FBI, DOJ Staff Enraged Over Corrupt Refusal to Indict Hillary

This is what the death of rule of law looks like:

The decision to let Hillary Clinton off the hook for mishandling classified information has roiled the FBI and Department of Justice, with one person closely involved in the year-long probe telling that career agents and attorneys on the case unanimously believed the Democratic presidential nominee should have been charged.

The source, who spoke to on the condition of anonymity, said FBI Director James Comey’s dramatic July 5 announcement that he would not recommend to the Attorney General’s office that the former secretary of state be charged left members of the investigative team dismayed and disgusted. More than 100 FBI agents and analysts worked around the clock with six attorneys from the DOJ’s National Security Division, Counter Espionage Section, to investigate the case.

“No trial level attorney agreed, no agent working the case agreed, with the decision not to prosecute — it was a top-down decision,” said the source, whose identity and role in the case has been verified by

A high-ranking FBI official told Fox News that while it might not have been a unanimous decision, “It was unanimous that we all wanted her [Clinton’s] security clearance yanked.”

“It is safe to say the vast majority felt she should be prosecuted,” the senior FBI official told Fox News. “We were floored while listening to the FBI briefing because Comey laid it all out, and then said ‘but we are doing nothing,’ which made no sense to us.”

Sure it made sense. Orders had come down from Obama not to prosecute Shrillary for her crimes for political reasons. They should have known that their investigation was a charade.

Like the IRS, the FBI and the DOJ above it have been reduced to political tools by Obama. Their purpose is no longer law enforcement, but to help the president’s friends and punish his enemies. Given the moral caliber of our presidential candidates, this is unlikely to change for the better any time soon.

Tyranny can’t happen without compliant lackeys like James Comey.

On tips from Varla, Torcer, and Bodhisattva.

False outrage. they are under constant threat from Jeh Johnson and Loretta Lynch and want to keep their jobs and pensions.

  • geeknerd

Don’t worry; when Hillary is elected President, she’ll fire everyone at the DOJ.

  • Occam’s Stubble

Cut Comey some slack. After all, who in their right mind wants to commit suicide by shooting themselves in the back of the head?

If you knew you couldn’t be punished, how much respect would you have for your fellow man?

Like the IRS, the FBI and the DOJ above it have been reduced to political tools by Obama. Their purpose is no longer law enforcement, but to help the president’s friends and punish his enemies.

If that statement is true, then the citizens must make use of the 2nd Amendment ASAP.

“When in the Course of human Events, it becomes necessary for one People to dissolve the Political Bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the separate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the Separation.”

Too bad that flies in the face of reality – that those who supported trump during the primaries were actually enabling Comrade Clinton.

DEMOCRAT PUNDIT: Hillary Clinton Is A Liar Who Is Totally Dependent Upon A Donald Trump Candidacy
Another day, another Wikileaks dump.* This time from the email of Hillary Clinton consigliere, John Podesta. It is from neo-communist pundit, Brent Budowski to Podesta and others and he makes the point that Hillary is a reflexive liar who is so weak that her candidacy is totally dependent upon the GOP nominating Donald Trump.
To be clear, Budowski is not on the Clinton campaign and has never been accused of being the sharpest knife in the drawer but, when taken in context with my colleague Brandon Morse’s post on how Trump was essentially a Clinton tool from Day One, it emphasizes the degree to which the Democrats knew that Hillary could only win against a very, very weak candidate.
*I’ll acknowledge up front that Wikileaks is a vanity project of the Russian FSB and that we have to be concerned about them inserting disinformation into the document stream. But that doesn’t mean they haven’t done a substantial amount of good in exposing Hillary Clinton’s criminal conspiracy. In the words of Julius Caesar, “I love treason but I hate a traitor.”

  • Karma’s Janitor

There are plenty of ways for whistleblowers to act within the government , not seeing any “enraged” employees doing that.

Comey used to be a person of integrity, before he signed on as Director. I would never have guessed he would do what he has done.

You lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas.

President Trump will need to build a YUGE prison to hold all of the criminals of the OBOZO dictatorship….

Of course, Comey should be placed in the women’s ward.

Yeah, 12 times with a revolver!

  • FrozenPatriot

These Faking Bogus Inquisitions cowards think this little anonymous statement is anything to be proud of? It’s only anonymous so that we won’t know the names of the cowards who will keep their seat at the government trough and their over bloated pension. I spit on them. If you’re so principled, quit your cushy, posh “job” and give it a go in the tax-slave class rather than play stormtrooper for the empire.

    Cowards, all…or traitors.

  • FrozenPatriot

LOL really?! He was giving the Klinton Foundation kickbacks while on the board of HSBC and owed the Party a favor after HSBC got a slap on the wrist after the 2008 baking corruption debacle. He’s been a crony corporatist for decades.

  • FrozenPatriot

He intended to protect her from the start. He has nothing to worry about.

  • NotKennedy

Maybe he got a better benefit package with the federal government.

  • 762×51

But not quite enough “enraged” to stand up and be counted or give up that fat federal paycheck and lavish benefits. This is too little, too late and too tepid to have any meaning.

It smacks of the vermin at the VA who sit idly by watching veterans die of malpractice while cashing in a high rolling lifestyle. These vermin are targets, nothing more.

  • 762×51

Exactly. Because no one who could stand up and put a stop to this did, the civil war we about to engage in will be the bloodiest event in modern history.

  • 762×51

The really funny part is that there are millions just like me waiting, skank*unt. You should be very careful what you wish for, little man.

  • 762×51

The same as I have now. Moral people don’t base their actions on whether or not they will get caught or can be punished. Right and wrong exist regardless of potential Earthly punishment. Killing a man who is trying to rape your daughter is no more evil than than killing an enemy on the battlefield because destroying evil is not evil.

Whether one is good or evil is a choice all must make. It is the difference between having principles and being unprincipled. You do remember all the posts over the last several months ridiculing non tRump supporters for our principles?

  • 762×51

Oh, I wouldn’t say that. Command and Control are always the highest priority targets in any war. Someone will get around to him, sooner or later.

  • FrozenPatriot

I suppose he’ll get his in the next life, but with an almost certain Hitlery victory, he’s likely to skate in this one…

  • 762×51

Maybe, time will tell and time is almost up.

  • Dan Northrup

    Great post 762.
