Last I checked, there is no large wall surrounding the US, keeping discontents in. If you really hate the US, there are many places that you may like more. France comes to mind.
I shall miss you when you are gone.

They’re not spoilt for choice either. A vary of suitable nations are all part of the great selection that they have to pick from.

For the commie type of moonbat there’s North Korea, or Venezuela for those who prefer somewhere sunnier.

For the Muslim-loving type of moonbats who wish to show just how non-racist they are, there’s Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, and Somalia (yes, I know that Muslims are not a race but moonbats seem to think that they are).

For those who really dig Black culture and love to see Blacks rule for themselves without the interference of pesky White colonialists there’s Equatorial Guinea, the Congo Republic, South Africa or Zimbabwe. A word of advice though moonbats, don’t forget your malaria tablets and don’t drink the water.

Finally, for the moonbat who really wants to appreciate local culture free from the toxic doctrines of nasty White Christians, I’d chose the Islamic State.

So go on, moonbats – what are you waiting for? You can go and live in a real moonbat country and get a taste of the Utopia that you’ve wished for for so long.

What’s more, in most of these places your dollar will go a lot further!

Under the heading of impending civil war . . .

I said it would start regardless of which side of the uni-party won. I see no reason to change that stance. LMAO, @jerkleTwerp.

    It isn’t safe.

  • Randall Flagg

I’m quite confident that 762×51 can take care of himself. I mean what are you really trying to say? Those trendy clones who hold up those signs have no real fight in them, they are only full of words. They are the frightened masses that have been listening the the liberal media for the past year. The same media that was wrong on every poll regarding the election. If Mr .308 (the person you responded to) lives near a city then chances are he will be just fine.

  • 762×51

I am and I don’t and wouldn’t. I have tried for years to warn of this and now it is upon us. When it starts, my conscience will be clear.

  • 762×51

Go beyond what you see in the articles. Yes those swine are mere herd animals following the lead of their masters but they do possess some fight, especially if there is free stuff in it for them. But beyond that, such “civil unrest” provides a vehicle for hard tyranny which the left has sought for decades. This is way more complicated than a bunch of street thugs and way more organized that a group of miscreants could hope to field. Given the widespread of the “protests” in multiple cities at once, there is a bigger organization at work in the background.

There are two different types of trigger events in the two articles I posted. One is focused on disrupting the society at the street level. Pretty standard Marxist playbook stuff.

The other is one level of government opposing another level of government. Where does that battle get fought? In the Courts? And who controls the courts? Progressives. Will tRump stand down and allow a city to defy him? I doubt it. Will his supporters standby and watch their most sought after goal be flipped off by a city? No. Will race riots ensue? Absolutely, egged on by the media and the Marxist professors and politicians. It spills out into the streets but will include a complete collapse of government along with it, anarchy will ensue. That is the most dangerous kind of trigger event as everyone is left on their own and mob rule will be the order of the day. The death toll from such an event will be catastrophic.

We wait and watch and prepare but the time for action will soon be here.

  • Mr. Freemarket

Armed citizen saves officer from being beaten to death:

After the assailant refused orders to stop, the concealed carry holder fired three times.

    One less democrat voter.

  • Mr. Freemarket

People who live in big cities rely upon the government. They rely upon the government to settle disputes. They rely upon the government to take care of them if something goes wrong. (When was the last time that a city-dweller fired up his generator when the power went out? Of course condo/apartment rules probably prohibit generators.)

So, when things go south, what resources (besides the government) do big city dwellers have to rely upon?

  • Mr. Freemarket

I live in the country. There are no “safe spaces” here…..except for those you create for yourself.

  • Mr. Freemarket

Is it just me, or do some of the women on the second row seem to be wearing some form of Muslim garb?

  • 762×51

True and depending on the city, sometimes far more than that. Unfortunately, the body count is going to worse than even I anticipated. With thousands of corpses lying around, typhoid, dysentery, cholera and in some areas even plague are going to have a field day.

It is vitally important we document these events and get out the word on who has brought this upon us, Progressives.

  • Randall Flagg

I live in Colorado Springs (around 500,000 pop) I certainly don’t feel threatened here. We have 3 military bases and the Academy. I’m a contractor and should probably go out and buy the generator and have it wired into the house just because its better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it. I feel the same way about a gun.

