Fourth War in Uganda Launched on Behalf of George Soros?

Why did Obama choose a Friday afternoon to furtively launch a fourth simultaneous war, without even consulting first with Congress, and without giving any indication what vital national interests might be involved? Aaron Klein has a suggestion that might bear investigation:

An influential “crisis management organization” that boasts billionaire George Soros as a member of its executive board recently recommended the U.S. deploy a special advisory military team to Uganda to help with operations and run an intelligence platform.

The president-emeritus of that organization, the International Crisis Group, is the principal author of Responsibility to Protect, the military doctrine used by Obama to justify the U.S.-led NATO campaign in Libya.

Soros’ own Open Society Institute is one of only three nongovernmental funders of the Global Centre for Responsibility to Protect, a doctrine that has been cited many times by activists urging intervention in Uganda. …

Several of the doctrine’s main founders also sit on boards with Soros, who is a major proponent of the doctrine.

Soros himself maintains close ties to oil interests in Uganda. His organizations have been the leading efforts purportedly to facilitate more transparency in Uganda’s oil industry, which is being tightly controlled by the country’s leadership. …

Uganda’s Energy Ministry estimates the country has over 2 billion barrels of oil, with some estimates going as high as 6 billion barrels. Production is set to begin in 2015, delayed from 2013 in part because the country has not put in place a regulatory framework for the oil industry.

Ed Lasky comments:

Soros seems to have his hand in trying to guide the development of the oil and gas industry in Uganda. The Ugandan government would naturally be beholden to Soros if he could show he had enough influence with the White House to bring in American troops to take out a rebel group. Also, the defeat of the rebel group would make development of the energy industry that much more viable since operations would be much more secure.

Lasky notes that Obama has previously put the US government at the service of the Nazi collaborator and Shadow Government kingpin George Soros to help him export liquefied natural gas from Papua New Guinea.

Soros’s oil interests may explain Obama’s bizarre and pernicious energy policy, which has resulted in shutting down American drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. This has freed up off-shore rigs that can be deployed to Brazil, which is being paid with money looted from American taxpayers to develop its oil fields, in which Soros is heavily invested.

If the Occupy Wall Street hippies really don’t like military adventurism and crony capitalism, they can fight both by helping patriots drive Obama out of office.

Once again, we see how the Left uses semantics to change reality, such as socialized medicine becoming “universal healthcare”, then becoming Obamacare.

Now they’re trying to convince the sheeple of America that the Marxist-in-Chief is not on a taxpayer-funded campaing swing, but simply on a “tour”. A tour? Kissing babies and making political speeches is a tour? Well, when you rule a nation of weak-minded sheep, you know they’ll buy just about anything, especially when the MSM backs you. FUBAR!

Letter from the President to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate Regarding the Lord’s Resistance Army

In the Lord’s Resistance Army Disarmament and Northern Uganda Recovery Act of 2009, Public Law 111 172, enacted May 24, 2010, the Congress also expressed support for increased, comprehensive U.S. efforts to help mitigate and eliminate the threat posed by the LRA to civilians and regional stability.

In furtherance of the Congress’s stated policy, I have authorized a small number of combat equipped U.S. forces to deploy to central Africa to provide assistance to regional forces that are working toward the removal of Joseph Kony from the battlefield. I believe that deploying these U.S. Armed Forces furthers U.S. national security interests and foreign policy and will be a significant contribution toward counter LRA efforts in central Africa.

I have directed this deployment, which is in the national security and foreign policy interests of the United States, pursuant to my constitutional authority to conduct U.S. foreign relations and as Commander in Chief and Chief Executive. I am making this report as part of my efforts to keep the Congress fully informed, consistent with the War Powers Resolution (Public Law 93 148). I appreciate the support of the Congress in this action.

OK so wait. George Bush was wrong to get involved in other countries where people were being persecuted, but Obama not only was right but needs to do it more?

Don’t get me wrong – I’m glad we’re going after the LRA, but isn’t this even LESS justified than Iraq was?

