Facebook Closes Down SEALs to Shield Obama

In case you are short on reasons to dislike Facebook:

Over the weekend, Facebook took down a message by the Special Operations Speaks PAC (SOS) which highlighted the fact that Obama denied backup to the forces being overrun in Benghazi.

The SEAL meme demonstrating that Obama relied on the SEALs when he was finally ready to give his so-called “gutsy call” but then denied them backup in Benghazi was posted by Larry Ward, who explains:

“We created and posted this meme on Saturday after news broke that Obama had known and denied SEALS the backup they requested.

“Once the meme was up it garnered 30,000 shares, approx. 24,000 likes, and was read by hundreds of thousands of people — all within 24 hrs. On Sunday, I went into the SOS Facebook page to post something else and found a warning from Facebook that we had violated Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities with our meme. So I copied the warning, put it on the meme as a caption, and re-posted the meme to the Facebook page.”

Facebook retaliated by suspending the account for 24 hours.

In other words, Facebook put the Navy SEALS in timeout in order to shield Obama.

No outfit run by moonbats can be trusted.

On tips from G. Fox, Alxandro, ed357, Jim, J, and Bob Roberts. Hat tip: Reaganite Republican.

I worked at an organization where the executive secretary regularly scanned facebook for accounts of employees or applicants. A couple of people were let go because of negative comments about the organization or co-workers. She also used it to gain insight into the character of job applicants. I work in IT and make it a practice to tell my users to be extremely careful about what they post on Facebook.

Moonbats do not understand the Law of Reversed Effort. Had they left it alone and done nothing it might have died on the vine. But in their efforts to shake it to kill it the seeds are spreading everywhere. I placed the image on my FaceBook page and explained why. Soon there will four images posted by my friends. There are many others just as outraged and doing the same. They are going to censor us all with no consequences?

I heard that Facebook relented and put the page back up.

As a private business they CAN control the content posted on their site so there is no free speech where Facebook is concerned, just don’t do business with them. Only a fool would have a Facebook page anyway, social networking is a social disease.