  • Mr. Freemarket

I have a house under construction. I bought a 4000 watt Harbor Freight generator for a bit under $300. It has been running for probably 3-4 months without losing a beat.

Nice to have one of those 10kw generators, but my little Harbor Freight can power a furnace, refrigerator, freezer and lights. Nope; it can’t handle AC. But if it is an emergency….better to have one and not need it.

  • 762×51

CS is a mostly Conservative area with relatively few crazies. The problems are starting in the major cities as always. Cities of 1M or more will see it first and it will spread from there. Those are the major banking and financial centers, transportation and telecommunications hubs, etc. For example, depending on where you live, your internet connection goes through Chicago, Dallas or Atlanta. Even larger cities like Denver must traverse the Dallas or Chicago CORE systems depending on which carrier you have. Chicago has been on fire for years now and the media has covered it up but it is set to explode and you will feel it in CS. Atlanta has the busiest airport in the nation, shut it down and nearly all commercial air traffic grinds to a halt. Here’s one most aren’t aware of, there are 9 power substations in the CONUS that if taken out will bring down the entire US power grid for a minimum of 18 months. Mexican drug cartels have a group that only specializes in taking out power substations. They use them in their smuggling operations. Mexican drug cartels have extensive business dealings with Middle East terrorist organizations and will do literally anything for a price. Middle East terrorist and Iranian sponsored terrorists have access to very large amounts of cash, thanks in large part to Comrade Obama. Not hard to connect the dots on what could happen with very little effort. That power grid weakness has been known about by the US government since at least Spring 2014. What are the odds that Muslim Brotherhood operatives in the WH have seen that information and know which 9 stations to attack? Any idea what the death toll from 18 months without electricity will be? What better time for a foreign enemy such as the hajjis to attack than when there is already major unrest in the streets? Imagine if then Soviet Russia hit us during the summer of 1967.

The advantage you have is that the 4th Infantry Div. can handle most anything that would come up in CS. Petersen AFB won’t be any help as it doesn’t even have a fighter squadron as I recall but Ft Carson also has a SF ODA group so you are covered. Don’t hold your breath waiting for the Chair Force though, LOL.

You may be aware of some or all of this information but the vast majority of Americans are not and so most will die when one or more of these things happens.

BO may have done irreparable damage to the Constitutional Republic by establishing precedent in executive power.

    Consider:

The dismal and destructive ObamaCare was passed without a single Republican vote under Harry Reid’s “reconciliation” ploy which only required a 51% congressional majority.

BO’s immigration acts were designed to accelerate the demographic change of America and to enhance Dimocratic votes, all of which circumvented the legislative process.

Appointments of a racist and a lesbian socialist to the SCOTUS and radical environmentalists to the EPA, were made by BO with the certain intent to inflict permanent damage to the culture and economy of America.

The Iran “agreement” was just that: an agreement between BO and the despots of Iran, followed by billions of dollars of payola (hardly ransom money) was BO’s most insidious and dangerous “executive action”, arguably established to seriously jeopardize the well-being of America.

BO used executive actions to expand his authority on the prosecution of whistle blowers, war without congressional authorization and drone campaigns.

Essentially BO, a small and arrogant man without an understanding of history or good and evil, obsessed with himself and his immediate sentient gratifications, put himself above the constitution in order to expand his own personal power that would enable him to chip away at the constitution and America.

Having established the mechanisms that engendered tacit approval from the left and the even more lowly media, or anyone in power who sat silent during these times, it would be most gratifying to see Trump or any subsequent president, rise above the utilization of pen and phone tactics to get what they want.

    One can only hope.

  • Dear Moonbats,

Just a quick note to let you know your incessant cries of racism are absolutely wasted. While it may have been effective decades ago, it’s now just annoying background noise. (Couldn’t find the actual photo, unfortunately.)

The former Secretary of State had a photo taken the day before the election, personally autographing copies of Newsweek’s “Madam President” issue for a fan.

    Arrogant much?