I wonder if our soldiers will be helping to clear the way for more of Obama/Soros’ “green jobs” in the Ugandan manner:

“Armed troops acting on behalf of a British carbon trading company backed by the World Bank burned houses to the ground and killed children to evict Ugandans from their homes in the name of seizing land to protect against “global warming,” a shocking illustration of how the climate change con is a barbarian form of neo-colonialism.
Armed Troops Burn Down Homes, Kill Children To Evict Ugandans In Name Of Global Warming uganda 2004956c

The evictions were ordered by New Forests Company, an outfit that seizes land in Africa to grow trees then sells the “carbon credits” on to transnational corporations. The company is backed by the World Bank and HSBC. Its Board of Directors includes HSBC Managing Director Sajjad Sabur, as well as other former Goldman Sachs investment bankers.

The company claims residents of Kicucula left in a “peaceful” and “voluntary” manner, and yet the people tell a story of terror and bloodshed.”

Most wars/military interventions in recent history have been to serve the interests of a few special interest groups.

Its just easier for Moonbattery’s audience to accept Soros’ interests and difficult to accept other special group interests in the rest of the wars.

    True story.

  9. Warlord says:

Some day soon, Mr. Soros will be tried and found guilty of being the international crook and confidence man that
he is. He’s like an evil J. Paul Getty.

  10. Joek Loth says:

LaoZee* proves how much of a useless idiot he/she is by drudging up some sort of a justification for Ofuckhead’s illegal actions. DOnt you realize loasshole that anything and everything that Ofuckhead does is ILLEGAL due to the fact that he is a USURPER ILLEGALLY OCCUPYING A GREAT NATION’S HIGHEST OFFICE. HE IS NOT AN AMERICAN BY ANNNNYYYY STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION. Nor is his vacation(from what work?)addicted knuckle dragging, silverback of a wife. He is, as well as, all of his decisions, signed laws and FOREGIN OCCUPATIONS ILLEGAL and should be put in prison, as well as his whole administration for imposing socialism/communism on this GREAT COUNTRY. Not to mention inciting riots all across the land, and selling guns to mexico, and for wanting to apologize to the Japs for the U.S. ending WWII with a brilliant decision to drop two FAT BOYS on a relentless, ruthless and evil regime, in turn saving hundreds of thousands if not millions of lives.
WHAT A TOTAL and COMPLETE FUCKING IDIOT Ofuckhead is, as well as LaoZee*.

Robert Roberts, from what Rush said the other day, I understand that the LRA is a Christian Army/Militia taking out the Muslim filth that has destroyed through relentless genocide much of Africa, the so-called “Cradle of Civilization”. This is just another ILLEGAL action, by Ofuckhead the CLOSET/COVERT muslim to strike down more of the worlds Christians, like muslims like to do as well as killing the Jewish People with MORE ILLEGAL ACTIONS PUTTING ALL OF ISREAL’S SWORN ENEMIES INTO POWER IN ALL OF THE COUNTRIES SURROUNDING THEM IN ORDER TO PUSH THEM INTO THE SEA.
FUCK YOU, YOU EVIL SON of a BITCH (literally) oBAMA, AND FUCK YOU LAOZEE* for attempting to justify anything theAT the EVIL, EVIL LEFT WING democRATs do to this GREAT COUNTRY.

  11. Joek Loth says:

For some reason, the demise of Czar Nickoli down to little Anastasia keeps popping into my head!!!
I wonder if any of the Ofuckhead regime will

  12. lao says:

Today, I signed into law the Lord’s Resistance Army Disarmament and Northern Uganda Recovery Act of 2009. The legislation crystallizes the commitment of the United States to help bring an end to the brutality and destruction that have been a hallmark of the LRA across several countries for two decades, and to pursue a future of greater security and hope for the people of central Africa.

The very well named Joke, raves at length because he apparently resents that I drudged up “some sort of a justification” which just happens to be congressional approval.

How can those of you on the right read such a spit-spraying rant, and not feel a little uncomfortable, knowing that this ignorant flake is one of your allies?

  13. Just sayin' says:

The only “ignorant flake” around here is YOU lao!

  14. lao says:

Since you want to support Joke, how about extolling the virtues of the Lord’s Resistance Army while you are at it?

  15. Just sayin' says:

They’re not as bad as the Ugandan soldiers, the Ugandan government, or the Ugandan Muslims. Obama, the anti-Christ is on a mission to persecute anyone who calls themselves Christians.

You, lao have nothing to worry about.
