

Of all the indicators of success in the invisible primary, media exposure is arguably the most important. Media exposure is essential if a candidate is to rise in the polls. Absent a high poll standing, or upward momentum, it’s difficult for a candidate to raise money, win endorsements, or even secure a spot in the pre-primary debates.
    [..]
Much has been written about the role that free media played in propelling Donald Trump to the Republican nomination. His level of news coverage during the invisible primary easily outpaced that of his Republican rivals. “What I know,” Ted Cruz complained, “is that the media was involved in a lovefest, giving Donald Trump two billion dollars in free media.”[5]

“All” the polls? Really? I guess you are not as all-knowing as you proclaim: http://graphics.latimes.com/usc-presidential-poll-dashboard/

  • Troll Magnet

He received a ton of “free” coverage because he brought viewer ship. He received mostly negative coverage because the media is biased. how is that a contradiction? You confuse free coverage with positive coverage.

  • Torcer

Troll Magnet I don’t have to.

Yes you do if you want to asset there being a landslide. So hop to it.

Troll Magnet you believe the narrative that he is un-electable.

Remember our choices are binary and you MUST chose one. Except you dont….

  • KirklesWorth

It posts mostly conservative stuff otherwise, so it can’t be a liberal plant. It’s just an all-or-nothing conservative idealist willing to lose the third election in a row for the worst possible consequence – and sacrifice all the liberties and rights so-called “conservatives” are supposed to conserve.

  • KirklesWorth

Nope…just like you didn’t have to choose McCain or Obama nor Romney or Obama. We are free to lose to Hillary for a third time by choosing anything other than Trump.

  • Troll Magnet

    AKA Cuckservative 😛

This whole talk of Trump being a fascist in disguise is getting old as well. This guy is a walking megaton of confidence and competence and yet the cucks around here can’t see it. I think, in all honesty, he it too much of an alpha male for the pussy deprived betas around here to handle 🙁
I noticed a pattern: the most manly of men are for Trump, and the weaklings “mah-conservative-princilez” are the ones opposing him.

    LANDSLIDE!

    http://truthfeed.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/xTrump-landslide-01-800×416.jpg.pagespeed.ic.s48XRgvmrP.jpg

  • KirklesWorth

We can only hope. Now if the so-called “conservatives” would get off their duff and vote for the good of the country instead of their my-way-or-the-highway “conservative” idealism, it would be lock, stock and barrel. But those so-called “conservatives” think that everybody else needs to “learn a lesson” instead of them – and that this will be another time the country shifts left because they are so emotionally compromised with anti-Trump hatred that they would justify their passivity (or even be pro-active) in letting it happen.

  • Troll Magnet

and ironically it’s the cucks like 308winchester that call us prog traitors while working overtime to ensure TheCunt wins :-/

  • Torcer

So how does piling more falsehoods upon falsehoods supposed to improve your credibility?

  • Torcer

You should be care in being influenced by those who tend to project their own failings.

    KirklesWorth

“All” the polls? Really? I guess you are not as all-knowing as you proclaim:

And that is not what I said.

Again: Please explain ALL the polls that say otherwise?

  • Torcer

You are correct – but for some of the Trumper set, one efforts at reporting on BOTH candidates are somehow not good enough for them.

But then again they have a certain false narrative to sell, and the fact of the matter are of no importance.

  • Troll Magnet

    Could you speak English?

  • Troll Magnet

Credibility?! Says the guy who links to leftist media 100 times a day. LOL.

  • TrojanMan

After all the ones who actually got Trump nominated nor the candidate himself could not possibly be held accountable if and when Trump loses. It will be the fault of those which Herr Trump said himself he does not need or want.

  • ramrodd

getting a bit weird….now a wall on the ocean!

  • 762×51

Sheesh, still missing the point. All you have to do is look at his words and actions. That he hasn’t been in a position of political power and therefore not had the opportunity to actually do any damage yet does not mean he isn’t one.

Try not to think so literally. Eastern European Jews are a metaphor for any class that can be identified and discriminated against. White, Christian Conservative males comes to mind in what used to be America. Stalin and Hitler are two examples of fascists who come from somewhat different perspectives but still ruled in a totalitarian fashion.

tRump has said things like the members of the military will follow his orders, legal or not because he has order it done. That is the mindset of a totalitarian I can tell you, they will not. Now, what is he going to do about it?

There are many such examples but cult followers are never open to hearing them.

  • 762×51

ROTFLMAO. Talk about having no grasp of what a Progressive is. Look in the mirror, asshole.

I would exterminate all like you who would enslave. It is all you understand.

  • dance…dancetotheradio

    You have two choices.
One that wants to leave you alone and put money back in your pocket.
And another that wants to run your life for you, abridge your freedoms and lie to you every fucking day.
    Which one will you choose?

  • Torcer

You should take your own advice given your previous comment.

  • Torcer

And that proves nothing once again.

You have to address my questions on YOU incendiary accusations instead of dodging them:

  • 762×51

It’s a false choice, both end in civil war. That you don’t want to believe that does not alter the reality.

  • Torcer

Yes, as I’ve said repeatedly.. they should have taken the time to become informed on the issues and the candidates.

If they had we could have avoided this calamity.

It would be interesting to apply the random ‘logic’ employed by KirklesWorth and see just how many ant-Hillary posts it’s recommended.

Having not recommended that many or none at all could we say that it is Pro-Hillary?

  • Torcer

One cannot help but notice that KirklesWorth has tendency to project it’s own demeanor and moral failings on others.

  • Torcer

Note that KirklesWorth loves to traffic in false narratives…. and that it tends to be reticent in revealing it’s underlying principles.

  • Torcer

Isn’t it interesting that KirklesWorth tends to distract from a general discussion when it’s cornered.

  • KirklesWorth

Is this a “false narrative”? What are your “underlying principles” for attacking Trump?

  • KirklesWorth

Commenting on me again? Very well, I still want to know why you suggest almost three times as many Trump stories as Hillary? What is your agenda? Be sure to include plenty [of] EXCERPTS and Links in your answer.

  • KirklesWorth

So, abortion isn’t a vote issue with you. Got it. What about the other issues?

  • KirklesWorth

You mean like Obama’s executive orders? I’m sure Hillary would want to fire off one or two if she became president.

  • KirklesWorth

And if Hillary is elected, the American people will lose so much more.