    And that’s not all:

According to a New York Times report, aides to Hillary Clinton were literally popping champagne BEFORE the polls were closed last Tuesday. Get this:

    http://twitchy.com/jacobb-38/2016/11/13/wow-hillarys-team-was-this-confident-that-they-would-win-on-tuesday/

Mrs. Clinton’s campaign was so confident in her victory that her aides popped open Champagne on the campaign plane early Tuesday. But that conviction, aides would later learn, was based largely on erroneous data showing that young, black and Latino voters and suburban women who had been turned off by Mr. Trump’s comments but viewed Mrs. Clinton unfavorably would turn out for her in higher numbers than they ultimately did.

This kind of entitled arrogance characterized her entire campaign. Will Dems reflect on own mistakes or just blame others?

It’s one thing to be very confident. It’s another to be arrogant and entitled, and it looks as if it caught up with them in a major way.

  • There are those who will fight the effort to right our ship of state:

    http://chicago.cbslocal.com/2016/11/14/emanuel-tells-undocumented-immigrants-chicago-always-will-be-a-sanctuary-city/

Even as President-elect Donald Trump vows to immediately deport 2 to 3 million undocumented immigrants when he takes office in January, Mayor Rahm Emanuel is reaffirming Chicago’s commitment as a so-called “sanctuary city.”

“To be clear about what Chicago is, it always will be a sanctuary city,” the mayor said Monday.

    http://boston.cbslocal.com/2016/11/14/boston-sanctuary-city-donald-trump-immigration-plan/

The debate over so-called sanctuary cities is heating up in Massachusetts. Several cities including Boston, Cambridge and Somerville do not fully cooperate with immigration officials. And with Donald Trump’s promise to deport undocumented immigrants, defying the soon to be president could be costly.

“What we’re going to do is get the people that are criminal and have criminal records, gang members, drug dealers, where a lot of these people, probably two million, it could be even three million, we are getting them out of our country,” said President-Elect Trump on 60 Minutes giving details of his first steps.

Trump also vows to move against sanctuary cities financially, places where authorities will not detain undocumented people for the immigration service without criminal warrants. “We will cancel all federal funding to sanctuary cities,” Trump threatens.

His hardline stance is causing some sanctuary cities to push back and reaffirm their status. “Boston is a sanctuary city,” says Boston City Councilor Tito Jackson.

  • They’re just figuring this out?

    http://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/nb/nb-staff/2016/11/15/mrcyougov-poll-most-voters-saw-rejected-news-media-bias

Most Voters Saw, Rejected News Media Bias

7 in 10 (69%) voters do not believe the news media are honest and truthful.
8 in 10 (78%) of voters believe the news coverage of the presidential campaign was biased, with nearly a 3-to-1 majority believing the media were for Clinton (59%) vs. for Trump (21%).
Even 1/3 (32%) of Clinton voters believe the media were “pro-Clinton.”
8% of Trump voters said they would have voted for Clinton if they had believed what the media were saying about Trump.
97% of voters said they did not let the media’s bias influence their vote.

The interesting thing is it seemed to me that the media helped steer Trump to victory in the Republican Primary to help give Hillary a clear path in the General Election.

    Backfired.

“The media are in full panic mode because the American people rejected their leftist agenda — and them. People didn’t believe the nonsense that the media were politically neutral. Even a third of Hillary’s supporters believe they were pro-Hillary!

“When you have a strong majority of actual voters saying the national ‘news’ media were biased in favor of Hillary Clinton and tried to influence the public to vote for her; and believing they are fundamentally dishonest, you have a major problem that can’t be fixed with an apology. The public has rejected this institution as being either objective or truthful. There is an institutional bias at major media networks that must be repaired and I am highly skeptical that news executives are interested or capable of undertaking this responsibility.

“Despite the overwhelming and persistent bias of this cycle in particular, I am heartened by the fact that, according to our poll, the American people didn’t let it sway their vote. If this isn’t a wakeup call for the left-wing media to stay out of politics, I don’t know what is.”

Of course, they won’t take this advice…

  • This is interesting:

    http://www.kgw.com/news/local/more-than-half-of-arrested-anti-trump-protesters-didnt-vote/351964445

More than half of arrested anti-Trump protesters didn’t vote…

    in Oregon!

