. The United Nations will be recognized as the preeminent authority to dictate America’s foreign and domestic policy. (Obama is a professed “One-Worlder” who sees the U.N. as the one organization capable of insuring peace and tranquility throughout the planet.)

Here in San Diego a real crime is under investigation. Unlike the Zimmerman/Martin case where all but manufactured, “new” evidence solidly backs up the FACT that it was Martin who initiated a life or death struggle and wound up dead as a result, the crime out here, which lao gleefully mentioned shortly after it occurred, is not yet so cut and dried.
I’m talking, of course, about a murdered woman originally from Iraq, a mother of five, who was viciously beaten. The odd thing is there is no realistic motive. Oh, a note was left, supposedly the second of a similar type, which said something to the effect of “Terrorist get out” or some such. Don’t remember the exact wording. I had noted, early on, that if I were the husband, or one of his rivals, and I wanted to threaten, intimidate or influence the husband, I might attack a family member and, to throw off the authorities, I would leave such a note. Indeed also in the news, which I’m sure lao didn’t bother to read, is that there is a criminal element of Iraqi origin active in just the same neighborhood where this occurred.
Now lao and his ilk are desperate for a white, right wing criminal to wind up being responsible for this. Unfortunately for them, all of the witnesses that morning report a dark-skinned guy seen running from the scene at the time the woman was murdered. Yes, once again, as in the Zimmerman/Martin case, the apparent criminal (in the Zimmerman/Martin case it’s the DESIRED criminal – in fact the one they’re painting as a criminal was the victim) is not white – but rather he is most likely A PERSON OF COLOR. As with Martin, a young hoodlum gangsta wannabe, the person most responsible for a tragic, senseless death, is A PERSON OF COLOR, apparently.
The latest twist in the Zimmerman/Martin case – well even in Hollywood they don’t write twists this ridiculous, not even if M. Night Shyamalan is involved.

In CA (and possibly other places) due to the fact that, sometimes, an alleged criminal will intimidate an alleged victim and they will change their story, once the alleged victim makes the allegation, even if they recant later, the prosecution has the option to keep the case open. That is exactly what they are doing in this case, but for the wrong reasons. For it is CLEARLY not a case of intimidation – and in fact the police and prosecutors never should have taken this case this far. For the alleged victim showed signs, during her first interviews, of not being honest or credible. Then as the interviews progressed the police and prosecutors learned that the alleged victim has pulled this very same scam before – had consensual sexual contact with someone, then cried rape. Furthermore, she has also bragged to several people that he did not rape her but she’s only claiming otherwise because she wants attention, notoriety and money.
So, in this case, the special circumstances that allow police and prosecutors to continue a case when the alleged victim recants SURELY do not apply.
Apparently they’re claiming she’s a person of diminished capacity. Be that as it may, she still has the right to choose to have consensual sexual contact with a person and, in this case, she did. For the way it went was this: The alleged criminal (the FORMER Tea Party guy) propositioned her, she agreed. He then went to a store on the way to pick up some things that would facilitate their agreed sexual liason (they aren’t saying what – some condoms, some lube, maybe a sex toy of some kind like a vibrator). They’re claiming he kidnapped her but she was there alone in the car when he went to the store and she didn’t run, didn’t try to leave, because her being there was CONSENSUAL, she WAS IN AGREEMENT WITH THE PLAN.
Only after she and the guy had CONSENSUAL sexual contact (and they’re not saying exactly what they did but apparently it may not have included standard intercourse) did this suddenly turn into rape and kidnapping allegations, which, as the evidence CLEARLY shows, are not accurate or applicable.

