Harriet Tubman on the $20

As part of the fundamental transformation of America, Old Hickory is to be replaced by abolitionist Harriet Tubman on the front of the $20 bill. Why would they let us take pride in a war hero when they could take every time we open our wallets as an opportunity to rub in our faces that many generations ago there was slavery?

Like Bernie Sanders, Shrillary is delighted:

“A woman, a leader, and a freedom fighter,” Hillary Clinton tweeted. “I can’t think of a better choice for the $20 bill than Harriet Tubman.”

These days, you couldn’t expect even Democrat presidential candidates to realize that they are replacing the founder of the modern Democratic Party with a gun-toting Republican* who supported insurrection against the federal government.

Harriet Tubman on the $20 will be less nauseating if the Treasury Department takes this person’s advice:

The result might look something like this:

*Let’s not have any nonsense about the parties “switching sides” as a result of Nixon’s Southern strategy. That canard has been debunked here, here, here, here, and here.

On tips from J, Sean C, and Stormfax.

  2. […] also likely don’t know, that activist Harriet Tubman was a Republican and a Christian.  She also advocated insurrection against the Federal Government.  Did the activists of Women On 20s intend to support replacing the founder of the Democratic Party […]

The gun picture is fitting, she’ll fit right in with the Chicago and Detroit gang bangers.

No doubt Hills and the rest of the morons in the DemonRat Party have no idea that Andy Jackson is one of the true founders of their pathetic little party.
Hey, dim-wits at the Treasury! If you’re going to replace Ol’ Hickory, try putting Ronaldus Magnus on the $20 bill — ya know, a real President.
I’m sure that Bill Clinton will soon be on the $10 bill, Joe Biden on the $5, and (soon as he leaves office), BHO on the $1 (I mean, who needs Washington, Lincoln and Hamilton on your currency when you have these brilliant minds to replace them with?).

  5. Henry says:

How about fixing the $120,000,000 mistake before making any new investments in currency redesigns…?

Again, they screw up one of the very few things the government is actually supposed to do.

  6. StotheOB says:

    Three cheers for this replacement!

…and yes, the gun totting Tubman looks awesome on the bill! (too bad we will never get that though – it would send college students into panic attacks)

  7. Jim says:

I’ll bet you a whole dollar, the one with G. Wash on it, that 99.9 percent of blacks have absolutely no idea who Tubman was. To be truthful, I didn’t either. Betsy Ross would be a better choice.

  8. Pegon Zellschmidt says:

The Tubman bill will become the most deface currency in history. Black race hoaxers will doodle big lips and write ebonics along with the ‘n’ word then post on Twitter and demand reparations from Whole Foods.

One note on the “Southern Strategy.” It failed miserably. Southern state legislatures were solidly Democrat for decades after this so-called strategy was put into action. Strom Thurmond was the only elected Dixiecrat to move over to the GOP. The rest remained Democrats for the rest of their careers (see Byrd, Robert, D-KKK).

I grew up in Texas. Democrats were winning statewide races there until the mid-1990s, almost two decades after Nixon died. In the deeper south, Democrats were holding statewide offices until the mid-2000s. A lot of southern states voted for Carter and Clinton.

Bottom line, if there was a strategy, it was a failure.

I can see it now “Anybody got change for a Coon?” This bill will as previous commenter stated “The Tubman bill will become the most defaced currency in history” I feel that time could be better spent solving the deficit.

  11. Buffalobob says:

A gun toting Republican. I hope the NRA comes out with an add supporting her. This will cause progs heads to explode..

NAH, IT SHOULD BE a compassionate liberal like SANGER!!

  13. DrMicahStone says:

Once the lunatic-leftists were informed that Tubman was a gun-toting Second Amendment supporter and a member of the anti-slavery Republican Party who actively recruited blacks to vote Republican against the pro-slavery Democrats, they decided to nix her on the bill and instead go with everybody’s favorite pancake AUNT J !!! (She meets ALL of the d-cRAT requirements!)

I just can’t imagine how popular the sullen face of an old negro on American currency will be.

    Exactly my thoughts.

  20. Fiberal says:

Ironic that BO’s pander dollar bill features a negro on the eve of a collapsing economy.

  21. KHarn says:

Come to think of it, they’ll riot for the “racist crackers” having put “Aunt Jemima” on the banknote.

    already defaced

    one more

  24. Toa says:

Tubman was also a devout Christian, not at all in the style of the race-pimp “reverends”. “Liberals” likely will not acknowledge this either.