More than half of the anti-Trump protesters arrested in Portland didn’t vote in Oregon, according to state election records.

At least sixty-nine demonstrators either didn’t turn in a ballot or weren’t registered to vote in the state.

KGW compiled a list of the 112 people arrested by the Portland Police Bureau during recent protests. Those names and ages, provided by police, were then compared to state voter logs by Multnomah County Elections officials.

Records show 34 of the protesters arrested didn’t return a ballot for the November 8 election. Thirty-five of the demonstrators taken into custody weren’t registered to vote in Oregon.

Is it a Soros “Rent-a-crowd?” Bussed in from elsewhere? How many of them are on government assistance?

  • Swedish women get hotline to report mansplaining
Mansplaining is when ‘a man explains something to a woman without being asked, particularly something which she might already know more about than him’
    http://www.independent.co.uk/news/sweden-mansplaining-hotline-woman-get-to-report-patronising-male-colleagues-a7418491.html
Women who have things mansplained to them in the workplace can now report it to a dedicated hotline.

Unionen, Sweden’s largest union, is encouraging members to call up when male colleagues give them unsolicited lectures on things they already understand.

The organisation, which represents 600,000 private sector workers, launched the advice line on Monday and said it will be open from 10am to 4pm everyday for a week as part of a campaign to highlight and stamp out the insidious and damaging practice.

Since women know everything and are always right, even when they aren’t, this hotline will always be busy when you try to call it.

    It’s a typical “non-solution”:

Unionen said the phone line, which will be staffed by a gender expert and a group of feminist politicians, comedians and scientists, is “about equality”.

When left unchecked, mansplaining can contribute to men earning more than women, and being promoted faster, the organisation said – “something most of us, regardless of sex, think is unfair and want to change”.

The hotline will advise upset and frustrated callers on what action they should take next, and aims to help them move on. But there are no set answers, instead the people staffing the line will have the freedom to say what they want, based on their own experiences.

Opinion: Why shouldn’t liberal California or London break away?
    Published: Nov 15, 2016
Prosperous enclaves find themselves increasingly out of step with rest of nation
LONDON (MarketWatch) — What should you do when you don’t like the politics of the country you find yourself part of? Fight back? Emigrate? Opt for a quiet life? Perhaps. But increasing numbers of people seem to think that the answer is something quite different. To break away.

In the wake of Donald Trump’s victory, one of the top trends on Twitter was ‘”Calexit” — for a breakaway California. Likewise, as the U.K. voted to leave the European Union, plenty of people started to argue for an independent London — let’s call that a Loxit.

Crazy? Embittered bad losers? Maybe so. And yet, there is also an element of sense in both demands. As populism comes to dominate the politics of many major economies, there may well be a growing case for super-rich, liberal enclaves to break away. They have developed very different economies from the countries they are locked into, and they certainly have the wealth to go it alone.

A Calexit or Loxit is not totally impossible — and no one should be that surprised if similar movements spring up in Paris, Milan or Berlin eventually as well.

It is no real surprise that voters in California feel bewildered to find themselves part of a country that just elected Trump as its president. The state is overwhelmingly Democratic. Hillary Clinton took 62% of the votes, compared with just 33% for her Republican opponent. Electoral majorities don’t get much more overwhelming than that. In reality, California is so far out of step with the rest of the U.S., it is practically another country.
    [..]
The solution? Some kind of breakaway. It doesn’t have to be complete. Plenty of European countries have increasing levels of autonomy for different regions. Catalonia has a huge level of autonomy within Spain. In the U.K., Scotland has a far higher level of control of its own affairs than it ever used to. That might be the answer.

It won’t happen right away. But places such London and California want high immigration, free movement of goods and capital, combined with ultra-liberal social policies. Yet the countries that they are part of want to restrict immigration, and are increasingly reactionary. In truth, the economics of breakaways make a lot of sense — so we can hardly rule out the politics moving in that direction as well.

Ben Sasse: Everyone’s duty is to hope for Trump, work for America
Americans sent an unmistakable message Tuesday: Washington is broken and needs disruption. I hear that and agree.