I’m talking, of course, about a murdered woman originally from Iraq, a mother of five, who was viciously beaten. The odd thing is there is no realistic motive. Oh, a note was left, supposedly the second of a similar type, which said something to the effect of “Terrorist get out” or some such. Don’t remember the exact wording. I had noted, early on, that if I were the husband, or one of his rivals, and I wanted to threaten, intimidate or influence the husband, I might attack a family member and, to throw off the authorities, I would leave such a note. Indeed also in the news, which I’m sure lao didn’t bother to read, is that there is a criminal element of Iraqi origin active in just the same neighborhood where this occurred.
Now lao and his ilk are desperate for a white, right wing criminal to wind up being responsible for this. Unfortunately for them, all of the witnesses that morning report a dark-skinned guy seen running from the scene at the time the woman was murdered. Yes, once again, as in the Zimmerman/Martin case, the apparent criminal (in the Zimmerman/Martin case it’s the DESIRED criminal – in fact the one they’re painting as a criminal was the victim) is not white – but rather he is most likely A PERSON OF COLOR. As with Martin, a young hoodlum gangsta wannabe, the person most responsible for a tragic, senseless death, is A PERSON OF COLOR, apparently.
The latest twist in the Zimmerman/Martin case – well even in Hollywood they don’t write twists this ridiculous, not even if M. Night Shyamalan is involved.
I’m sure you’ve heard that, after the police who responded, the credible eyewitness and the victim (Zimmerman) all have provided consistent and credible accounts of what happened, after we’ve got no question that paramedics were called and treated Zimmerman’s injuries, the left and their media goons are now trying to rewrite the truth and claim Zimmerman was not injured.

I’ve already told lao that – he’s still bitterly clinging to an improper application of law that goes like this:
In CA (and possibly other places) due to the fact that, sometimes, an alleged criminal will intimidate an alleged victim and they will change their story, once the alleged victim makes the allegation, even if they recant later, the prosecution has the option to keep the case open. That is exactly what they are doing in this case, but for the wrong reasons. For it is CLEARLY not a case of intimidation – and in fact the police and prosecutors never should have taken this case this far. For the alleged victim showed signs, during her first interviews, of not being honest or credible. Then as the interviews progressed the police and prosecutors learned that the alleged victim has pulled this very same scam before – had consensual sexual contact with someone, then cried rape. Furthermore, she has also bragged to several people that he did not rape her but she’s only claiming otherwise because she wants attention, notoriety and money.
So, in this case, the special circumstances that allow police and prosecutors to continue a case when the alleged victim recants SURELY do not apply.
Apparently they’re claiming she’s a person of diminished capacity. Be that as it may, she still has the right to choose to have consensual sexual contact with a person and, in this case, she did. For the way it went was this: The alleged criminal (the FORMER Tea Party guy) propositioned her, she agreed. He then went to a store on the way to pick up some things that would facilitate their agreed sexual liason (they aren’t saying what – some condoms, some lube, maybe a sex toy of some kind like a vibrator). They’re claiming he kidnapped her but she was there alone in the car when he went to the store and she didn’t run, didn’t try to leave, because her being there was CONSENSUAL, she WAS IN AGREEMENT WITH THE PLAN.
Only after she and the guy had CONSENSUAL sexual contact (and they’re not saying exactly what they did but apparently it may not have included standard intercourse) did this suddenly turn into rape and kidnapping allegations, which, as the evidence CLEARLY shows, are not accurate or applicable.

Only they didn’t bother to look closely at the tape, which, as grainy as it is, SHOWS A LARGE GASH ON THE BACK OF ZIMMERMAN’S HEAD! ABC did note that at the 49-second mark in the video, one of the police officers accompanying Zimmerman stops to look at the back of Zimmerman’s head for several seconds.
Meanwhile another lying lunatic lefty loser moonbat, in what is clearly a desperate bid for attention in a hopeless attempt to reinvigorate her failing career, Roesanne Barr tweets the alleged address of Zimmerman’s parents. If there is ANY JUSTICE IN THIS WORLD Roseanne Barr will have criminal endangerment and inciting a riot charges, among others, filed against her & will also lose big in a civil suit for what she’s done.
Spike Lee already apologized and paid off the people he recklessly endangered.
I’ll leave whether that’s enough to the competent authorities and the people involved. If it’s good enough for them, unlike lying lunatic liberal moonbats, it’s good enough for me.
