Colorado School Replaces Detention with Yoga

Credit where due. Sometimes even the moonbats running public education come up with good ideas. This ought to guarantee good behavior:

A special grant from Denver Public Schools has allowed Doull Elementary to pilot a program where they trade out detention for Yoga.

“I teach children the practice of yoga and meditation,” said Trinidad Heffron.

For Miss Triny, as the kids call her, and for the school, this is about reevaluating the way they discipline, not taking it easy on the kids.

Any self-respecting grade school troublemaker is likely to find the punishment severe. For repeat offenders, the school ought to escalate the punishment by displaying throughout the school photographs of the transgressors striking yoga poses.
