But That’s Okay, They Voted for Him Anyway

Echoes of Kanye West after W failed to shovel enough money at Katrina:

Sandy made for a nice photo op with Benedict Christie, before Obama jetted back to his campaign. Why should he do anything but posture? He knew the media would cover for him and the Northeast would vote for him regardless.

On a tip from Sean C.

Never trust anyone from Jersey. They are all corrupt mobster types.

  2. modd kenwood says:

If Obama ever has another kid,boy or girl, he should name it Sandy.

Chris Christie must NEVER be a major-party Candidate. What he did will not be forgotten. Naturally, the media will play him [to be their designated fall guy, of course] up starting in a few months and building into 2016.

I for one, PLEDGE to NEVER vote for him, for any reason. Even if Fidel Castro were to run against him.

  4. Winston Smith says:

Rather see a Democrat beat Christie the next time he runs rather than have that Obummer butt kisser reelected.

  5. Brendan says:

Christie was just posturing to be one of the leaders of the new “moderate” wing of the GOP.

What’s going to happen here is that there is going to be some reckoning inside the GOP. Some will want to move to the center by caving on lots of issues (which Christie already had done anyway), and others will want to double down on a more rightist stance. It’s possible that either group will wrest control of the party from the other, or it’s possible that the party could split into two groups, or it’s possible that it will continue to muddle along as it has, but knowing that while it can still win state and local elections that way (including house seats and senate seats), it can’t win national elections that way (i.e., WH). Either one of those three possibilities may happen.

Christie is merely distancing himself from the party establishment in an effort to shore his own fat ass up as a moderate Republican for his very democratic state voters, either for re-election there, or for a Senate run, or for a bigger role in the moderate wing of the GOP or in its moderate successor branch. It was shameless and obvious, but to be honest Christie has never been that conservative anyway. He is all over the map on conservative issues, and especially social ones, and therefore he is a kind of a template for a future “moderate” GOP type: forget about the social issues, focus on being tough on crime, balanced budgets and so on — sort of like democrat lite. That’s what he’s trying to do, and so that’s why he threw Romney under the bus last week in such a spectacular and obvious fashion. He knew the GOP would lose yesterday — he was already onto the next phase of the history of the GOP and trying to shore himself up as one of the leaders of the moderate faction in the coming GOP civil war.

So here we are, the dictator Obama re-elected by the ignorant and lazy. Since 2009, POTUS has stood for

  7. Ummah Gummah says:

He also appointed an imam to Jersey Superior Court.

  8. Henry says:

Ah, I see I’m not the only one to paraphrase Koonye Pest…

  9. Ummah Gummah says:

Too bad there isn’t a procedure to remove people like Christie, Powell and Bloomberg from the Party.

I don’t see a single dhimmiRAT who endorsed Romney.

THEY make sure their people stay in line, whereas WE allow this treachery without consequences.

Does anyone feel like discussing what other parties are already out there, waiting to increase their membership?

Even if it were a party like say, the Tea Party which would choose to endorse certain GOP candidates when they are good, like for instance Col. Allen West or Paul Ryan, Michelle Bachmann, Sarah Palin and so on.

The Tea party is a bit amorphous at the moment. We need structure and possibly someone recognizable as a figurehead.

Once again, Allen West comes to mind since he fell victim to a treacherous PAC attack by Nazi Pelousy and her minions. The GOP couldn’t be bothered to help him out, they wanted him gone.

So here is someone with Conservative Cred, including a strong anti-islam stance, national name recognition and experience.

Maybe there are others out there, I’d be interested to hear.

I think we need to keep on keeping on.. sadly, without the GOP..

The Porn Belts have spoken. We are slaves of smut and socialism. The immoral producers of nothing will continue rule over the moral producers of goods and services. Non-earners will continue domination of the earners; demanding we work harder so they can take more.

What does this mean for me? I quit. I will no longer support filthy lazy liberal bastards. I’ll be taking an early retirement within a year or so. The liberal scum will no longer get any $ from me. Let the scum starve. And when all the producers finally quit (as always happens with socialism), and the grocery shelves are empty, and the scum shows up on my doorstep begging for a handout, or try to steal from my garden or take my game, I’ll blow their stupid communist heads plumb off.

America committed suicide yesterday. Arm yourselves.

  12. ? everything says:

Ummah, I think the GOP is relatively like a dead turd circling the flusher. I held my nose for Romney, but do not forget the debates & how Bachmann helped hoist him to the #1 slot. I will never forget the Bachmann/gardisal momment against Perry. yeap I was and still am a Perry supporter. I am tired of the parties picking our “choices”, do I think for a NY minute the Gop learned anything? Not a fat chance with CRONYISM running the parties from school boards on up, imo.

  13. Sam says:

To Chris Christie…die of a massive heart attack on the crapper, like Elvis. (Yes. I went there. Eff him and his size 56 pants.)

To the Paulbots and Johnson voters…please stick your heads in ovens. You handed at least three critical states to Obama with your childish antics.

To Mitt Romney…John McCain called. He wants his campaign back. There’s a reason why Ford, Dole and McCain lost.

To Todd Akin…please get eaten by a pack of wolves. Same goes for your buddy Richard Mourdock. Next time you clowns want to utter something stupid, remember that you do have the right to remain silent and that anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of public opinion.

To any other idiot trying to run for Senate in ’14…stay on the message, and STFU otherwise. You make us all look bad. I’m looking at you, Christine O’Donnell.

To the young people…congratulations. Gay people can get married and you can blaze away recreationally. But in between that, try to learn Mandarin when you’re trolling for a non-existent job.

To my former neighbors in Pennsylvania and Ohio…elections have consequences. You’re about to learn why now. Maybe power plants can run on Soylent Green.

  14. Kanaka Girl says:

I wish I could get back the money I sent to help the hurricane victims. No sense trying to save people who are stupid enough to vote for their own suicide.

  15. oldguy says:

Obama has created a new class of people in America, white Negros. These are white people who have been reduced to Democrat dependancy to survive.

  16. Ghost of FA Hayek says:

I had a discussion with a couple (former) Democrats who have spent the last 20 years in California.
They told me their home has lost over two thirds of it’s value.
They said their kids are picking up sicknesses from school that doctors told them were formerly found only in third world countries.
And now they are loosing their jobs with a government contractor
They announced that after voting twenty years strictly in their own personal interests, they decided to break from it, and “look what happened”
I sadly informed them that they STILL voted in their own personal interests, and twenty years of this has taken it’s toll.

  17. chester arthur says:

Here’s another idea.Hollywood and the ‘music’ industry needs to feel the obama-depression,Let’s absolutely refuse their garbage for a couple of years so they can feel our pain.Let Kanye eat his own CD’s.Bebouncy too.Let the whoreywood floosies play to empty theatres for awhile. They’ve earned that level of ‘respect’.

  18. Edgar says:

Jimbo: “red states” actually account for the majority of pornography subscriptions, with Utah being the largest consumer. “Red states” also receive the majority of government aid (welfare, food stamps, etc.), and the largest commerce centers in the US are in “blue states.”

On top of that, your solution to lazy people living on government checks is to quit your job and start living on government checks? Seems to defeat the purpose.
