Homosexual Pandering Could Kill Amnesty Bill

Before building utopia atop its ruins, liberals first have to destroy America. One of their main strategies for achieving this objective is to balkanize the population into identity groups that can be played off against people who see themselves primarily as Americans. The problem is, each of these special interest groups expects to get whatever it wants at the expense not only of marginalized normal Americans, but of everyone, including the other privileged “victim” groups. By attempting to pander not only to illegal aliens but also to militant homosexuals, Democrats may bring their own amnesty bill crashing down:

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) has told advocates that he will offer an amendment during the bill markup next week allowing gay Americans to sponsor their foreign-born partners for green cards, just as heterosexual couples can. The measure is likely to pass because Democrats face pressure from gay rights advocates to deal with it in committee, rather than on the Senate floor, where the odds of passage are far less favorable.

But by doing so, Republicans warn that Democrats will tank the whole bill.

“It will virtually guarantee that it won’t pass,” Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), a member of the Gang of Eight negotiating group, told POLITICO in a brief interview. “This issue is a difficult enough issue as it is. I respect everyone’s views on it. But ultimately, if that issue is injected into this bill, the bill will fail and the coalition that helped put it together will fall apart.”

Let’s hope for Rubio’s sake that it falls apart quickly enough for conservatives to forget he was the face of the Gang of Eight Quislings, and for our own sake that he rediscovers conservativism.

Amnesty: Not only insane but depraved.

“I respect everyone’s views…”. Such a queer thing to say, Marco. And stupid and dangerous.

On the same note, I’m still waiting for progressives to figure out that their blessed legalized marijuana smoke contains…. (cough cough)… (wait for it)…. (cough cough)… carbon.

If you respect everyone’s views, then just where do you stand? And, do you respect those views enough to allow those “victims” to rule? Rubio may not know it, but with true Conservatives, he’s on VERY thin ice.

It seems we’re heading for a war between all the govt. created victims. This should be fun to watch. Blacks are already complaining that illegals are now getting more than they are. Apparently, they don’t realize that the same way Demoncrats addicted them to govt. handouts, they must now do the same for the 30-40 million illegals to get their political support. What the blacks do realize is that, with the financial shape the country is in, the public trough is running dry and they may be left without a chair when the music stops.

If it weren’t for the fact that the few hard working and tax-paying fools who are left have to pay for all this, it would be fun to sit back and watch them devour each other.

Just think, all these gays will be imported, along with all the diseases they bring with them, just in time for them to get all the free Obamacare they’ll want.

It’s been said that generally speaking, the American people are now so used to being lied to and abused, that there truly is no limit to the amount of abuse they will tolerate. I fear this is becoming a fact.

The two fit together like toe jam and anal jelly… Both inedible, unthinkable. Together? Definitely a Democrat thing. I wonder if that is an acquired taste or they crave that right out of the womb?

There is no turning back the clock on Rubio. His career as a conservative is dead. Until the border is secured no immigration bill.

I would gladly trade amnesty for gay spouses in exchange for not allowing anyone from a radical Muslim country, or anyone who will be relying on government support.

Maybe they WANT it to FAIL? More ammo for the left come this next election in the form of “see those evil republicans are racist and homophobes!” Then they take full control and the rest…well it will be history.

  16. Scott B says:

Not sure I care if Rubio rediscovers conservatism or not. He collapsed like a house of cards on one of the basic fundamental issues of our times, immigration, what makes you think he won’t do it in the future over anything or everything else?

His conservative bona-fides are forever tainted.

  17. Elizabeth says:

Rubio’s done. He’s lost the conservative base and there’s no way in hell that the left will cross over and vote for him.

The moderates? They’re too busy watching The Voice and paying attention to their fantasy football league to get out and vote. He’s probably counting on the polls showing moderates are where it’s at, but he’s sorely mistaken.

I’m really liking Rand. Maybe a Rand Paul/Ted Cruz ticket? I could get behind that.