In recent days, Nebraskans who voted for Donald Trump, or Hillary Clinton, or none of the above, have all asked me this question: “Now what? For over a year, you were concerned about Donald Trump’s character and about whether he recognizes the Constitution’s limits on presidential power. So are you going to oppose him now, or will you get on the Trump train?”

I get why folks are asking but, humbly, this shouldn’t be an either-or question.

If you voted for our president-elect, you should not now become an uncritical follower. And if you voted against Mr. Trump, you should not now be a knee-jerk critic. (As has been reported, I voted for Mike Pence on my presidential ballot.)

Now that the people have spoken, every American has two patriotic duties regarding our president-elect and the policy agenda he will outline:

First, we root for him, and especially for his steady hand as commander in chief. We pray that God grants him wisdom and discernment in his new calling. (My family has prayed for him for weeks at our breakfast table and will do so every morning.)

Second, even as we hope for his personal effectiveness and success, we should all still argue for principles we believe in. In the American system, the vast majority of policy is to be made by the people’s legislative representatives — not by the executive branch or by unelected judges. And thus the Congress needs to hear from the people on the issues.

The marketplace of ideas should be civil, but it should also be contested. We should disagree respectfully. Reflexive tribalism and reflexive partisanship are signs of a sick republic, not a healthy one. And so we should argue about Mr. Trump’s coming proposals.

Yes, there are absolutely some things that worry me — from his comments surrounding our First Amendment freedoms to his trade agenda, which would make it harder for Nebraska’s farming families — but while we won’t agree on everything, I am also encouraged by the policies that he appears now to be prioritizing with a Republican Congress.

These include many items conservatives have long championed:
» Nominating judges who reject lawmaking from the bench.
» Ending cronyism with an ethics package that starts with term limits.
» Repealing Obamacare and replacing it with a system that empowers families and patients over bureaucrats.
» Securing our borders as a prerequisite to any rational national security policy.
» Passing big tax reform, aimed not chiefly at the marginal rates of the wealthiest but at lowering the cost of trying and succeeding in America.
» Repealing large portions of the Dodd-Frank Act that make it especially difficult for small banks to lend in Nebraska.
I am delighted there is a moment of opportunity to advance a conservative agenda. And President-Elect Trump has an opportunity to make that conservative agenda his own.
Some Nebraskans will be less zealous about parts of this agenda. That’s OK. No voter — whether thrilled or worried about our new president — should uncritically join his “train” or uncritically hope for his failure. All or nothing isn’t how Americans think about government.

We are not North Koreans, swearing a loyalty oath to the “Dear Leader.” Nor are we the French Resistance, plotting against the new regime from day one. Rather, we should hope for his personal flourishing and his wisdom, and we should simultaneously vigorously debate his ideas.
    [..]
Let’s get to work. Let’s look for common ground. Let’s reaffirm a Constitution that checks and balances the three branches of government.
And let’s all hope for our president’s success.

So let me get this straight – “Anti-Trump rally/protest” = “civil war”? And that somehow vindicates you for saying I am personally responsible for the deaths of millions of people about to die in a civil war? (Comment has subsequently been deleted):

762×51: I don’t “want” it dumbass, the Progressives want it and you have made it inevitable. The millions who are about to die are on you because you are too weak or too stupid or too Progressive to have have done the right thing. You have advanced the cause of evil and will soon pay the price for it, you are far too despicable a person for others not to have noticed, one of them will get you.

Due process, LMFAO? It’s a f__king war idiot. Due process is a bullet, that is how war works. You kill the enemy, you don’t arrest them and read them their rights and ensure they have yard time, what a simpering douche you are. You wanted a a war which is why you have started one, now you will have to try and survive, you can’t, you don’t have what it takes. For the record, I’m anti-Progressive, I don’t give a s__t about tRump other than what he, and by extension, you, has done to advance the Progressive agenda. Before this election he was just another NY turd in the punch bowl.

Once again, there is no chance I will spare you, bitch. Should we meet on the battlefield, you will die.

The RSS satellite dataset shows no global warming at all for 224 months from May 1997 to December 2015 – more than half the 444-month satellite record.

There has been no warming even though one-third of all anthropogenic forcings since 1750 have occurred since 1997.

