By serving as US Ambassador to the Bahamas, Hollyweird fundraiser Nicole Avant represents the face we present to the world now that we have proven how historic we are by putting an adolescent in the White House:
Candidate Barack Obama promised to end the time-honored American practice of appointing ambassadors who have no experience in foreign policy, but President Obama has completely ignored that promise, appointing fundraisers to dozens of ambassadorships all over the world.
[Last week] the State Department revealed that another fundraiser turned ambassador ran her embassy into the ground … only to return to fundraising and leave the State Department to pick up the pieces.
According to a new State Department inspector general’s report on the U.S. Embassy in the Bahamas, Ambassador Nicole Avant presided over “an extended period of dysfunctional leadership and mismanagement, which has caused problems throughout the embassy” since she was appointed by the president in 2009. Prior to being America’s envoy in the Caribbean, Avant was Southern California finance co-chairwoman of Obama’s presidential campaign and vice president of Interior Music Publishing. …
Avant was absent from the embassy 276 days between September 2009 and November 2011, including 102 “personal” days and 77 “work travel” days to the United States, of which only 23 were on official orders.
Maybe she was playing golf with Obama.
Even after her disgraceful appointment caused enough of a mess to force her resignation, Ms. Avant continues to live the liberal elite high life:
A Feb. 15 pool report spotted her dining with Obama at a $35,800 per plate dinner that included George Clooney, Jim Belushi, and Los Angeles Mayor Antonio R. Villaraigosa.
Meanwhile, the USA crumbles both at home and abroad.
Remember when we were told that W brought America into ill repute in the eyes of the rest of the world? Good thing B. Hussein fixed that.

Nicole and Michelle O seem to enjoy flashing the flesh. They have that in common. Here’s where they depart. Michelle grew up on the South Side, Nicole in Beverly Hills. I doubt you’ll ever hear her say the word ain’t but then BHO probably never did either until he became an authentic black man at around the age of 25.
I Googled “Nicole Avant” to learn more about this administration crony, and I was pleasantly surprised to find this topic in second position. Excellent work exposing an Obamunist apparatchik.

My first reaction is that this is the ambassador to the Bahamas, so big whoop.
But it is important. The Bahamas are one of the areas through which illegal narcotics are shipped to the US. And drug money goes back there. I hope the real employees at the embassy or consulate are doing their jobs.
In this administration, the only qualification one needs to be fed (and fed well) by the taxpayers is being black. Even half black will do. But don’t blame Obummer. The true villains here are the weak, gullible, and mindless voters.
Hey since being in the military for twenty years isn’t doing me any good, how about I take over the Embassy in the Bahamas. I would never be absent! To leave an island paradise to come back to the states? Nevah! Work done by noon BEACH FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!!!!
