  • With a last name like Olivarez, it’s a wonder she didn’t just play the race card and get set free – I attended traffic court with some friends a couple times and the illegal aliens and generally people of Hispanic descent had most or all charges dropped and generally any that were left were reduced to less than a slap on the wrist:

    OK get this. You already know she was driving drunk – exceptionally intoxicated, in fact. Olivarez submitted to a preliminary Breathalyzer test, which indicated her blood alcohol level was at 0.21. In Michigan, a person is legally intoxicated when his or her blood alcohol level hits 0.08; a person is considered super drunk at 0.17. She was also driving while license suspended, denied, or revoked, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance and driving with improper plates – police determined the license plate on her 2006 Chevrolet Impala should have been on a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox, court records state. And her tail lights were out.

    So… what do you think happened?

    She wasn’t even charged with being “super drunk”. She pleaded guilty to one count of second-offense child endangerment-operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with an occupant younger than 16. Normally a one-year misdemeanor, the second-offense enhancement increases the maximum potential penalty to five years’ imprisonment – only she wasn’t charged with the legitimate second offense. Prosecutors recommended she not receive any incarceration despite clear evidence this is not her first rodeo and she’s nearly certain to make the same mistake again. In fact most of the charges against her were dropped completely.

    This is the same thing that happened to an illegal alien who almost killed me and four other people in Texas some years back. He was put in jail until he sobered up – but as soon as the county where it happened realized he was pleading poverty they turned him loose. He had been intentionally driving at other vehicles THE WRONG WAY on I-20 and he tried it with me. I’m only alive today, as are the other four people, due to what the trucker that was behind me and saw the whole thing called “your exceptional driving skills” as I saw the guy coming and managed to reduce the impact to one that did not even disable my vehicle, though the drunk illegal alien’s vehicle didn’t fare so well. I was able to drive my car the rest of the way home (about 100 miles) – his vehicle to the wrecking yard, totaled.

    I wonder when and where she agreed to meet the prosecutor and judge for drinks and…

    You see, “plastic” bags stores USED to give away for free (actually they were apparently made out of potato and that is why they would biodegrade after being left out in the sun for a while) are now illegal. The homeless generally would use them to bag their feces and dispose of it instead of leaving it around where they lived on the street and such.

    But the voters voted in a ban on single use “plastic” bags.

    Now the homeless just cop a squat everywhere and don’t clean up after themselves. The city streets, where the homeless gather – and their encampments exploded during the Obama years – are literally filing up with $hit before our eyes.

    And it’s not just in San Diego – other cities here in MOONBAT CENTRAL are reporting similar issues now.

    There is another unintended consequence of the plastic bag ban. By law the stores still have to offer bags – sturdier ones that are intended to be multi-use. These are made from fossil fuels, not potato. And people are throwing them away after one use, so the issue of less stuff winding up in the landfill and less dependence on fossil fuels – both issues went the other way thanks to the moonbats in our California State Government who came up with this idea and the lunatic liberal moonbat voters who voted for this crazy nonsense.

    Rapper who titled his latest album “BULLETPROOF” shot multiple times at Lowes Hotel in Hollywood.

    Police are searching for three men suspected of being involved in the shooting. Those three were described as rival rap artists.

    His real name is Adolph Thornton Jr. – and he was in critical condition when rushed to a hospital, but is expected to survive, police said.

    Apparently he was not, in fact, “bulletproof”.

  • I’ve long suspected racism from NFL owners, since I’m a middle-aged white guy who has a 25 percent BMI, can still run a sub-two minute 40, and yet here I remain, unsigned.

    It’s hard work these days, being a virtue-signaler when everyone is also being “brave” by simultaneously signaling their virtue. Back during simpler times, like say, Tommie Smith’s and John Carlos’s Black Power salute on the medal stand at the 1968 Olympics, it was literally just two guys on a pedestal. Nowadays, it’s like being an extra in a crowd shot in Spartacus. You might even have to trip over creeps like Dan Snyder and Jerry Jones if you want to broadcast to the world that you’re a Person of Conscience™.

    I will admit something unpleasant about myself: When all this business started, the only knee I wanted to take was to Colin Kaepernick’s solar plexus. He reflexively got on my nerves, spitting on a symbol so many of us hold dear, with his new-fangled faux-radical Angela Davis hair and his cops-as-pigs socks (and I don’t even particularly care for cops, who in my neck of the woods spend a lot more time bleeding revenue out of law-abiding citizens with speeding tickets than they do fighting real crime). If Kaepernick truly cared about abuses of authority and Oppressed Peoples of the Land on his Blame America First tour, he’d be a lot easier to take seriously if he didn’t show up in Fidel Castro t-shirts, as the late dictator held an entire island of slaves for the better part of a half-century.

    As a first amendment absolutist who just returned from Berkeley where innocent profile subjects of mine were beaten with sticks right in front of me by creepy fascists in ISIS pajamas who didn’t like what they had to say, I would defend to the death both Colin Kaepernick’s and Donald Trump’s respective rights to be assholes. But just because we have the constitutionally-enshrined right to be assholes doesn’t mean we should be.

  • Airbnb guest charged with sexual assault after climbing naked into bed of host’s 7-year-old daughter

    An Airbnb guest was arrested after a Minnesota host found the man naked in bed with his young daughter.

    The homeowner, who was not identified, called police Sunday night to report that Derrick Aaron Kinchen had allegedly tried to sexually assault his 7-year-old daughter.

    According to KARE, a criminal complaint states that Kinchen was renting a room in the family’s Minnetonka home for a wedding.

    The homeowner said Kinchen, 28, returned to the residence late Sunday night and at some point entered the parents’ bedroom, where the little girl was sleeping, and climbed into the bed.

    The host said when he noticed the lights were on in the master bedroom he went to investigate and found Kinchen naked next to the girl. The host allegedly told authorities that his daughter’s nightgown had been pulled up.

    The homeowner said he started yelling and Kinchen grabbed his suit jacket, wallet and ran from the house.

    Kinchen was found hiding in a neighbor’s fishing boat. He was hospitalized after being bitten by a police K-9.