  • Obama, the President who promised the “most transparent administration ever” but actually delivered the least, is upset about the fact people are better informed. It’s hard to dig out, buried way down, but here’s the quote:

“Globalization, combined with technology, combined with social media and constant information, have disrupted people’s lives, sometimes in very concrete ways,” he said.

Yeah, now we know a bit more about who we’ve voting for and it disrupts the lives, or at least the plans, of moonbats who want to rule us.

“In the United States we know what happens when we start dividing ourselves along the lines of race or religion or ethnicity. It is dangerous.”

It is – Obama has done this for 4 years. He apparently joins the other moonbats who feel it’s OK to do this as long as you do it against white males and Christians, for instance.

“So my vision is right on that issue, and it may not always win the day in the short term in any particularly political circumstance, but I am confident it will win the day in the long term,” Obama added.

So he’s saying it’s OK to attack whites, males and Christians, because that was “his idea” that he believes was right, apparently.

“Take Europe,” he continued. “We know what happens when Europeans start dividing themselves up and emphasizing their differences and seeing a competition between various countries in a zero-sum way. The 20th century was a bloodbath.”

The 20th Century saw a rise of the same sort of nonsense Obama and the Democrats were trying to force on us. All powerful government forcing the people to do what government felt was best.

And thanks to Obama, the 21st was moving that way. How many countries now lie in ruins thanks to him? And World War III was looking more and more likely with each passing day. Though rumor has it now that he’s leaving office and now that Clinton isn’t coming in, we’re backing away from that.

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2016/11/15/in-athens-obama-warns-against-a-crude-sort-of-nationalism-or-tribalism-taking-root-in-the-u-s/

  • I can see a two prong strategy:

    1) Doing what we can to let Trump know what we expect. Provide input.

    2) Waiting to see what he actually continues to promise to do and, more important, WHAT HE ACTUALLY DOES ONCE IN OFFICE.

It may yet turn out the #NeverTrump movement was correct in some ways. Time will tell. I don’t discount that they might have been right and I might have been wrong, at least in some ways.

  • Obama in a state of denial about Trump, as Democrats work through the stages of grief

    Grief? More like childish rage.

Barack Obama has deluded himself with the misguided hope that Donald Trump will not even try to follow through on many of his biggest campaign promises. He is consoling himself with the hope that, if he does, the new president will be measured, self-restrained and respectful of custom. That he will “study … deeply” and “look at the facts.” That logic and reason, not emotion or ideology, will drive him above all else.

The lame-duck president has convinced himself that Republicans probably won’t go through with repealing Obamacare when they realize just how hard it will be. Ditto with the Iran nuclear deal and the Paris climate accord. “Reality has a way of asserting itself,” Obama reasoned. “I also think that he is coming to this office with fewer set hard-and-fast policy prescriptions than a lot of other presidents might be arriving with. I don’t think he is ideological. I think ultimately he’s pragmatic in that way.”

    — Is Obama really that naïve? Probably not. He is just wallowing in a state of denial and has resorted to wishful thinking as a coping mechanism. It is a natural psychological condition that afflicts most human beings grieving a major loss, at least for a time. Presidents are not immune.

Soros bands with donors to resist Trump, ‘take back power’

George Soros and other rich liberals who spent tens of millions of dollars trying to elect Hillary Clinton are gathering in Washington for a three-day, closed door meeting to retool the big-money left to fight back against Donald Trump.

The conference, which kicked off Sunday night at Washington’s pricey Mandarin Oriental hotel, is sponsored by the influential Democracy Alliance donor club, and will include appearances by leaders of most leading unions and liberal groups, as well as darlings of the left such as House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi, Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Congressional Progressive Caucus co-chairman Keith Ellison, according to an agenda and other documents obtained by POLITICO.

The meeting is the first major gathering of the institutional left since Trump’s shocking victory over Hillary Clinton in last week’s presidential election, and, if the agenda is any indication, liberals plan full-on trench warfare against Trump from Day One. Some sessions deal with gearing up for 2017 and 2018 elections, while others focus on thwarting President-elect Trump’s 100-day plan, which the agenda calls “a terrifying assault on President Obama’s achievements — and our progressive vision for an equitable and just nation.”

