Fordham University: No to Ann Coulter, Yes to Satanic “Ethicist” Peter Singer

The nice thing about catholic universities is that they can use their influence over developing minds to reinforce the moral principles that hold society together. The bad thing is that, being run by liberal educrats, they chose instead to repress conservative thought while promoting moonbattery:

After effectively barring conservative columnist Ann Coulter from speaking on campus … the Jesuit college Fordham University welcomed infanticide and bestiality advocate Peter Singer for a panel discussion on Friday.

According to Fordham’s media relations website, Singer, a tenured Princeton bioethics professor, spoke from 4 to 6 p.m. in a panel the university promised “will provoke Christians to think about other animals in new ways.”

Singer has long lamented the societal stigma against having sex with animals.…

In addition to supporting bestiality and immediately granting equal legal rights to animals, Singer has also advocated euthanizing the mentally ill and aborting disabled infants on utilitarian grounds.

With Singer, the slippery slope of abortion is the side of a cliff. He holds that children should not be regarded as human until a month after their birth — a time period that would likely continue to expand so as to cover the terrible twos. Pretending that babies aren’t human would justify not only postpartum abortions but also even the most horrific forms of abuse.

Singer is so depraved and insane that he has even mused upon the moral benefits of ending the human race.

His appearance was excused with the usual sanctimonious bromides regarding the free exchange of ideas. However,

On Nov. 10, Fordham University’s College Republicans canceled a scheduled speech by columnist Ann Coulter, after the Jesuit university’s president, Joseph M. McShane, publicly rebuked the organization for even considering inviting Coulter.

McShame accused the popular author and columnist of having a message that is “aimed squarely at the darker side of our nature” — unlike the message that you can have sex with dogs and murder children.

The College Republicans earned a pat on the head for cringingly knuckling under to repression:

“Allow me to give credit where it is due: the leadership of the College Republicans acted quickly [to cancel the speech], took responsibility for their decisions, and expressed their regrets sincerely and eloquently,” McShane said.

They will go far in the spineless GOP.

“Singer has also advocated euthanizing the mentally ill”

    Singer needs to euthanize himself.

  5. StanInTexas says:

SR, that would require Singer to be consistent in his beliefs. Much like the Eco-Freaks who do not live the way they dictate to others, Singer is a hypocrite of the highest order.

  6. Henry says:

He looks like he rapes animals…

I hope his wish for granting equal legal rights to animals comes true; we can then arrest and try freaks like him for rape. I’m pretty sure you’re not going to hear an animal give express consent (absence of objection does not of itself constitute consent).

Might be a good way to get these sick fucks removed from society.

I wonder if anyone notices the fact that he is purposefully targeting Evangelical Christians

    Here’s a message to Christians;

Tolerance = weakness, which begets aggression.

I used to have so much respect for the Jesuits, but it seems since the ’80s, they have nothing but a bunch of liberal looney tunes. Liberation theology? Give me a break.

(Town Hall Daily) Liberal arts colleges these days often promote alternative lifestyles with the implementation of Sexuality, Gender and Queer Studies programs in their course catalogues. Instead of the typical English, math or science course, students can now enroll in classes such as “Sexual Justice: Lesbians, Gays and the Law” at DePaul University, or Portland State University’s “Lesbian Literature.” But, this semester Oberlin College is taking education in gay culture to a whole new level by dubbing 2012 the ‘Year of the Queer’.During the 2012-13 academic year, Oberlin is celebrating homosexuality with an interdisciplinary series of academic courses, events, performances and lectures aimed at encouraging students to engage in a community-wide conversation about queer life today, according to

One of the most recently scheduled speakers, University of Michigan professor David Halperin, gave a talk entitled, “How to Be Gay.” Halperin has a long history of studying gay culture and taught a class called “How to be Gay: Male Homosexuality and Initiation” at UM. He describes the course: “It was [on] the question of whether there is a gay cultural difference,” Halperin said.” “In particular I was interested in non-gay objects from mainstream culture that gay men have appropriated and made over so that they function in gay male social worlds as vehicle[s for] gay male cultural expression. A well-known example would be anything from Judy Garland to Bette Davis to Madonna or Cher. Lady Gaga wasn’t around at the time, but that would be another good example.”After his formal speech at Oberlin, Halperin continued to promote a discussion on gay lifestyle on the campus. The next morning, he attended a sociology class and invited students to ask him further questions about queer theory.

Esther Newton, a lesbian professor who teaches Women’s Studies and American Culture at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and is Professor Emerita of Anthropology and Kempner Distinguished Research Professor at Purchase College, State University of New York, is another lecturer for Year of the Queer. Her speech, scheduled for today, will center on her new book, “My Butch Career: A Scholar’s Life”. Newton is no amateur of studying gay culture. A few of her other books include Fire Island: “Sixty Years in America’s first gay and lesbian town, Margaret Mead made me gay: personal essays, public ideas and Mother Camp: Female Impersonators in America” (How’s that for a title?). While conducting research for “Mother Camp”, a book detailing the lives of drag queens, Newton performed field spending time in the noisy bars, dressing rooms, cheap apartments and hotels to create a first-hand account of the alternative lifestyle, according to

Oberlin’s goal of encouraging queer dialogue is not limited to Year of the Queer lectures or events. Professors admitted to introducing some aspect of queer culture into other programs of study, according to the school’s website.”Professors pulled curricula together for classes in several departments that would focus on queer theoretical subject matter in their own ways, making it possible for students to be able to take classes taught with a lens of historical and contemporary queer theory in their respective majors.” Some of these departments included African American Studies, Classics, the First Year Seminar Program, Gender, Sexuality, and Feminist Studies, History, Politics, Religion Comparative American Studies and Theater & Dance…

This is on the main web page for the Fordham College Republicans:

“If you consider yourself Republican, conservative, libertarian, generally right-leaning, or even just curious, we encourage you to check out a meeting and see what we’re all about!”

He must be humano-centric. Why then doesn’t he have this on his mantle?

Perhaps because these are people he exterminated?

Ann is seriously losing her “street cred”. Her false idol Romney (of RomneyCare, the model for ObamaCare) just lost. This is what happens to GOProud advisers (who claim to be “conservative”) who LOSE. Losers don’t have clout, and her loser-idol RINO fat-boy Christie and Jeb Bush the Amnesty-pusher from FLA – that we just lost to Hussein – have just been chosen by the Establishment have just been put at the top of the list for POTUS candidates for 2016. That isn’t going to help sycophants like Ann in her push for power.
The RINO Establishment wants power without responsibility, and Obama-created crisis just increases their gov’t power.
Conservatives no longer have a party.