The group requires its members — a group that now numbers more than 100 and includes finance titans like Soros, Tom Steyer and Donald Sussman, as well as major labor unions and liberal foundations — to contribute a total of at least $200,000 a year to recommended groups. Members also pay annual dues of $30,000 to fund the DA staff and its meetings, which include catered meals and entertainment (on Sunday, interested donors were treated to a VIP tour of the recently opened National Museum of African American History and Culture).

Since its inception in 2005, the DA has steered upward of $500 million to a range of groups, including pillars of the political left such as the watchdog group Media Matters, the policy advocacy outfit Center for American Progress and the data firm Catalist — all of which are run by Clinton allies who are expected to send representatives to the DA meeting.

And these are the same ones who hate the Citizens United decision, go figure.

  • Also in the link below in my last post – apparently the Democrats are preparing to hatch a plot to claim the election was hacked. When are they going to spring this nonsense on us?

A session that before the election had been titled “Can Our Elections Be Hacked,” after the election was renamed “Was the 2016 Election Hacked” — a theory that has percolated without evidence on the left to explain the surprising result.

  • Coming soon from Obama: Mass pardon for illegal aliens?

    http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/nov/15/illegals-demand-obama-issue-mass-pardons-last-ditc/

OK pardon them for coming here illegally but when they show up to get their copy of the pardon, deport them. You are forgiven for coming here – now go home!

As of September, more than 740,000 illegal immigrants had been approved for Mr. Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, a mini-amnesty that grants young adult illegal immigrants a two-year stay of deportation and issues them work permits, entitling them to driver’s licenses and some taxpayer benefits.
President-elect Donald Trump has signaled he would cancel that order, putting Mr. Obama in a bind. The president said this week that Mr. Trump should go slowly on rolling back those actions.

And Obama has no say, as he’s leaving office. And he can pardon them all he wants, but that won’t stop Trump from doing HIS JOB and enforcing OUR LAWS by sending them home. Obama can forgive them for coming here illegally but he cannot issue an ongoing pardon for their continued lawbreaking. He can pardon them for up to the day he leaves office – after that they’re breaking the law and his pardon no longer applies.

Clinton camp blames white female ‘internalized misogyny’ for loss
    NOVEMBER 15, 2016

    http://www.theamericanmirror.com/now-clinton-campaign-blames-women-loss-internalized-misogyny/

And their analysis shows their insanity:

McIntosh then echoed what she claimed was Obama’s assessment.

“We as a society react poorly to women seeking positions of power. We are uncomfortable about that and we seek to justify that uncomfortable feeling because it can’t possibly be because we don’t want to see a woman in that position of power,” McIntosh said.

“As we go through these numbers, as we figure out exactly what happened with turnout, it seems to be white college-educated women,” she continued.

WE as a SOCIETY have no problem with women in positions of power. It’s Democrats, apparently, who might harbor that. And not only that. It’s the better educated white women who typically voted Democrat who didn’t this time, apparently. So they’re the ones who were not “with her”.

I am not sure a woman would make a good president. I will vote for one if/when one who might is running. I considered voting for Fiorina. if she had been the nominee I would have probably done so.

So now the attacks start on “white college-educated women”? Is that the Democrats’ next move?

I would agree with that – part of the reason for criticism is to provide feedback to what we expect.

Legit Hate Crimes More Prevalent in Blue States

African-Americans and whites continue to be the largest targets of hate crimes which are most common in traditional blue states, newly released Federal Bureau of Investigation data reveal.
The states with the most hate crime offenses in 2015 were California–with over 1,000 hate crimes–while New York, New Jersey, Washington State, and Massachusetts followed closely behind.

In 2015, there were 6,418 offenses reported nationwide, a relatively small number when compared to the country’s estimated population of 320 million, while millions of illegal immigrants continue to be imperfectly accounted for.

Blacks saw at total of 2,125 offenses against them which were racially, anti-black motivated. Whites fell victim in the second largest hate crime demographic slot, with a total of 734 offenses. Hispanics, however, suffered 379 offenses.

Americans of Middle-Eastern descent saw far fewer hate crimes in 2015 than other races/eternities with 47 offenses reported by law enforcement.

With respect to hate crimes that are motivated against a victim’s religious belief, Jewish Americans saw more than double the hate crimes against them than Muslim Americans. In 2015, Jews saw 695 total offenses, while Muslims experienced less than half that amount with 301 reported offenses.

  • Well, one of the problems when dealing with moonbats, when you say “no global warming”, they look at that graph and there is some warming, very slight warming, shown, then the big spike at the end. They have very limited ability to understand what that graph shows. The spike at the end is an El Niño, weather, not climate. As you can see it has been followed by a significant cooling. But still they are unable to understand.

First, I recommend saying “no statistically significant global warming” as there was a slight warming trend, normal and natural and NOT related to CO2. Second, be sure and be ready to point out both the spike at the end is due to WEATHER, not CLIMATE and note that there is an equally steep, if not steeper, dip that immediately followed it.

The graph clearly shows both warming and cooling, natural variability. They are not able to comprehend this.

  • That’s what I’m doing too – wait and see, determine later if I made a mistake by voting for him – and I did vote for him, not that it mattered. He got 0 electoral votes here in CA.

I was just having a discussion (in person) today about changing the process at the national level so that electors are one per Congressional House district and who gets each electoral vote is decided by how the vote goes per district. That would make a difference in California. Many districts here went Trump. Might not matter so much in east coast states. They’re too far gone. Of course that would mean what, 435 electoral votes total. A bit of a reduction from what we have now. Maybe add a vote for DC or whoever else has a non-voting representative in the House or is otherwise not represented, supposedly.

I have no problem with those who criticize – I just ask that they keep it reasonable.

  • Moonbats still scheming and dreaming how to keep Trump out and get Clinton in:

    http://nypost.com/2016/11/09/the-one-scenario-that-could-still-get-hillary-into-the-white-house/

There is technically nothing stopping any of the electors from voting their conscience and refusing to support the candidate to whom they were bound, or from abstaining from voting altogether.

There’s even a name for it: becoming a “faithless elector.”

The idea of electors reversing their vote is rarely discussed — and was most recently bandied about after the incredibly close 2000 election in which George Bush narrowly beat Al Gore. And electors going “faithless” is exceedingly rare.

Well over 99 percent of electors throughout American history have voted as pledged, according to an analysis done by the New York Times.

    It does happen, though.

The last faithless elector reared his roguish head back in 2004, when a lone anonymous voter in Minnesota declined to vote for Democrat John Kerry and instead voted for Kerry’s running mate, John Edwards.

The rogue’s vote was purely ceremonial, as Bush already had 286 electoral votes, more than enough to ensure his reelection.

Faithless electors are technically barred in only 29 states from ignoring the will of the voters, though the penalties are light. And a faithless elector has never swung an election.

Some of the wailing and gnashing of teeth borne of the national socialist left is something to behold.

In many ways they are (rhetorically speaking) shooting themselves in the foot with the hysterics they are displaying at present for a couple reasons:

    1. They are going to be marginalizing themselves crying wolf as it were. It’s akin to trying to teach a puppy the precepts of obedience – if one keeps on saying the same thing over and over it just becomes white noise* and is soon ignored.

    2. They’ve dialed the hype level up to 10 already – what are they going to do and say when he actually does something of critical note?

They are screaming ‘Racist’ and comparing the election to 9/11 at the moment – where do they go from there?

*White noise is a term from the discipline of physics meaning a ‘Noise containing many frequencies with equal intensities.’

  • Randall Flagg

I’m not sure if you are aware of this but Colorado Springs also has a open carry law. If you go any where else in Colorado you will be stopped and possibly even detained for open carry. Not here so unless a establishment has it clearly posted on their doors, you can go anywhere with a sidearm. Feel free to move here.

  • They’ve dialed the hype level up to 10 already – what are they going to do and say when he actually does something of critical note?

Good point. They’ve already engaged “Boy who cried wolf.” Oh, wait, that’s sexist.

We will notice, IF it happens. I’m hoping he will not do anything but things that upset the liberal moonbats, but with his liberal background there will likely be a few things that will make some of us who voted him in wish we didn’t to some degree.

You know they will howl every time he cancels anything Obama did.
